“Charlie, just give us a chance again.”
Max and Charles had been in a relationship 3 years ago and it ended on a very not so good note. Max couldn't get over the mistakes he made in that relationship and finds it hard day by day to not regret how he used to treat Charles. If only he could see him again and try all over again with him and apologize to him that would make him feel better.
Though, he is still haunted by their past, he wants to try and make one thing right. He was given this chance once he saw Charles walk into a coffee shop Max frequented because his friend works there, maybe he could reach out and find a way back to Charles and have him forgive him. Though it will be tricky with trying to get back with Charles since he is going through an already rocky relationship that is slipping from his fingers.
