Work Text:
Charles, to the surprise of many, didn’t quite fit the mold of what most would expect from an F1 driver. While he was a master of precision behind the wheel, he was equally as delicate in his personal life. He adored feminine things—soft fabrics, bright colors, intricate makeup, and clothes that made him feel like he was in his own world of elegance and beauty. He had always been this way, even when he was younger. But it wasn’t until he met Max that he felt truly understood and accepted for who he was.
Max loved to indulge Charles’s feminine side. Every day, without fail, he would dress Charles up—taking him shopping, choosing the perfect outfits, and making him feel like a living work of art. And Max adored it. He loved making Charles feel like a doll, pampered and cared for in a way that made him feel cherished.
On this particular morning, the sunlight filtered through the large windows of their shared apartment, casting a soft glow on the room. Charles stood in front of the full-length mirror, his long, slender figure already in one of Max’s chosen outfits: a flowing pink dress that highlighted his delicate features and complemented the softness of his skin. The dress shimmered with each slight movement, the fabric smooth and luxurious.
Max, ever the perfectionist, was inspecting him with a satisfied smile. He was sitting on the edge of their bed, his gaze roaming over Charles with a quiet intensity. The dress, paired with matching heels, made Charles look like a vision—a beautiful, ethereal creature.
“You look perfect, my good girl,” Max said, his voice low, the words wrapped in a mix of admiration and affection.
Charles flushed slightly, a soft smile tugging at his lips. He loved it when Max spoke to him like this. The words made him feel like the center of Max’s universe—like he was more than just a man, but a cherished, adored treasure.
“Thank you, Max,” Charles replied softly, his fingers lightly tracing the hem of the dress. “I feel… I feel beautiful in this.”
“You are beautiful,” Max said firmly, standing up from the bed and walking over to Charles. His hand gently cupped Charles’s chin, tilting his face up so their eyes met. “Every day, you’re more beautiful than the last.”
Charles's heart fluttered at the sincerity in Max’s eyes. Max wasn’t just his boyfriend. He was someone who embraced every part of him—the soft, the delicate, the vulnerable. Max didn’t just tolerate Charles’s love for femininity, he encouraged it. It was something Charles had never experienced before.
“I love it when you let me dress you up,” Max continued, brushing a strand of hair away from Charles's face. “You make every outfit look like it was made just for you.”
Charles let out a soft, contented sigh, leaning into Max’s touch. “I trust you, Max. You know exactly what I need.”
Max smiled down at him, his hand now resting on Charles’s waist. “You’re my perfect little doll, Charles. And I’ll always take care of you.”
Charles’s heart raced. He loved it when Max called him that—his “little doll.” It made him feel wanted, adored, and cherished in a way that no one else could ever make him feel.
Later that day, Max took Charles shopping again. It was a ritual now—one they both enjoyed immensely. Max would guide Charles through the store, picking out dresses, skirts, shoes, and accessories, while Charles would try them on, twirling and laughing as he modeled each outfit for Max’s approval. Max’s eyes would always light up when he saw Charles in something new. He was proud to call him his own, to spoil him and take care of him in every way he could.
Max was a man of action, a man who liked things done right. But when it came to Charles, he was soft. He liked to treat Charles as if he were the most precious thing in the world. He wanted him to feel beautiful, to feel like a true masterpiece.
As they walked out of the store with several bags filled with new clothes, Max couldn’t help but reach for Charles’s hand, giving it a gentle squeeze.
“You know,” Max said, his voice full of affection, “I never get tired of seeing you like this. You’re my perfect girl.”
Charles turned to look at him, a smile playing on his lips. “I’m glad you think so. I’ve never felt more loved.”
Max leaned in, kissing Charles’s cheek softly, before whispering, “You’re not just loved. You’re adored. Every moment, every day, you’re my perfect little doll. And I’ll always make sure you know it.”
Charles’s heart swelled at the words. In Max’s care, he had found something he never thought possible—a relationship where he could be his true self. Where his femininity was not just accepted, but celebrated. Where he was cherished, and where the world outside their bubble didn’t matter. Here, with Max, it was just them. And that was all he needed.
“Thank you, Max,” Charles whispered, leaning into him. “I love you so much.”
Max smiled down at him, brushing a soft kiss to his forehead. “I love you too, my beautiful girl. Forever.”
And in that moment, standing in the glow of the afternoon sun, Charles knew that he had found someone who would always accept him as he was. Someone who would love him, pamper him, and adore him—for every part of him, for every little detail that made him who he was.
