Work Text:
The buildings of the city towers one after another like an array of beasts trying to intimidate one another in a silent battle and the mass of humans pass by below them. Some entering and some coming out like a continuous flowing stream. The sun is at its peak and the streets are filled with people all busy with their own thing. Something about the scenery seems familiar yet different at the same time. Maybe it was the landscape that presents similarities or the number of people that crowds the streets or maybe the paths that disappears and intersects along everyone’s peripheral view. Then there was Mukohda, standing at the very same path of the summoning circle he was caught on and transported to another world.
Mukohda rubs his eyes to see if he was dreaming, then proceeds to pinch himself, when he felt the pain of his stinging cheek he staggered a few steps back. He really was back yet he was still wearing the green shirt and brown pants that he had been wearing whilst sleeping with in the other world. The last the he remembers was sleeping peacefully next to Sui and Dora-chan whilst Fel and Gon surrounded them.
They were on their way to the capital city of Leondhart to present gifts to the king in the form of hauls from the previously untouched dungeon near Ronkainen. The will then lead to the discussion of his predicament as Willem believes that the Church of Rubanov will most likely retaliate with an even bigger force with the possibility of it becoming a matter of the state. Willem strongly suggested that he seek audience with the king himself if he wants the matter to be resolved and was even kind enough to accompany him to the capital.
Mukohda thanks him so much for that because if its one thing he doesn’t really want to get involved with, it was with nobles or royalties and all the high society customs, but this time it was inevitable. As inevitable it turned out to be since all of his familiars mainly the increasingly persistent gluttonous Fenrir that
immediately jumped in on the suggestion of Willem in traveling to the capital at the possibility of having the enormous leviathan, the dungeon boss of Ronkainen, butchered. Gon supports the idea and immediately at the mention of new found meat and good food Dora-chan agreed as well as Sui.
They travelled by flight on the ancient dragon, Old Man Gon, and made a quick stop for lunch and resuming their journey. When the sun began to set, Mukohda had Gon stop at the nearest clearing that came into view and began preparing dinner. The night was cold and with that junction was him having to serve the big bite turtle hotpot for dinner. It was a four against one battle that excludes Willem since he was surprised at the fact that they even suggested eating a grotesquely looking monster.
They had all gone to bed and well now Mukohda wakes up. The others who passed by him gave him a weird glance like he was some medieval cosplayer that didn’t exactly suit his stature and given that there wasn’t any of the sort of event happening. He recovers from his stance and began walking to the only place he would know, home.
Mukohda, was gone for a week and there wasn’t exactly much he could expect other than him being berated by his landlady about just disappearing for a week without notice. Luckily, his landlady was kind enough to let him enter his apartment since he had exactly no idea where his keys were. Well he has an idea but it was a little unreasonable and the timeframe from the other world to this really is messed up. Mukohda was positive that he had been in the otherworld for close enough, a year already and then when he got reverted back, he was gone for only a week.
His apartment was the same as he left it and the feeling of once again being alone in his place began to surface. He was used to it or so that’s what he thought of the small space of his once home. He pushes his thoughts aside and sees the bundle of envelopes that lay by on the table at his kitchen. They were probably brought in by his landlady there were a couple of parcels too and all signed by the landlady.
He makes his way to his room and was surprised to see his suit, shoes, bag and even his apartment card and keys all places neatly on the table near his bed. He scrambles to open his laptop and finds dozens of emails from his manager, some of his coworkers who were either concerned and/or curious as to why he didn’t come to work.
He reads all the emails and just he expected came the barrage of his manager that straight up insulting him for his disappearance and the very last email was another expected one, he was fired and it was sent by the boss himself.
