Or...

A silly crossover that I didn't mean for it to be so long ohmylord, also Martim Slander 2025.

The Forgotten Five and City Spies, my beloveds.

Work Text:

Brooklyn and Cairo were just working on Scarab one second and the next, they appeared in a strange white room.

"I really wanted that bar," Sydney said. Paris patted her on the back then spotted the other two.

"Hey! Do you guys know where we are?" He looked nervous as he motioned for Kat and Rio to come back to the group.

Cairo looked around and shrugged. Brooklyn had the same reaction.

Suddenly, Monty and Mother appeared. Mother was screaming as he fanned nothing and Monty stood there, looking at him like he was a lunatic.

"Mother, are you okay?" asked Kat. Mother opened his eyes and saw he had nothing in his hand and nothing in front of him.

His face burned but he pretended like it was nothing. "Of course I am."

Annie appeared after that, along with C and Tru. "What is going on?" asked a peeved Tru.

"I wish I knew," Mother replied.

The next thing they all saw was a group of four kids suddenly appearing.

A girl with long, really shiny, silky black hair paled, holding her hands to her mouth. A boy with medium-brown skin immediately went over to her and helped her breathe. "Just focus on not throwing up."

"That's not helping!" she replied, her face still pale.

Another girl with buzzed ivory-blonde hair went over to the older-looking girl and helped her lie down on propped arms. "Read about it in my mom's book, should help."

"Seven, you okay?" asked a boy with messy honey-brown hair.

"Whose Seven?" Mother looked around, assuming it had to be one of the three they could see.

"Me," Seven muttered from behind the Sydney, causing her to throw a punch behind her. "Woah! Sorry!" They couldn't see him, which made Paris put a protective arm in front of his siblings.

"I am so confused right now...," said Kat as she carefully made her way to the kids.

Monty grabbed her shoulder. "We don't know if they're safe or dangerous."

The girl with buzzed ivory-blonde hair furrowed her brows. "Don't tell me you hate supers too."

"Supers?" asked Rio. Suddenly it started making sense to them.

"Ah, you're not from our world..." Monty nodded as she mused.

Mother meanwhile looked astonished. "This has to be a dream, multiverses aren't real!"

"Actually, it is taken seriously in science, mainly modern science. It is a possibility but not yet one hundred percent proven," Brooklyn interjected. Mother took a few seconds to process this and nodded slowly.

Suddenly, a very muscular and big woman appeared with a girl in crutches.

"Lada! E-kat!" cried the kids who had appeared after the City Spies.

C and Tru exchanged confused glances. "What the bloody hell is going on?" C shrugged at Tru's whispered question.

"We don't know either," the boy with medium-brown skin replied. Tru was startled, how did he hear that from all the way over there?

The girl in crutches went over to the other kids and the women looked at the City Spies and their allies, ready to step in as a bodyguard if needed.

"Who are you?" C finally spoke, as he felt the need to do so.

The kids all looked at each other(the City Spies assumed the mysterious boy named Seven was doing so) and the girl with long, really shiny, silky black hair stepped forward. "We're the forgotten five, at least, that's what Troy called us in his book."

C raised a brow and put a hand to his chin. "Never heard of you."

The boy with medium-brown skin snorted. "Yeah, I think that's the point of the name." The ivory-blonde-haired girl elbowed him.

"I'm Birdie," the girl with black hair said. "That's Tenner," she pointed at the medium-brown-skinned boy. "That's Cabot," she pointed at the girl with buzzed ivory-blonde hair. "That's Brix," she pointed at the boy with messy honey-brown hair. "That's Lada," she pointed at the girl in crutches. "And this," she said as she felt around for something before grabbing it, "is Seven." She held up her hand and assumingly Seven's as she faded slightly.

The City Spies looked at each other then at the kids and back to each other. Mother cleared his throat. "Seeing as you all aren't from our world, assumingly," he said this as he took a quick glance at where he thought Seven was. "My name is Mother. This is Monty, Tru, and C." He then looked at his kids. "And this is Paris, Sydney, Kat, Rio, Brooklyn, Cairo, and Annie."

"Nice to meet you all," Birdie said with a smile.

(Note: This feels so OOC for everyone, help)

"I love your earrings, where did you get them?" asked Sydney.

