Work Text:
Xia Fei has always known bad and good, his wrongs and rights. He's just so painfully aware that sometimes he wished he could be ignorant to all the criticism and hardship he's faced, it's a curse and a blessing that he's forced to live with. But when it comes to his boss.. it's like his morality suddenly disappears whenever the redhead is around. The feelings swells deep inside him, the urge to please, to impress. And he's doing everything in his power to keep it unspoken.
The blonde hummed quietly as he finished up his second to last photoshoot of the day, just one more and he'll be done for the day. It's said the photoshoot is set to be outside, to get that natural moon light that Bridon has to offer. He had plenty of time to burn, he could just go grab some grub or maybe even take a super quick nap until it's time but his phone just had to ring the moment he was about to leave the set.
'BOSS' it displayed on the screen of his phone as it began to vibrate in his hand.
He felt a bit braindead when he just stared at his phone ringing, letting it be for a few seconds before tapping the 'answer call' button and pressing the phone against his ear as he began to walk out of the changing room. "Felix" He heard that familiar raspy voice speak out his name from the other end of the line. Before he could have the chance to question the sudden call, the other had already given an answer. "office, now" And then the line was hung up without much more words being exchanged.
A huff left his lips at the lack words and the tone of order directed at him over the phone, but he didn't think of it as an inconvenience, not at all. He was pretty happy that Vein had called him at all to be honest, knowing how busy his boss could be with that other job of his. He took a quick glance at the hallway outside of his changing room, seeing if everyone around is occupied or not before shamelessly heading towards the office that belongs to none other than Vein.
However it does make him curious on why he'd been called to the office, Vein was never really one to call him in between work. It's always before or after, or whenever his photoshoot had been cancelled under whatever circumstances. His excuse was always that he didn't want to interrupt him working as if he's not the ceo, but Xia Fei guesses it'd be unfair if he still gets paid good when he's late or missed a photoshoot.
Everyone seems to occupied with their own thing, some running all over the building to get things done, some having company and chatting idly with one another. Xia Fei couldn't care less when his boss is waiting for his arrival. And he sure does know not to keep the other waiting for long. Just thinking about him makes his beat fast, abnormally fast. It's been like that ever since Vein had saved him from those assholes at the pool, he likes to think of it as admiration but he knows deep inside that it's not.
Vein's office was strictly off limits, no one is allowed in unless he specifically ordered them to, most people working for Vein only ever see him once and it's during the interview and there's some that doesn't even get to see him at all. Xia Fei knocked on the door once he's reached the entrance, 3 simple knocks before coming in. "Lǎobǎn," He started, his voice softer than usual whenever talking to his boss. "you never tell me the reason I need to come to your office, always a man of few words and leaving me curious" He continued to speak as he closed the door behind him, ranting mindlessly.
He didn't realize that Vein was waiting right by the door for him, as soon as he faced forward into the room to look for the other, he felt Vein's cold metal fan touching the side of his jaw, guiding him to look up immediately. He shivered at the feeling the cold metal pressed up directly against his skin yet made no effort to take a step back. "ah.. Lǎobǎn?" His voice went quiet as he spoke, his heart beat throbbing at the closeness to his boss.
Vein made no effort to move or do anything, just gently pushing the blade so that Xia Fei was slightly facing up at the ceiling. The model couldn't have a clear look at the other, but he had suspicion that he was being inspected, in an odd way. "almost 7 minutes," Vein cuts through the silence with his sharp tongue, moving his fan to guide Xia Fei to turn the other way so that he could see multiple angles of the blonde. "what held you up, I wonder" He mused. his tone much more playful than before.
The model could feel how the fan blade gently caress the skin right under his jaw, sending shivers down his spine until Vein finally withdrew it away. "Lǎobǎn..~" He whined, lowering his head down so that he could see the older better. "nothing held me up, I came as soon as you called" He spoke, trying to justify himself. He wondered how Vein was even keeping track of the time it took for him to get here but his thought were interrupted towards the redhead's collarbone.
