"I HATE YOU"

Summary:

Three words that Darwin Watterson have said to his brother Gumball Watterson have changed their relationship and how would Darwin fix this?

Chapter 1: Three Words: I Hate You

Inside the Watterson's house, we see Gumball Watterson and his brother Darwin Watterson sitting on the couch, watching TV since there was no school today and they can enjoy their day off. Gumball was holding the remote for the TV and he was looking bored like he didn't have any homework or anything school related to do.

Society was as its usual time, everyone being different from each other, Larry working from job to job in order to maintain a normal life, and less tips for the poor rock.

Back as we were saying, Gumball looked at his brother, who was enjoying his rest from school and speaking of that, Gumball suddenly opened his mouth and said "Hey bro, I suddenly remembered that Penny wanted me to go out with her and have some ice cream, like she's so nice to invite you too."

Here we go again, talking about Penny and Darwin wasn't going to have it this time, he looked at his blue cat brother and said in a serious manner "Gumball... I know you like Penny and stuff but I'm sorta getting tired of you talking about Penny every time, it's getting annoying to the point where I want to blow my brains out and forget about Penny."

Gumball looked surprised by what Darwin have admitted, was he bothering him blabbering about Penny too much? Was he getting on his nerves? Gumball took a deep breath and asked "So, are you annoyed of me talking about Penny?" 

Darwin's eye twitched and he answered with a loud tone "Yes! I'm sick and tired of you always talking about Penny and then this is Penny this, Penny that and all of that! I wish you can shut up about Penny for one second and not bring her up!"

"Dude, you don't have to rise your voice at me! I didn't know that you were reaching your limit on me talking about Penny!" Gumball tried to reassure his brother, Darwin wasn't having it and soon enough, the two began arguing. 

The argument went pretty bad, their voices were loud enough to break a lot of windows, cause water to go up from sewers, and the birds were flying away from the trees and grounds. Gumball had his fists clenched together, getting annoyed of Darwin complaining about Penny and soon enough, Gumball asked "So are you trying to tell me that you don't want anything and I mean ANYTHING to do with Penny!?"

Darwin immediately said something that he regrets later on "MAN, I HATE IT WHEN YOU ALWAYS BRING UP PENNY AND I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT SO MUCH! I'M GETTING TIRED OF THE SAME THING AND I'M GETTING TIRED OF PENNY BEING THE MENTIONED STONE A LOT! YOU KNOW WHAT... I HATE YOU!"

Darwin covered his mouth, realizing what he had said, he looked back at his brother, who looked shocked and tears streaming up in his eyes. Darwin began stammering "G-G-Gumball! I didn't mean what I said!" 

However, Gumball expression changed from shock to anger, he had a serious expression on his face, he crossed his arms and he began walking away from his brother. Darwin stood there, realizing that what he said was very hurtful and something to not joke about, Darwin began to show his ocean tears that began streaming down his cheeks and he fell onto his knees, he began whimpering and... This was the beginning of a different atmosphere of their relationship.

Chapter 2: Avoiding

Sorry for disappearing, it's been a while since I've updated this work and now, this one is short.

It was the next day after what happened yesterday, Darwin Watterson left the bedroom to get some breakfast downstairs, he went downstairs to get himself some breakfast when he saw his brother Gumball, who was eating breakfast all by himself as he was munching his cereal, Darwin decided to apologize to his brother for saying those things to him yesterday and he said next to his brother "Hey dude, are you still mad at me?"

When Darwin ask that question, his brother didn't even respond, Gumball continued to eat his cereal without saying a word, ever since what happened yesterday, Gumball has started to hate his brother as well, well he's just mad about what happened yesterday, but can you blame Gumball for it? No. 

"Dude I understand what I said was wrong but I want to apologize for it." Darwin tried to explain, and yet still, Gumball still refuse to listen to him as he continued to eat a cereal without saying a word. Darwin had waited for a few seconds for Gumball to have his respond, and Gumball still refuse to say anything. Darwin just had to give up for the moment and went to eat his breakfast.

Once everyone came downstairs for breakfast, Gumball left immediately and went to his room, Nicole looks confused and asked Darwin "What's going on with your brother? Does something happen between you two?" Darwin looked embarrassed by Nicole's question, he doesn't want to answer her question but the same time, he feels like that she needs to know about what happened yesterday, and that is saying a lot. 

"Don't worry Mrs mom," Darwin reassured her with a lie on his face "He probably been through a bad break up with Penny or something. If anything, we shouldn't worry about him right now, let's worry about her our breakfast and how it is going to get cold if we don't eat." The family looks confused at Darwin for a minute before they went to eat their breakfast and moved on for the moment. 

Darwin decide to excuse himself by asking his mother "Can I go to the bathroom right quick?" Nicole nods her head as she said "Sure, why don't you go ahead and go to the bathroom right quick honey?" Darwin nods his head and makes his way to the bedroom instead of going to the bathroom. 

When Darwin open the door to the bedroom, there he saw his brother just on the computer, going on Elmore Plus to get his mind off of something, Darwin steps in and asked his brother "You're not mad at me are you? Are you still mad at me for what happened yesterday?" However, Gumball still didn't listen to his brother and continue to go on Elmer plus to look up something.

Darwin decided to walk away for a moment..

Notes:

So, I'm not good with characterization actually, I'm bad at it and before you guys comment something absolutely unnecessary, hate comments will be deleted and don't be like "Why?" because I had this idea in mind and I want to express it.

Anyways, I would appreciate some constructive criticism, thx xx.
