Pyrokinesis/Plasma Form: Sam has the power to create and control fire, ranging from using his fingers as a lighter to literally setting himself on fire in order to achieve flight. He's able to do this by heating up from his core with no detrimental effects on his health. Another favorable mutagenic change is his cells' ability to utilize this extra energy by converting it into a moderate-density, plasma-like state that is regulated by a subconscious mental field and can be modified by an act of will. When sufficient quantities of energy are consumed, the Torch unavoidably reverts to his solid state.
Flight: In his fiery form, Sam is able to combust his feet to achieve flight; with this ability, he is able to achieve speeds comparable to those of jets. He can accelerate up to supersonic speeds. He can also discharge concussive blasts of heat, most notably in the case of his human candle punch
Fire and Heat Immunity: When he's in his Plasma Form Sam is unaffected by heat and flames, including his own, even when part of him is aflame and the rest of him is not. His flesh cannot be scalded or burned by any heat source.

Thermokinetic Cryokinesis: By absorbing thermal energy from molecules to create gelid surroundings, Donnie can generate dangerously low temperatures from her body, letting her freeze virtually anything. Donnie has the ability to lower the temperature of objects upon touch. postulated that Donnie's powers were not genetic, but instead environmental, theorizing that they were the result of being struck by a bolt of lightning while manipulating the Atmospheric Moisture Freezing Device, with his cells gaining the ability to emit liquid nitrogen. He can use his powers to freeze the HYDRA operatives tasked with capturing him.
Cryokinetic breath: Donnie is able to exhale cold mists with enough momentum to knock several people backwards and off their feet. He could also use this as a means to produce a thick and obscuring fog.
Cryokinetic constructs: Using his thermokinetic cryokinesis, Donnie can create constructs made of ice and icicles.
Cryokinetic Healing: Caitlin was able to heal injuries by filling the wounds with ice. As the wound heals, the ice will thaw until its fully healed, the ice will be melted by the time its healed.
Cold Immunity: An added benefit to his powers, Donnie's cells could withstand subzero temperatures, as seen when he was unaffected by a snowstorm he created after escaping and later when decreased the temperature in a lab to absolute zero.
Genius-Level Intellect: According to Anne Weaver, Donnie has an IQ of 190. In addition, he was the youngest student since Jemma Simmons and Leo Fitz.
Master Engineer: Donnie has a degree in engineering. He uses this talent in order to rebuild machines; he built a copy of the Atmospheric Moisture Freezing Device, originally built by Leo Fitz, and easily rebuilt ' radio, that Elias thought was beyond repair. He was even able to invent such interesting items as an Ionized Air Cannon or a larger version of the Freezing Device. Weather Manipulation: Ororo is a powerful mutant who is able to control the weather and all of its forms with ease. She can control meteorological tempests, such as lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes, mist, and typhoons. She can even siphon electricity, causing her to shoot it out as lightning of any intensity. She could shock people with lightning by colliding with them.
Atmospheric Adaptation: Ororo is immune to extreme weather conditions like extreme heat or cold, storms and is capable creating a small atmosphere around her, thus this allows her possibly survive in areas where there is a lack of oxygen such as areas of high altitudes.
Electricity Manipulation: The ability to manipulate, control, and create pure electrical energy; such as lightning. This power allows Ororo to control all forms of electrical power, being it static electricity, thunder and lightning, magnetic force, electromagnetic forces, or electrical pressure. Ororo is capable of discharging lightning bolts from her hands, while also summoning a lightning bolt from the sky.
Lightning Travel: Ororo can travel through bolts of lightning, giving her amazing speed.
Earth Telepathy: Ororo is psychically linked to her immediate surroundings, as she can detect the position of fighter jets whilst creating tornadoes to keep them at bay. She was capable of avoiding unintentional causalities when the pilots ejected from their jets. She can also detect if a nearby animal or plant has died or if the weather is about change.
Flight: With the power of wind control, Ororo is even able to fly by making the wind lift her up in the air. She could fly at great speed.
Enhanced Strength: Ororo seems to have elevated strength as she was able to throw a fully grown woman into a barb wire and proceeded to electrocute her.
Expert Combatant: Ororo is a highly trained hand-to-hand combatant. She utilizes her lightning while fighting close range. She is even able to hold her own against physically stronger opponents in close combat.