Xia Fei wasn't one to care about people's outfit despite being a model, however he couldn't but feel unusual seeing Vein not wearing his black turtleneck under his white shirt, he could practically see the other's chest without it. He wanted to comment on it, question it but as his lips open, Vein placed the metal fan atop his lips, silencing him without much effort. The blonde could see that mischievous smirk painting his boss's lips, there was something sinister about it but he didn't feel scared, he trusted Vein more than anyone.
"you're on your break right now, I know, how about I take you for a minute, Felix" He heard his boss spoke, but he could barely hear with how loud his heartbeat was. Maybe it was because it's Vein who spoke, but the way his English name rolls off the other's tongue so sweetly makes him wonder how his Chinese name would sound being spoken by Vein.
The redhead tap on his lips again, regaining his attention and clearly expecting an answer from his employee. "for wh-" Xia Fei tried to speak but the metal fan nudging his lips felt like a silent order to stop talking. "is that a yes?" Vein questioned again, wanting a yes or no answer only. Xia Fei wished he know what his boss was thinking at the moment but decided to just obediently nod, knowing he probably wouldn't have done anything productive on his break anyways.
That answer made Vein's lips curl into an even smirk, almost like a grin if anything as he brought away the metal fan again before turning around and moving to sit on the chair behind his desk. He moved the chair back by a bit, leaving distance in between him and his desk. Xia Fei's eyes flickered to the redhead's hand, clearly motioning for him to come closer.
Xia Fei complied with no words spoken between them, he felt compelled to follow and listen to everything Vein orders him to for some reason and never once did he question it out loud. When he got close, leaving the desk separating them, Vein shook his head. "here." The boss reiterated, leaning back in his chair and lazily patting his lap, not once breaking eye contact as if his gaze was deadlocked on the blonde's.
That gesture him feel something throbbing, and it wasn't just his heart this time.
It felt as though his body had went into autopilot, moving towards the other like a moth to a flame, ready to burn in order to bath in warmth. And he could only stop his body once he was standing right in front of his boss, face unsure, but his body and feelings knew well what he wants. "well?" Vein question, not once has his expression wavered, his confidence was truly unmatched. "what are you waiting for?" He added after seeing how Xia Fei was just blankly staring down at him with half lidded eyes.
Xia Fei was silently thanking whichever god brought him to this job, almost drowning to death for once didn't sound as bad if it'll lead him to being this close to his boss. He gulped silently at his boss laid out in front of him, legs spread, chest and collarbone exposed. Something like this should be photographed, so that it could be admired by not just him. But Xia Fei was only a man, a selfish one at that.
His head was screaming at him to maintain a professional relationship with his boss, but his body was deaf. Xia Fei placed a hand on Vein's shoulder, placing one knee at a time on other side of his thighs until he was fully straddling the taller, his unoccupied hand holding onto the armrest like a lifeline. Xia Fei was actively loosing himself to self indulgence yet Vein was simply eyeing him as though this was a normal occurrence, he'd kill to know what thought was filling that pretty little head of his.
"don't you have any sense of self preservation to question what we're doing" Vein hummed out, his eyes shamelessly trailing up and down the blonde's body on top of his, basically undressing the other with his eyes and it was no secret. His hand found it's way to rest on top of the model's thigh, his other hand still holding the sharp metallic fan. Xia Fei could feel his breath becoming more labored by the second, his mind clouded by his desire.
Vein moved the metal fan so that the sharp tip was just poking at Xia Fei's throat, enough to feel though not enough to do any damage on his perfectly clean body. "you listen to me so well, are you trying to get a raise or do you genuine enjoy this, if only I could read what you're thinking right now, Xia Fei" Vein mused again, teasingly moving the fan up along the model's throat until it was under Xia Fei's chin, gently tilting his head up again.
Hearing his birth name rolling off his boss' tongue turned him on more than it should've, and he felt no shame of it. "would you really do anything I ask?" Vein continued to speak, tilting Xia Fei's head up even more to not let him speak. "even if its against your moral?"
That question made Xia Fei question his whole mindset, if it were anyone, he would rather be caught dead than sitting on their lap. And yet here he was sitting on Vein like a lapdog and not once had he questioned it. His head was then gently lowered so that they're face to face, Xia Fei wanted to look away but whenever he tried to tear his eyes away, it came back to look at the other as if he's a magnet being pulled. He opened his mouth to speak but all that left was the sound of him breathing loudly.
