Work Text:
Tony hadn’t needed help with his homework, not really. He’d simply wanted an excuse to be close to Jeff, and he’d gotten his wish, as they now sat side by side at the small desk, close enough for Tony to notice for the first time the way he smelled like linen and soap with the hint of something metallic, or the way his eyes widened and sparkled behind his glasses as he carefully went over each problem.
He felt a little guilty about taking up Jeff’s time like this, but in his defense, he was learning new things … just not about algebra.
