I forgot how much I dislike staying here in Dema. However, I am gathering some very useful information and mapping the rest of the tunnels. The Red Rebellion has around twenty members, and I am hoping that I will convince more in the coming months to see the truth.

Dear Torchbearer,
Many of the Red Rebellion are hoping to join the Bandito ranks. I think we should wait until I have returned to Trench to consider this; however, I believe an extra few people in the Bandito rebellion may make all the difference in the Revolution, although our inner rebellion is just as important.

Dear Torchbearer,
As of the date of writing, I have been in Dema for two months. I am doing well to keep myself and the Red Rebellion out of the watchful eye of Blurryface - I believe the recent loss of Keons has helped with this as they are now unable to supply a bishop to survey the district.
I am experiencing a strange sensation inside me while thinking about Trench. I do miss the outside, as Dema is starting to affect me although I am here with a strong purpose.

Why have you not responded? I understand completely that you must keep secrecy and sending letters may betray my location to Blurryface, but I must know how the Banditos have progressed since I left.
Of the Red Rebellion, there is a young woman who I believe should accompany me when the Banditos help me escape Dema. Her name is Ruby, and she has a surprising amount of information due to her family's connections to the Bishops. I cannot say here, but prepare for two when you arrive at Dema.

Dear Torchbearer,
It has been four months since I first arrived in Dema, as you may well know. I should not create such attachments, but I rather do miss being surrounded by likeminded folk such as the Banditos. It has taken willpower to stop myself from shouting at my fellow Red Rebellion members who perhaps are still under some influence by the Bishops.
I think that I am having a positive effect on the Rebellion, as they learn from me and break their previous assumptions about the Banditos. However, I shall return to Dema in one month as the Red Rebellion has grown to a substantial size and the core members have almost as much knowledge as I.
Regarding a previous letter, Ruby will not be escaping to Trench as she would like to lead the Red Rebellion once I am gone. She has encrypted a letter for me to take back to Trench when I depart.

I have not been coping well recently with my experience in Dema and I truly believe it is in my and the Rebellion's best interest for me to return in the next few weeks. Sincerest apologies.