"anything." Xia Fei breathed out, his words barely coherent from how hard he's been breathing as the hand resting on Vein's shoulder slowly moved down to the redhead's chest. Vein wanted nothing more than to leave marks on his model, but didn't, knowing it'd disrupt Xia Fei's work and he needs to stay perfect for his photoshoots after all. "I see" Was all the boss had said to Xia Fei's loyalty.
Vein knew very well how impatient Xia Fei was, the desire was the only thing he could see in the blonde's eyes. The redhead took his hand off of Xia Fei's thigh to expose the entire left side of his shoulder, using the metal fan to dug it into his shoulder and create a noticeable sized gash, not dramatically big but it seemed pretty deep. A small groan left his lips but nothing more than that as he looked at Xia Fei's surprised expression with an amused smirk.
Xia Fei didn't understand at all why Vein was injuring himself so casually, but then something clicked in him when he saw the way his boss had licked the blood on the tip of the metal fan. "make sure not a single blood drop stain my shirt." He ordered, looking at Xia Fei expectantly as he cocked his head, clearly wanting Xia Fei to get to work immediately.
And as ordered, Xia Fei hovered over the wounded shoulder, his mouth slightly agape as he thought of the only situation to clean the blood. He couldn't risk staining his clothes or get his hand dirty, the way Vein had licked his own blood must've been a hint on what the other expects and wants him to do.. right? He closed his eyes to think, but his own set of rules had already been erased the moment he entered the room.
He couldn't bring himself to immediately just drunk it all in, so he decided to do small kitten licks at the blood threatening to drip down the other's shoulder, the metallic taste tainting his tongue. Small licks turns to dragging his tongue across his boss' shoulder, the taste growing on him though he still didn't necessarily like it. But Vein was planning to change that sooner or later. Vein was happily tilting his head to the other side so that Xia Fei had more access to his shoulder, watching intently.
Xia Fei couldn't believe he was tasting his boss, he was practically devouring his boss' shoulder. Even when he's done licking blood that had almost dripped, his greed had made him suck the wound itself, licking and biting it. "such a needy little thing.." Vein whispered, his usually raspy voice softer. Maybe getting this one into tasting and eating one another wouldn't be so hard after all..
The model was just so eager to taste more that the thought of how abnormal his action is went completely out of the window. Tasting Vein's blood made him wonder how his other fluid would taste like too, would it be similar, completely different? It drives him made just thinking about it, actually experiencing it might just give him a heart attack. Before he could think of more fantasies about his boss, Vein flicked the side of his head to gain his attention.
The blonde quietly whined at being flicked, pulling his head back to look at the older with a pensive expression, as though he's trying to mimic a sad looking dog and succeeding without much effort. Vein tapped his wrist, silently remind the other about the time. "your driver is waiting for you, don't you remember about your photoshoot, Felix?" He hummed out, tilting his head to playfully mock the other. "unless..~ you want your pay to get do-"
Xia Fei immediately cuts him off, he can't even fathom the thought of his salary getting docked for being late. "okay, okay! I'll go right now!!" He hurriedly spoke while getting off of Vein's lap, almost whining like a child despite quite literally licking his boss' self inflicted wound just a second ago.
Liu Xiao had been waiting for a bit now, mindlessly tapping away on his phone as he plays Tetris in hopes of Xia Fei arriving faster. He was not one to wait. Even if he was doing Vein a small favor to drive his little model around to get to his outdoor set. And when he heard the passenger side door opens, he already knew who it was that had entered. "about time." the ravenette spoke as he puts his phone away and began preparing to start driving.
Xia Fei was still a little.. reluctant when it comes to Liu Xiao's presence, so naturally he didn't make any effort to answer. Liu Xiao didn't mind the silence one bit, hand on the steering wheel as he began to drive. He looked to the side for a moment, his eyes trailing down to the blonde's lip. "oh? your photoshoots involves make up tonight?" He questioned, his relaxed figure uncanny. Xia Fei had no idea what the other was talking about until he pulled out his phone's camera, seeing his lips stained red. Liu Xiao simply gave an amused smile, hearing how erratic the model's heartbeat suddenly became. Looks like he'll have some new questions for Vein later on.