Mukohda plops to his bed feeling extremely overwhelmed that he feels like crying. It was worse than whenever he gets face to face with abnormally sized, grotesquely looking and downright terrifying monsters that he comes across on a daily basis with Fel, Sui, Dora-chan and Gon. Right there on his bed there was nothing but silence except the rustle of the city streets. Everything was too much for him and it almost seemed like a nightmare, ironically he should’ve been happy that he finally returned but he wasn’t. Maybe it was because Demiurge himself had confirmed that he can no longer go back that he decided to finally let the idea go and settle himself to his new life, I mean is there anything more trustworthy than the words of the God of All Creation?
Mukohda slowly drifts into slumber as he resigned his current situation for tomorrow he thinks, at the very least he had taken a breather by then which what he honestly needed.
He wakes up the next day rushing that he barely had time to register his surroundings as he began to supposedly reach for inside his item box and start preparing breakfast for Fel and the others which would predictably be made of meat. But then he stops and finally opens his eyes fully as he began to realize that his item box was gone and he was flailing his arms in front of him in the air questionably.
It began to feel heavy for Mukohda but he once again brushes it off as he went to the bathroom and began his old routine. He showered but every now and then his mind drifts off to Sui floating along the big bathtub they had purchased back in Karelina while they were on the road and his big remodeled one at his home or rather his mansion. His thoughts drift to Fel again and how he was supposed to take a bath this time around. Those thoughts continue to follow him as he gets out and dresses himself with his clothes.
“Status Open” Mukohda says and was expecting to see the familiar window of his status and the unique skill Online Supermarket of his but nothing happened. His fingers were suspended in the other hovering near where his supermarket skill would be pressed and direct him to the shopping window. He was supposed to buy a coffee milk and some fruit milk for his familiars after the successful and relaxing bath but there was none. Fel would be extremely persistent about it and Gon too even though he had just joined their little party.
Mukohda makes his way downstairs and thankful that the landlady hadn’t cut off his power and water supply yet but he had a feeling she would do it soon if he didn’t start paying and maybe offer her some gift for the trouble. He opens the fridge and wants to make a simple omelet sandwich since his stomach still can’t fully process everything since he had just gotten back. He then finds himself taking out all of his five egg trays, all which are filled with a dozen egg each.
“It’s not going to be enough. This is not going to be enough for Fel and the others” he says and immediately realizes it. He places the other four trays back to the fridge and started making breakfast for himself alone. His mind drifts again, Sui would’ve been asking him what would be for breakfast, Fel would be pestering him to incorporate more meat whilst hovering his nose near Mukohda’s face, only to be pushed back a few meters away with a no-breakfast-at-all threat. Gon would find it amusing and snicker further putting the Fenrir in a foul mood and Dora-chan would be shaking his head in disappointment of the two supposedly legendary and older beast behaving like children.
He sighs after finishing cooking and then eating. After his breakfast he sorts out the envelopes and parcels left on the table. There were five envelopes and three boxes. Three of the envelope contained bills that he had to pay another was the envelope with a paycheck from his company most likely from being fired and the last was an invitation to a wedding of a coworker he was close enough to be invited to.
He moves to the boxes, the first one was a big one and inside it were all of his office stuffs, all absentmindedly shoved and cramped into one singular box. The second one was a set of one of his favorite novels with five volumes all carefully wrapped. The last box was a new pair of shoes and he vaguely remembered this one being a drunk purchase in during one of the company’s after work get together.
He takes them all upstairs and finally reaches for his phone. As expected it was flooded with messages too and emails too from the company, his coworker and some of the bank. He checks his financial status and it seemed like he had enough to last him probably a lifetime.
Time slowly passed as each day Mukohda gets caught up with his world and the other that he had just come from. He found another job just enough to put a cover and his landlady without suspicions of his savings.
Somehow, he finds himself working like how he used to just a slightly different career but his life was all the same. He began working at restaurant and he was a cook but this choice of work often led him to remember the other world and his familiars. It didn’t help that on the job, Mukohda gets distracted easily which led to a couple of accidents and complaints.
“Is it still not done yet?!” A voice echoes and he turns around to the source.
