Work Text:
It wasn’t the first time Chishiya had been sitting right there in the middle of the mall, looking at the tall brunette bumbling his way through the crowd of people that inevitably made their way to the food court during lunch time.
He had first seen the Bambi-eyed man in school where he bought a drink in one of the vending machines that was next to Chishiya’s usual resting spot. It was a bench that wasn’t too far from all of his classes, with great luminosity, and conveniently placed next to a vending machine that had his favorite brand of cookies.
To top it off, the bench Chishiya always coveted was sunny during the majority of the day and aligned well with the wall for Chishiya to be able to spread his legs just right after a shitty day full of brain cramming in uncomfortable plastic chairs.
The guy had taken a moment to acknowledge Chishiya’s presence, make a small joke about cats and Chishiya’s spot, before stumbling on his own feet as he tried to take his leave thus dropping his drink on the linoleum floor, making a huge sugary splash.
That had, for whatever reason, intrigued Chishiya a lot.
Or maybe it was just the cute little embarrassed smile he had sent his way as he picked his drink up from the floor before finally disappearing behind the adjacent corridor.
It was pure coincidence that he had found himself at the mall once, when he was on a break from his internship at the hospital nearby. He hated crowded places but really fancied himself something better than hospital food. He was getting tired of the bland flavors and just wanted something more substantial than jello for dessert.
It was even more fortuitous that he saw the same brown haired guy standing behind the counter of the small coffee shop nestled in the corner of the food court, between a bright Onigiri eatery and a zen Soba shop.
Chishiya had been minding his own business at the time and had never intended for this guy to have the impact he had had on him. To be frank, he only casually remembered him. Like an interesting encounter one has that has a lasting effect but no more.
Seeing him all business like, customer service smile on his face, it had done something to Chishiya. Renewed a sort of interest that had yet to leave him.
But Chishiya was a coward. He always sat in the middle of the food court, protected by the anonymity of a thousand faces. He never approached the coffee shop and always strayed far from this part of the food court, preferring to take the long way around, the furthest away from the coffee shop.
He had even come to learn his schedule.
The blonde knew it was creepy of him to observe the other man. Even worse when he had found his name on the receipt a customer had thrown away in a too full trash can that wasn’t too far from where Chishiya usually enjoyed his break… or his stalking sessions.
The paper had bounced out of the overflowing garbage bin, the customer not even looking back, so Chishiya had been a good citizen. He had picked up the dude’s trash. What if he just so happened to take a look at the receipt and innocuously got the cute cashier’s name.
That’s how he had been able to find out that Arisu was the brown haired man’s name.
It had been close to two months of coming to enjoy every break he could at the mall. Not that he particularly liked taking his break in densely populated places. Or where the ambient sound made his ears ring. He just couldn’t bring himself to stray far from Arisu when he could keep seeing him.
The thing was, Chishiya knew it wasn’t normal behavior. He didn’t need a bachelor in psychology to understand that.
It had gone through his mind to try and track him at school too. He had decided that this would be going too far.
He was sensible but he mostly didn’t want to get caught.
Yes, it was psychotic behavior.
No, Chishiya didn’t care
Until then he had profited off the situations that had been handed to him, he hadn’t actively seeked out anything about Arisu, he had simply taken the opportunities presented to him.
As long as it stayed like that, it was alright in his book.
He had barely resisted the urge of stalking him on social media.
The temptation was still there but he could proudly say he had resisted it.
If barely.
So Chishiya wasn’t ready when the dense crowd of people had taken Arisu off his usual route from the bathroom to the counter of the shop he worked at.
The urge to hide himself under the hood of his jacket had been strong but the blonde had opted to make a quick escape before Arisu passed Chishiya’s usual table.
He wasn’t ready for the wordless exclamation from the brunette as he tried to hurry out of the crowded space.
“Excuse me, excuse me, you dropped your badge!”
Chishiya sighed quietly, it was just his luck, really.
He hummed as he turned back around, feeling the tip of his ponytail slapping him on the side of his head from the vigor of the movement.
“Oh! You’re the guy from the vending machine!”
Arisu’s face had lit up with recognition.
Fucking Hell.
Why did this make Chishiya feel like he was suddenly about to throw up?
Chishiya hummed in response, brows furrowing.
“Oh, you might not remember me… well, anyway, you dropped that” Arisu took a second to look at the badge “Chishiya-sensei.”
Arisu’s face had changed drastically at the realization that Chishiya might not remember him. Unfortunately, Chishiya’s mouth decided he couldn’t let that pass before his brain caught on.
