"Wait wait~! Stop making so much foxfire, you're gonna burn the most important accessory!" Eiden yelled out half-jokingly.
He waves his hands rapidly at the purple flame, hoping to stop that burning sensation somewhat. But what really put it out was the fox's interest in his words as the flame eventually flickers away.
"Most important accessory?"
At Kuya's question, Eiden's eyes shine brightly like he has just hit the lottery. He brushes himself up while also checking for any damage made on his clothes. After finding none, he eagerly takes out the item from his pocket.
"Ta-da! It's a little plushie of you!"
The plushie in hand is a small, purple ball with ears and tail that end in a coat of white felt. Along with that, there's limbs attached to it also, with a little face meticulously sewn on.
"Look, I know what you're thinking but I spent a lot of time on it." He holds the plushie closer to Kuya's face. "The face mask was a little cool but this is modelled after the Great Master Kuya, you know? It's super, duper extra cool!"
Silence falls on them momentarily, as if Kuya was waiting for Eiden to take everything back before the whole place turns into ashes. His eye visibly twitches as he speaks.
"This... Is supposed to be me?"
As the fox raises his hand, readying to snap his fingers, Eiden grabs it with quick speed instead.
"You always tell me to show you interesting and exciting things right? I'm sure you've never seen this before!"
The young master keeps his hand on Kuya's while grabbing the bag strapped around his chest. He opens it up and puts the miniature Kuya inside.
"There." Eiden takes a few steps back, not only to escape the fox's wrath but also to have a once over his outfit. "Now you look complete with it!"
"...You should know to repay me after putting up with your mirthless humour afterwards."
Eiden hears a soft sigh from Kuya, he doesn't notice that he's still holding his hand because Kuya hasn't let go one bit.
"Then, makes sure to keep me entertained for now, because I've already thought of many ways you can repay me, young master."
"Heh, of course!"
Now that they're dressed up, they make their way back to Blade and Olivine, hand-in-hand.
Throughout their whole journey, from meeting Merry to saying goodbye. All the essence they used seem to be absorbed by a creature. Yet they never once noticed the movement, the change of expression from the little ball inside Kuya's bag...