Birdie put her hand to the back of her neck nervously. "I made them."

Sydney's jaw dropped. "You made them? I'd love a pair, how'd you do it?"

Paris looked in awe as he watched Brix bounce around the room, touching ceilings, running up walls, and overall showing off. "How do you do that?"

"It's my supernatural ability!" Brix finally stopped, needing to rest. "I can also heal others, but only within a twenty-four hour period for injuries."

"Brilliant," said an amazed Paris. "Can you at least teach me how to do all that ninja stuff normally?" Brix beamed at this and nodded.

Rio looked at Lada in awe as she tried teleporting out of the room. He then felt Seven walk past him, which made him shiver. That didn't stop him from following Seven, though. "I have so many questions!"

Seven was startled. "Uhm, go ahead-"

"How's it work? Can you turn it off? Have your friends ever made fun of you for it? Have you considered joining MI6 or something when you're older?" Seven was overwhelmed with the amount of questions and tried to figure out what was MI6.

Lada teleported over to them and joined the conversation. Rio felt like he would faint.

"You have heightened senses, can hold your breath for thirty minutes, and can swim like a fish? Me and you need to play water polo!" Annie squeezed Tenner's shoulders as she bounced on the balls of her feet.

Tenner felt his face burn at the action, not being used to it. "I- Uhm, I don't know what water polo is..."

Annie looked bewildered. "Ok, we definitely need to play!"

"I have a super ability, but I rather use my brain more," Cabot spoke with Kat and Brooklyn, all three of them bonding over their quest for knowledge.

Cairo watched as his siblings all had someone to talk to, but not him. Mother gave him a pat on the back. "It's alright, us adults don't have anyone either-"

Seven adults of different skin tones and ethnic backgrounds appeared suddenly. A woman who seemed like an older version of Birdie looked at the kids interacting and then spotted the other adults.

A man with ivory-blonde hair(much like Cabot's) helped a woman with shimmering skin up, as she had fallen. A woman with brown skin studied the surroundings, reaching for her waist but finding nothing. "Jack, my weapons belt?"

The ivory-blonde-haired man looked up and shrugged. The woman with shimmering skin also became aware of their surroundings. "Hello, who are you all?"

"Magdalia," growled a man with dark brown hair that was slicked back and highlighted with grey hairs at his temple. The shimmering woman rolled her eyes and turned back to the man.

"Knock it off, already," a man with no whites and pure black in his eyes put a heavy hand on the other's shoulder. A woman with dark brown skin and a super short Afro nodded in approval.

"Who are you?" asked C, taking charge again.

The group of adults hesitated but the woman with brown skin in a business suit spoke up. "It's alright, I know exactly what's happening. We're safe to reveal our identities because we don't come from the same reality. I'm Greta Stone, my ability is superintelligence."

"I'm her husband, Jack Stone, I can read minds." The ivory-blonde-haired man stood behind Greta supportively.

"Screw this, I'm out of here," said the man with dark brown hair and greyed temples. He disappeared and his clothes started to be taken off as he dropped them to the floor. Mother was alarmed as he covered his eyes.

Monty looked over at him. "You're a man too."

"Yes, well, I'm not exactly keen on accidentally finding one naked either."

A yell came from the man who had gone invisible as he crashed into a wall he had run full speed at and the man with all black eyes snickered, then looked over at the other adults. "I'm Troy. I have x-ray vision. And that guy there, his name is Martim."

As Martim put his clothes on, he said something about "consent" and "not having given it".

"Since the parrot has been silenced, I'm The Librarian," said the woman in the super short Afro.

The older-looking-Birdie woman laughed and added, "I'm Elena Golden, I have super-athleticism."

"I'm Magdalia Palacio, I can project myself into different areas." The woman with shimmering skin stood near Elena and The Librarian, not quite trusting of being in the same room as so many people.

The Librarian looked at the super-strong woman near the City Spies adults. "She's E-kat." E-kat gave a nod to the rest of them and smiled.

(Martim slander 2025)

The groups agreed to gather in a circle and figure out what was going on. "Should I feel threatened that a little girl has wasps on her earrings?" whispered Mother to Monty.