“I do! I do remember you. And, I’m not a sensei, not yet. Just call me Chishiya.”
Chishiya barely held himself back from cringing at his own words but he had accomplished his mission, Arisu’s eyes held that small spark again.
“Well, just Chishiya, do you come here often?”
Arisu suddenly blushed.
“It sounds like such a pick-up line said like that. I didn’t mean it that way.”
Chishiya scoffed lightly.
Cute.
“Did you have to leave right now? I was just about to take my lunch break. I work at the coffee shop over there” Arisu pointed at the place that Chishiya already knew all too well “Believe it or not, lunch rush isn’t such a big hour for a coffee shop like ours. If you have a couple more minutes, I wouldn’t mind having some company.”
Arisu’s face was still red and his words were just a bit rushed which confused Chishiya quite a bit. This guy was too much. Why was he flinging his honest smile and words around so freely?
Before he could speak, Arisu extended his hand towards him.
“I’m Arisu by the way, Arisu Ryohei.”
Chishiya extended his hand in turn, feeling Arisu’s longer fingers wrap around his. Feigning innocence was easy for him.
“Chishiya Shuntaro. My break isn’t done for a while, I can sit with you.”
Arisu’s answering smile was a bit too bright in Chishiya’s eyes, it made his stomach do this weird sort of flip that he knew wasn’t anatomically correct.
It was the impression he got though.
Arisu backtracked t the table Chishiya had previously occupied, taking a seat.
Chishiya hadn’t really noticed until then that Arisu was holding a lunch box in his other hand. It was an absolutely horrendous and brightly colored thing too. He really was losing his touch.
At the look he sent towards this chaos of a lunch box, Arisu sheepishly smiled back.
“It’s an old lunch box, it’s an anime I used to love growing up and, well, I can’t really bring myself to get rid of it.”
Chishiya hummed lightly.
He couldn’t really relate to the material attachment, but he guessed it only served to add to the column of characteristics that made Arisu to be his complete opposite.
“Also, it’s much easier to bring lunch when your break is timed. It helps to save money too. I’m still at home right now and I'd like to save up and be able to afford my own place soon enough.”
Chishiya could agree with that. He was fortunate enough that his own dad preferred to get rid of him at all cost than keep him another year under his roof. He lived alone in an apartment that was way too expensive for any old student, even a med student.
“My father preferred to get rid of me and pay for my expenses rather than keep me under his roof any longer. We don’t really get along, him and I.”
Arisu’s smile turned bitter.
“That makes two of us. My father doesn’t approve of my life choices. I’m sure that if he had the means to do that, I would have been living on my own for a while now.”
Interesting.
There was more to him than a pretty face.
Wow, he sounded like a jerk.
Their conversation went on for a while just like that.
Chishiya quickly learned that Arisu was much more clever than he had thought at first.
There was a charm to his awkwardness and how genuine he seemed that only served to render Chishiya even more curious than he already was.
They ended up exchanging phone numbers after Arisu discovered that Chishiya’s internship was just around the block.
They had talked about their professions and what they wanted to do and become. It made sense that Arisu was going into psychology.
Chishiya quickly discovered that Arisu had a bleeding heart.
Arisu really seemed the type of guy to befriend anyone.
The brunette had asked him to send him a text any time he wanted to come to the food court. Chishiya eagerly took the opportunity that life had, yet again, graciously offered him.
That’s how they simply started to get closer.
Chishiya had never had anything so simple in his life. No lying, no unsaid truth, nothing to scheme and plan; just simplicity in all the pure earnestness Arisu represented.
When he was with the Bambi-eyed man, it seemed like he could stop analyzing everything. He could simply be himself. Arisu seemed to laugh at his off-handed comments and, even when Chishiya went on a rare nerdy tangent, he still seemed to follow easily enough.
Arisu was truly a fascinating man.
Learning everything about him, from what made him tick to his mannerism, had quickly become Chsihiya’s favorite pastime. He was so bright yet so sensitive. There was nothing of that jadedness Chishiya and all his entourage exhibited on the daily.
He was bright in both ways, it was refreshing. Like dipping your feet in the water after a long hot day of wearing closed off shoes.
A small bliss.
That’s what their time together felt like.
Unfortunately, the end of his internship came too soon for Chishiya’s tastes.
He had briefly mentioned it once in their conversation when Arisu had wondered about what he did in the Hospital and how it worked for med students, so he was surprised when Arisu opened their meet-up with a question about the nearing end of his internship and their biweekly meet up.
“So, it’s your last week right?”
