Work Text:
The redhead sat there, his feet hanging loosely in the air as the cold wind hit his face, making his beautiful auburn curls fly back for a moment, revealing blue eyes staring at the vast view in front of him, those eyes void of much, if any, emotions as his thoughs collided into eachother, crashing against one another like wave in a storm, violent and unstopable.
It wasn't often that his mouth was dry of words, his usual fiery temper leaving place to a cold and quiet one for this night.
It had been a week since he had discovered the truth, since he saw every people he cared about suffer in agony by the hands of a man who 'only wanted the best for him'. And now, despite the grief he was still going trough, he had been given yet another document that he needed to complete, on top of the paperwork that he was already drowning in.
As he tough about his unwillingness to do paperwork, his mind couldn't help but wander to one of the person that, despite how he tried to convince himself he didn't, he found himself thinking about quite often. Too often for his liking, if you asked him. But in the troubled state he found himself in lately, he couldn't but appreciate the unchanging aspect of his relationship with this person.
He hadn't shown pity towards him because of his lose, nor treated him like some fragile porcelaine doll that could break at any given moment, like everyone else. No, this boy had treated him just like he did before and, despite how he had always found his teasing annoying, the redhead couldn't help but find some sort of comfort in the tough of this unchanging attitude towards him.
. . .
The figure got up and walked away quietly, a red outline protecting him from the rain that started to slowly assend from the sky as he walked away from the cliff, leaving the calm place completely empty from any living form.
He walked trough the rain, watching the dark night sky he so often found himself under, the floor under it more often then not painted red in the blood of the port mafias enemies, such was his purpose in this cruel place he dared to sometimes call home. Or atleast, he used to.

The streets where mainly empty, apart from a few passing stranger, hurridly running home in a hope to escape the incoming downpour. Yet there was a man that, despite the rain and the late hour, seemed to be as relaxed as if he was walking in broad daylight, his blouse and hair, along with every other part of himself, strangely dry despite the rain.
He continued walking down the street calmly before he finally came to a stop, opening the door to a big appartement, seeming luxurious enough to be a penthouse. Altough the dark and cloudy night sky would never let you tell if it actually was one.
So, he entered the appartement and, in a few minutes, was in front of his door, the one that led to his place. He pulled out his keys, attempting to open the door, only to find out it already was. Strange, he never left it open. Perhaps *he* had came . . . But it had been months since his last visit, why would he be here ?
The blue eyed redhead left the question unanswered as he pushed the door open, closing it behind him and taking his shoes off as he was finally home. But, he knew the brunette would most likely be here. And his suspicion where comfirmed to be true as he saw his worn down converse in the hallway and his black and dirty coat hanging in the entryway. Seriously, had this guy no manner at all ?
With a scoff, the young redhead entered his penthouse further, heading towards the kitchen and passing a breathing couch. He flicked the lightswitch of the open kitchen, letting the soft light enlighten his view a he gave a quick glance to the 'breathing couch', making sure that it was the teenager he had suspected it was. And sure enough, the brunette layed there, eyes closed and mouth hanging open to let out a serie of loud snoring that Chuuya couldn't help but think where fake.
— Hey, Mackerel. Quite faking and tell me what you're doing here will you ?
The annoyed redhead spoke, now fully turning around to look at the sleeping boy from where he was, laying against the kitchen counter with his arms crossed over his chest. The bandaged body moved slightly, a low groan escaping him, announcing that this night wouldn't be an exception and that he would, as always, annoy his dear partner.
– Chuyaaaaa~ do you have to be so mean ? You're breaking my heart you know !