“Just a minute Fel, you really don’t know patience don’t you?” Mukohda says to the voice and his face turn pale when he sees the manager looking confused then angry at him.
“You idiot! Who the hell do you think are you talking to?! The customer has been waiting for her food! Hurry it up if you don’t want to lose your job! And fucking focus!” The manager yelled and Mukohda had to bow an apology before returning to cooking.
After his shift, he was taking a walk back to his apartment as his thoughts drift to what had happened back at the restaurant. It wasn’t like him to get distracted especially when he was cooking but it just keeps on happening.
Three days ago he burned his arm when he spaced out thinking about stocking up the next shipment of soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair mask as per Marie had asked since the products were flying off the shelves. Last week he cut himself accidentally with a knife while cutting the strawberries as they reminded him as how Fel absolutely loved those strawberry shortcakes from Fumiya and the fruit in general. Even before that cut he dropped a hot pan that scraped his pants tearing through the fabric and burning his knee as he was imagining Sui reaching out and helping with the hot pan since Sui wasn’t affected by the heat or the cold at all.
These things led him to be the laughingstock of his coworkers in the kitchen and was teased for it as well as the regular earful he gets from his manager and occasionally his boss. His wounds hasn’t completely healed and so were his burns. It doesn’t help that his boss is a terrible person in general. Mukohda wasn’t short of money and the terrible and toxic treatment he gets from that place has completely worn him down. The idea of quitting certainly danced around his mind but they’re shut down immediately as Mukohda had known a little too late that his current boss and manager had the power and connection to blacklist him from ever finding another job at all. They made it clear to him when one of his coworkers shared his attempt at quitting the place.
Money was not a problem definitely since he made a lot of donations and contributions to some local charities like how he used to in Aveling’s, Brixt’s, Karelina’s and Ronkainen’s orphanages and churches. Yet Mukohda wanted to cook mostly and do something to keep himself busy and he was desperate to work in order to get his mind off of things and certain familiars that may or may no longer appear and accompany him like they once did. He certainly would not be having the problem of being taken advantage of by a higher up when he had Fel and Gon but they were no longer with him.
Mukohda’s thoughts were interrupted when he felt a harsh pull from his hand and he stumbled back, his back hitting the concrete street.
“Are you crazy?!” A delinquent looking teen yelled at him. Mukohda glances up and understood. A truck had sped fast without stopping and he certainly would’ve died upon impact since he was absentmindedly crossing a pedestrian lane on a red light. The teen looks at him in the face and he gave Mukohda a surprised then a somewhat pitying look.
Mukohda then feels a hot liquid pouring down his cheeks as his eyes burned. He said a quick sorry to the teen and then quickly standing up then running. He ran as fast as he could with the tears continuously streaming down his cheek. He makes it inside his apartment after fumbling his keys and then slamming the door shut.
His back collapses on the door and he falls sitting to the floor with a loud thud. His breathing quickens and there was a loud ringing in his ear as he feels chills running through him. He clutches his chest as works on his breathing and his senses going haywire.
His body begins to ache as his legs stretched out onto the floor whilst his back laid flat on the door. Desperately, he starts taking deep breathes, one hand clutching his chest and the other gripping his hair.
Eventually, his breathing evens and was replaced by soft sobs as he remained sitting on the floor. His energy all leaving his body as his sobs turned into wails. No one could hear him inside his own apartment and with each passing time all the heavy realizations and everything that he had been desperately trying to escape, has never left him and in fact they were with him all along.
Mukohda was okay being alone but then everything changed that day when he was summoned to the other world. The other world where he a lot of people of all faces and race. The otherworld where he met all the disappointing Gods and Goddesses (except Demiurge) where all had an obsession with things from his world. Ninrir of the Wind probably being the worst with her addiction to sweets, Kisharle of the Earth with beauty products and skincare, Rusalka of Water, childlike but also extremely persuasive with food and the alcohol loving trio, Agni of Fire, Hephaestos of Blacksmithing and Vaghan of War.