"I would assume so, they seem like one of those rare ones, I can't remember the name right now." Monty studied Birdie closely. She started imagining how beneficial having her on a team would be. Yes, they'd need to burn through some money for the right animals, but even then, just her having access to some animals can make the girl a powerful opponent. Monty smiled, she would not ever want to cross this young lady.

"Alright, settle everyone!" C and Greta had adjourned their meeting, which was really just a two-person huddle. "You know this better, you should explain, Mrs. Stone," C whispered.

Greta nodded in thanks and then turned to the group. It felt really different since she'd never had to speak in front of so many in a while. She looked at her daughter, Cabot, and smiled. "We think we're currently in a multiversal crossover or in-between. It sounds illogical, but it seems to be the more likely on why we don't recognize one another or our independent news."

The group murmured some thoughts to themselves.

"I'm aware that some of us," Greta looked at Martim as she spoke, "may not believe so. And that's alright." Greta let this sink in before speaking again. "What we should all figure out, is how to get out of here."

Mother raised his hand, not wanting to risk speaking over her, when she pointed at him, he simply replied, "Anything goes."

Greta looked confused. "Yes, anything goes... any ideas."

"No, no," Mother said with a laugh as he realized the foreignness of the game to the newcomers, and some of the others from MI6 in here. "'Anything goes' is a game me and the rest of my children play when we want to figure out something. It encourages them to think outside the box and no idea is turned down or looked bad upon."

Jack took note of this, if he remembered any of this once it was over, he'd want to keep it in his memory to play with Cabot later.

Greta and C nodded. "Excellent start, Mother," C said approvingly.

Martim snorted before Troy elbowed the man harshly, knocking him over.

The rest of the group ignored the scene(Sydney could swear she heard Seven laugh a little) and started suggesting ideas. "What if it's a waiting game?" suggested Tenner. Mother nodded in approval at the boy, it seemed like the most logical answer. Tenner beamed.

"It could also be a fight to the death," suggested Martim quietly. Birdie held back an invisible force with both her hands as she spoke to it.

While the two groups were figuring that out, Magdalia kept trying to reach her projected image from outside the room. She succeeded at first, but only for a split second. "I think Greta is right."

"When am I not?" Greta came up to Magdalia.

"Well, you said this was an in-between... I can still reach my image from here, so I would assume that means something," Magdalia quipped.

The rest of an hour went by with guesses, half-hearted attempts at breaking the walls, and just some silly shenanigans(Seven and Tenner got into an annoying jostling match with Paris, Cairo, and Rio, and then Brix jumped in.) "Hey, why didn't Paithoon get teleported?" ask The Librarian.

"He's usually with his tutor throughout the day," Magdalia replied. "I think we only got here if were alone or with someone else that was supposed to be here." The Librarian nodded at this, calculating every single factor before sighing.

"This is most definitely a waiting game," she mused.

(This is me, trying to resist any shipping)

The Forgotten Five and their allies all got on one side of the room. Birdie and Seven cuddled close together in one corner, Elena and Brix stayed in the middle with Cabot and the Stones, Tenner and Troy slept right at the invisible barrier between the groups, and Lada and E-kat had taken another corner. Magdalia and Martim both sat at the far ends of each other, Magdalia on Birdie and Seven's side.

The City Spies and their allies also were on one side, Monty and Mother leaned on each other as the kids slept on them, while C and Tru spoke quietly with The Librarian.

"We may as well go to sleep," The Librarian whispered. C and Tru nodded, and then they all lay down and closed their eyes.

The next morning was a surprise to both groups, they all thought it was a dream, the Forgotten Five went about their day in their world, planning on how to make Estero a safe place for supers and the City Spies went about their day, doing what they loved the most.

"We all had an interesting dream last night, huh?" Cabot laughed with Brix. The rest of the Forgotten Five agreed with snickers and giggles.

"Hell of an interesting dream," remarked Paris in their own universe. The siblings all laughed and shared jokes and compliments about their wildly cool supernatural friends from their dreams.

Only C, Tru, Greta, and The Librarian knew it wasn't one, but they didn't need to share that.

Notes:

This turned out to be way longer than expected.

I feel like this is OOC, I had too many characters(reminder to self: Only make the kids meet) and I'm still recovering from the jaw-dropping 0 I have in art. (PLEASE I"M A STAR I TURNED MY STUFF INNNNNNNNN)
