Chapter Text
A cloudy and normal winter afternoon, two beautiful he young university students were walking along the sidewalk, casually, like any pair of good friends.
It was just four o'clock in the afternoon when they were about to return to campus, and the handsome blond he young man spoke.
"Hey, Cale, do you want to go eat? I don't want to go alone," he said.
The aforementioned Cale, a handsome redhead with an indifferent expression, raised an eyebrow and asked curiously.
"Are you inviting me on a date?"
The he blond university student let out a snort while saying, with some annoyance and persistence:
"There you go again, are you going or not?"
Cale just rolled his eyes and was about to answer without thinking too much, when a mischievous glint quickly passed, staying momentarily in those burgundy-colored eyes that Alberu didn't notice.
"Okay, let's go, on the date," said the redhead with a mocking smile.
Alberu just rolled his eyes while letting out another snort.
"Let's go."

In a parking lot, Alberu opened the passenger door and directed his gaze at Cale.
"Come on, get in."
Cale raised his eyebrow again.
"Why are you opening the door for me?"
Alberu tilted his head in confusion.
"What's the problem with that?"
Cale, in a mocking tone with a hint of insinuation, said:
"So, it's not a date?"
A bit impatient, Alberu replied:
"Forget it, I'll get in myself."
Alberu left the door open, walked around the car, and got in.

Alberu wrapped his arm around Cale's shoulders and pointed for him to see a place.
"Look, I took you to the pastry shop near campus, see? Not an elegant restaurant."
"Well, pastry shops too..."
Already annoyed, Alberu rolled his eyes, cutting off Cale's words.
"Don't start, Cale."
Cale shrugged his shoulders back and replied indifferently:
"For me, that's an insinuation."
"You know... forget it."
Alberu turned around and entered the pastry shop.

The two young men were sitting at a table by the window, with a beautiful and romantic view of the street.
"Hyun."
Alberu was drinking from one of the two straws of the chocolate couple's milkshake, when he heard Cale's call.
He looked up and replied:
"What's wrong? Is there something you don't like?"
"It's not... it's just that..."
Before finishing what he was going to say, his gaze swept over what was on the table... vanilla and chocolate heart-shaped cookies on a plate in the center of the table, and... a couple's milkshake with two straws.
"Hyun, those are heart-shaped cookies."
Alberu furrowed his brow in confusion, explained patiently with a tired smile, while pointing:
"Dear Dongsaeng, that's the specialty of Roan's pastry shop that you want me to do."
"Hyun..."
"Come on, just eat."

The blue-eyed blond approached the redhead with a napkin in his hand and wiped the crumbs from the corner of Cale's mouth.
"Dongsaeng, you're a kid, you have crumbs on the corner of your mouth."
He said with a laugh full of tenderness, while removing the used napkin.
Cale stiffened at the unexpected action. After a moment, he severely called out to his Hyun.
"HYUN!"
"What's wrong?"
Alberu seemed confused by his sudden call to attention.
"What's wrong? I just cleaned up where you had crumbs."

"I'll pay," said the blond, putting his credit card in the folder that shows the bill.
"Hyun."
"What now?"
"If this is a date," Cale exclaimed, with obviousness in his tone.
Alberu kept his gaze on Cale for a few seconds, making eye contact, before sighing heavily and speaking exasperatedly.
"Fine, I'm fed up. You know what? I'm going to the bathroom, the cashier is over there, you pay."
Alberu got up and went to the bathroom.
Cale looked up, his gaze swept over everything inside the restaurant before speaking to the familiar faces inside the pastry shop.
"This is a date, right?"
The familiar faces nodded in agreement with smiles, exclaiming:
"Yeees!!"