He met the Iron Will, who were his very first comrade. Lambert and the Phoenix party, Johan and Willem in Karelina which later became his home along with his servants and even Erland, the Elven guildmaster of Dolan with his obnoxious and frightening obsession for Dragons.
In the other world he met his familiars, all of his extremely gluttonous familiars who formed a contact with him because they were lured by his food and cooking. Sui who is a unique variation of his slime kind and very much like a kid but is growing stronger day by day, Dora-chan a pixie dragon that in spite of his size is still a dragon and is extremely powerful as when they met him too. Old Man Gon or Gon, an ancient dragon, a titanic sized monster who shrunk his size and was also coaxed into becoming his temporary familiar because of his food.
Lastly, in the other world, he met Fel his first familiar, a legendary Fenrir that is said to have destroyed a country down to the ground and had fought Gon to a tie. He was prideful but he stands up to his powers and name. He can be a genius and a force to be reckoned with, but to Mukohda he is still an oversized snackhound or an overgrown child that throws a tantrum when he doesn’t get what he wants, mainly food. He was extremely petty too that even Mukohda didn’t escape. Despite his rather brash nature and personality that are centered around food, fight and pride, there were little moments where Fel is out of those personality of his and they make his heart beat faster and his stomach flutter.
Fel can be understanding though it’s not that obvious but it’s there. He is also loyal albeit you can point it to all about food most of the times but he is very much is. There were little gestures from the Fenrir that didn’t exactly align as to what Mukhoda was used to with him.
On rare occasions where he would linger closer to Mukohda and unless he encourages (forces) Mukohda to train magic with suitable enemies, he always protects him, always stepping to the front for Mukohda and looking back at him when he needed help or assurance.
Times when Mukohda accidentally wakes up in the middle of the night and he unintentionally catches Fel nuzzling his check with his snout more than once and Mukohda often looks forward to them. Despite their mansion in Karelina housing many rooms, they all chose to sleep in the master bedroom together, Mukohda, Sui and Dora on the bed whilst Fel and Gon were on the floor. A couple of recent mealtimes shared where the said Fenrir would shamelessly lick his face if there were any stray food on it even when it was close to his lips, Fel would lick them with his face staring right back at Mukohda with a smirk.
Out on the road, there were a lot of times where Mukohda would sleep on Fel and the others where he wakes up with Fel right by his side. There were touches wherein Fel would either casually place his paw on his shoulder when looking over the shopping window. Other times laying his head on Mukohda’s shoulder while the other cooked or browsed through his skill whilst the human standing in close to his chest and between his front legs.
Many other things he can recall with the Fenrir and his unusual behavior and now Mukohda noticed that whenever he argued with Fel, he was met with either the retaliation of a child or the pride of a grown bastard. At first he thought of it because he was his source of good food but it was different when in comparison to the others.
The Fenrir never allowed himself to be inferior to no one, not even to an ancient dragon but when he was with Mukohda, he knows how to cower in fear for both food and something else. They had many arguments that didn’t concern their familial contract because of a meal and Mukohda finally noticed the stark contrast he had amongst others. Wherein the others gets the fury of a legendary beast even as much an offensive name or dirtying the Fenrir’s fur.
Fel treated Gon as a rival, an equal in matters of strength that somehow gathers a certain level of respect for the ancient dragon. Sui was a kid and that’s how Fel treats Sui. He was confident in the strength the slime possesses and is more than willing to pave the way for his growth and give the slime all the lesson he needs he to know, mainly about fighting a range set of enemies or prey. The same is applies to Dora-chan who is over 116 years old. Despite the dragon’s size, he was an adult and like Sui, Fel was confident and relies on them for when enemies are their level. Of course if those two did encounter stronger enemies, he protects them and reminds them of the danger those enemies might possess. Take it to a Fenrir who lived over a thousand years to know where and when you stand with the power you hold.
There would’ve been more and Mukohda knows deep in his heart that it was there waiting for the right moment but he was whisked away from it all and for the very first time, Mukohda loathed the loneliness and the emptiness of his space.
He felt utter despair wash over him as he dragged himself not inside but out once again.
Mukohda loved the city at night since it was the time he gets to appreciate the beauty of the city lights and the sometimes bright patterns of the stars that are majorly concealed behind the tall office and commercial buildings. But now Mukohda sees all of the stars shining prettily that night and once again thinking of Fel and the others during their trips and nights sleeping under the wide open sky. Mukohda had greatly preferred that and now here he was staring at the sky as a strong breeze blows over the rooftop. A shooting star zooms across the starry night city sky and Mukohda closes his eyes with a wish ……………………………………………………before everything went black.

“NOOOOOO!!!!!” The Fenrir shouts at the top of his lungs as he sprang up to his steps. His breath quickened as felt in impeccable amount of emotions swirling inside him conjuring up a storm.
“It-“–Fel
“-was a dream or rather the humans call it a nightmare do they not? The conclusion presents itself as for you, the mighty Fenrir had been tossing and turning for quite a while that you have woken up Dora and I” –Gon
Fel looked up to see Dora and Gon awake staring back at him. He stared at Mukohda peacefully sleeping on his futon and with Sui and Willem.
“You are fortunate as I have predicted beforehand your actions will eventually lead to such a reaction and outburst. Dora have thought the same as well therefore I took it upon myself to erect a barrier to prevent my liege, Sui and the other human to be awaken from your scuffle noh?” –Gon
Dora nodded with Gon’s word and Fel trotted over near Mukohda. He felt relief when he saw him alive, breathing and dreaming. He laid down closer to Mukohda and rested his head at the palm of Mukohda’s outstretched arm.
“Do tell us Fel, what had caused you such great fright? It is unlikely of your stature to be encompassed of a nightmare.”-Gon
“Yeah c’mon man you’re like an arrogant bastard who’s obnoxiously proud. But you’re strong in literally everything.”-Dora
“It was a nightmare as you have said and it was a terrible one even for me”-Fel
Fel turned his head and nuzzle into Mukohda’s neck. Mukohda was warm just like the very first skin contact he had with the human and it was quite some time ago when he had sealed his familiar contract with him. He felt the life and energy coursing through the sleeping man.
“You know I sometimes wonder, who the bigger coward between the two of you is.”-Dora
Fel turns to look at him with a small glare.
“I do not need you judgment Dora”-Fel
“Please, you’ve liked him for quite a while now and he’s oblivious to it. You claim you have absolutely no fear and not to compare yourself with human emotions but man have you looked at your reflection?!”-Dora
Fel remained silent.
“I agree with Dora. Even back then upon our encounter once again, when it came to my liege you barred your fangs at me, forwarded with your steps and you have desired my attention solely focused in you and not with him”-Gon
“Disguising your protectiveness and possessiveness under the pretext of a long overdue fight and victory? You’re something hahahahahaha”-Dora
Dora cackles whilst pointing at Fel.
“I believe my liege is still under the impression that all your advances are because of food and how those certain touches of yours for him is to appease his mood as to not anger him and cause you shortage of food especially meat once again.”-Gon
“Sui told me about how you said to him you can never ever be satisfied with eating meat raw ever again and how you said everything simply tastes better if it came or made with his hands.”-Dora
Word for word and realization one after another that the possibility of losing (his) Mukohda might leave him not only broken and devastated but rather only a shell of his once former, glorious self.
“Do tell Fel, what had greatly caused you such sudden grievance. His liege is deep in slumber and I assure you our conversations will remain a mystery to him.”- Gon
Dora nods at the ancient dragon’s words and without the possibility of Sui slipping up the piece of very important information that might hold the possibility of changing their dynamics for better or for worse, Fel considers those words.
He huffs out a deep breath he hadn’t noticed he was holding. It was one thing to have a nightmare for the very first time since his birth but it was another for him to have that dream about Mukohda. Everything had been so vivid and surreal that he, for the very first time felt, afraid.
The dream had allowed him to connect with Mukohda in ways more intimate than he could’ve ever imagined. From the beginning of it to the very end, he felt all the emotions that had swirled with the Mukohda in his dream and it clashes with his. He heard all the thoughts and memories flashed before his eyes, memories and thoughts that were Mukohda’s as he reminisced with all the adventures they had come across.
Amongst those feelings, he felt Mukohda’s heartbeat as if it was his own and every thought that had him in them, the human’s heart had been beating very loudly for Fel to hear.
He felt the sadness and longing Mukohda felt as he walked and lived like a ghost back to his world. Day by day, the heaviness of Mukohda’s heart continuous to grow as well as his.
He had watched Mukohda get yelled at, anger fuming within him, by another lowly human who took advantage of him and his cooking. He wanted to release his fury to the human who think he was some god whom Mukohda needed to appease and he wanted nothing more than to tear those humans to shred, piece by piece. But he couldn’t do anything and he had attempted numerous times to call out for Mukohda.
Numerous times he attempted and failed yet Fel had persevered, desperate to scold Mukohda, to bestow death and destruction to this otherworldly human who dares to insult, belittle and make fun of (his) Mukohda.
He yelled again and again that Mukohda needs to stand up for himself like how he had faced dungeon after dungeon with him. He wanted to approach him closer and to let Mukohda know that he was there with him but no matter how much he pursued, everything fell on deaf ears.
Then Mukohda was walking absentmindedly, with thoughts of the other world he had been summoned to and did not see the approaching vehicle, big enough to have put an end to Mukohda’s life. He watched as a young whelp with an odd clothing and face grabbed Mukohda back and away from the accelerating vehicle and berated him for his callousness.
Mukohda abruptly stood up with an apology and ran, Fel followed him so close, yet so far. They reached back to his home and once again, Fel witnessed Mukohda lose the remaining happiness and life that etched his face. Then suddenly he was laughing, Fel heard as he watched him stand up from the floor and out from his room. He was like a madman, completely devoid of any emotions and well the person that made Fel drawn to him in the first place.
Fel then felt an immense amount of dread as chills began running through his body when he watched the human take steps up. Each thud of Mukohda’s feet were growing louder and louder until he reached his place.
“No” Fel exclaimed and he continued to shout that word again and again. He didn’t want to watch yet his eyes and his body betrayed him. Then, there it was, the very last smile and real smile Mukhoda ever had since he returned back to this world. Fel wanted to run to him but he was stuck and with all the emotions coursing through him, he watched Mukohda close his eyes, his body losing balance and he fell……willingly.
Then his eyes shot open with a no and the loudest he was capable of. It was a loud cry, a Fenrir’s sorrowful cry filled with absolute anguish and pain, Gon and Dora knew. It was all a dream, an extremely unpleasant dream.
Fel turns to Mukohda, he was there beside him sleeping peacefully and his face held the same grace, color and life that Fel had been drawn to.
Mukohda was a coward and would shriek in fear the moment he is faced with danger, his instincts inferior to the other humans Fel was used to and Mukohda would steer clear away from trouble as much as he could. He was weak, naïve and easy to fool as Fel recalls the incident of Mukohda being fooled by those cunning adventurers for double the price of a map and there was also the wild behemoth that destroyed his magic stove and ate all the food he had prepared. The behemoth had off springs and Mukohda immediately decided to leave it alone and refuse vengeance, going as far as threatening Fel and the others with no meal if they ever proceeded with their actions.
But Mukohda was also kind, much more than he ever thought a human was capable of being both to other humans, elves, dwarves or beastmen with even the monsters surrounding them. He was different from them and in that way he stood out and aside from the fact that he was summoned to this world with little to no familiarities of it all. People of all race, age and intentions eventually gravitated towards him due to his timid nature and Fel had watched him get acquainted with the others one after another and even the children, they all adored him. He was weak yes but in signs of desperation he was willing to act and protect those who he cared about.
Mukohda is passionate about his cooking and Fel knows that each of the dishes that he prepares are well thought of and with outmost care for those who he choose to serve them to. Fel had grown very fond of him whilst watching his movements cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mukohda was always in his element as he handles each ingredient well and turning them into the next best thing Fel and his other familiars have ever laid their entire taste buds on. He always carried a smile with his cooking and whenever he stared back at Fel, Gon, Dora and Sui indulging themselves with his dishes, there was that smile too even after they ate.
He was weak and a coward yet it made Fel want to encourage him, push him to learn something new and protect him. The Fenrir admits to himself that at the very first it was all about food and that he was willing to become a familiar and guarding up this human for the sole reason of food. His cooking was second to no one in his 1014 years of life. But it changed in a way even Fel didn’t even know had happened. It was silent and slow, making its way and taking its time completely but it was there now and had established itself strongly and refuses to leave.
Fel’s touches became a little more intimate than before craving the other’s warmth and lingering them a little more than before and it was of complete irony. When Fel wanted something, he gets it by all means and immediately even forcefully, but with Mukohda he took his time when he finally began to acknowledge and want something more than the familiar and master contract they had. But if there is also something that the Fenrir wants and pursues, he guards them and refuses to let anything take it away from him.
So Fel tells Gon and Dora about the vivid dream he had and he finds himself studying the deeply disturbed expression of the pixie and ancient dragon before him.
“Such a grievance indeed but I believe that it does affect you greatly than others, probably even more than the slime who adores our master to no bounds”-Gon
Dora nods and smiles at Fel.
“Then what are you going to do? Oh Great Legendary Fenrir.” Dora quips him. The Fenrir leans forward his sleeping human and touches his forehead against Mukohda’s exactly like how they sealed their contract. But this time, the light was brighter than before and shunning even Dora and Gon.
The light disappeared and Fel nuzzles his nose with Mukohda’s cheek and as if by reflex, Mukohda smiles unconsciously and leans into his gesture.
“Hahahaha you’re really red you hopeless romantic. It was about time you did something” –Dora
“So my liege does reciprocate, from today onwards, things are likely going to be more interesting than they were ever before.”-Gon
“I fully agree with you. Don’t you think so Fel?” Dora says with a snicker as he looked at Fel who was still flushed, eyes wide as he stared at Mukohda. He was accepted and their bond had grown into something special.
“You two will keep this conversation from him and if he asks-“ Fel was about to establish a threat but Gon cuts him off.
“We know what to do. We are not children Fel and besides nobody would ever be of equal to you in matters of who deserves the master’s affections”-Gon
“Take care of him and if you break his heart me, Gon and Sui will kill you.”-Dora
“Silence and if it bothers you it has never crossed my mind”-Fel
“But it’s better to have those grounds laid out noh? Well then, we all should return to sleep as we still have a big day tomorrow. I still am very much looking forward to my liege doing absolute wonders with that leviathan meat once it’s been butchered.”-Gon
“Me too! Me too!”-Dora
Gon and Dora returns to their slumber whilst Fel moved and settled back to Mukohda and this time his nose touched the other’s cheek. Fel smiled and returned to sleep as well.
“You are mine and I will never allow anyone to take you away from me”-Fel
The next morning……
Mukohda wakes up early and stretches himself. He sees everyone around him still asleep and so he began preparations for breakfast.
“Status Open” Mukohda says and his eyes unconsciously hovers over his stats. His fingers instinctually about to press the online supermarket skill but then something caught his eye. His fingers stop mid-air and he then proceeds to rub his eyes thinking he was seeing things with his status…….specifically his tittle.
He blinked a few times before feeling his cheeks heat up then his entire head burning up.