Chishiya barely ever heard that tone of voice in Arisu anymore. The one where it seemed like Arisu was waiting for doom or insults or any kind of bad things. The brunette had grown way more confident since their first meeting and it immediately sent the blonde’s brain into overdrive.
“Yes, it is. Why?”
Arisu’s hand mindlessly went to play with his own hair in a move Chishiya knew meant he was anxious.
The question was why.
“Well, I mean, I’ve kinda liked hanging out with you here and, I don’t know, I’ve gotten used to being able to talk to you many times a week. I, I guess what I’m trying to say is… I’ll miss you?”
The intonation at the end made it look like a question but there was no question about how it made Chishiya feel in this instance.
He felt his cheeks becoming hot and his heart gave a strange pang reminiscent of what Chishiya could only see as arrhythmia.
All of his current thoughts went right out the window as he looked at Arisu's averted gaze, his own cheeks bright red.
Oh.
Oh.
Oh.
Those were the signs of infatuation Chishiya had so often seen in others. Those were the same sign the young nurse, where he was interning at, always displayed towards him and the same sign he had seen in Kuina and Ann before they got their shit together.
They were the same signs Chishiya was currently exhibiting.
Suddenly, everything made sense, the reason why he was so compelled by Arisu. The reason why he had felt the need to understand him in the same way he used to do with the different knick-knacks he liked to tinker with when he was young.
Looking at something so attentively in order to understand the mechanism that made it and allowed it to function.
He had looked at Arisu with interest in the only way he had ever allowed himself to look at anything with interest.
Well, that changed the whole game now.
Now that he understood his mechanism, the way Arisu worked, there was only one thing to do, take him apart before putting him back together.
Chishiya would make sure to do a thorough job, over and over again, until he was satisfied that his experiments were sound and that he’d get the same result every single time.
Chishiya was a diligent researcher. He finally had an answer to give Arisu.
“Why would you miss me?”
Chishiya’s voice was strong, his gaze pining Arisu to the spot. Taking him apart with his eyes.
“Well, I mean, I feel like we’ve been getting to know each other and I enjoyed passing time with you. Well, that’s not quite right. I enjoy being with you, in your company... I know being a med student takes a lot of your time and I don’t want to intrude on that.”
Chishiya smiled lightly. Arisu, ever the stupidly kind man, giving him an easy out if he wanted it. A nice way to let him down without looking like an asshole. A way to bail out of their quickly intermingling worlds.
How far did this man’s empathy go?
It was easy enough to answer his unasked question.
“I make time for the things and people I want to make time for.”
Arisu’s eyes widened in surprise as he finally made eye contact.
“What?”
Chishiya’s open posture changed as he put his elbows on the table, making the moment just a tiny bit more intimate in this very public place. Their faces were barely more than 30 centimeters apart as he made sure to have all of Arisu’s attention on him.
“I said, I make time for the people I want to keep in my life.”
Arisu’s mouth opened slightly in surprise.
God, how Chishiya wished he could have understood his own psyche weeks ago. Arisu’s reactions only served to give Chishiya more courage, making his own stomach flip in excitement.
Arisu finally found his voice, whole body retreating back, unknowingly making Chishiya long for the gap to close back up.
“Me?”
Arisu’s eyebrows were nearly up to his hairline as he half-heartedly pointed back at himself.
Chishiya couldn’t help the fond smile that took over his features and, from Arisu’s expression, he wasn’t the only one recognizing the smile for the feeling it represented.
Arisu’s features went through a myriad of expressions before finally settling on this guarded type of joy that was unfortunately too often present in the younger man.
“Since when?”
Well, wasn’t that a loaded question.
Arisu was always so honest though.
Chishiya couldn’t find it in himself to keep his guard up for this puppy of a man. He settled on an honest truth, feeling strangely shy as he averted his eyes.
“Since you nearly fell flat on your face at the vending machine.”
Despite the shyness, Arisu’s affronted noise was music to Chishiya’s ears. He couldn’t help the smirk settling on his lips.
It was too fond. Disgustingly so.
The calm silence that quickly settled between them, and the eyes boring into his soul quickly replaced the joyous feeling with uncertainty.
He finally dared to meet Arisu’s eyes with his own again and felt the analytic gaze dissecting him.
He hated yet loved that about him. The unforeseen switch from emotional to analytical, always leaving Chishiya on his toes.
“Was it coincidental that we met each other here?”
The poised tone of voice was a first.
The sudden apprehension that filled Chishiya was too.
There was still no way he could lie to him.
“I might have had a hand in it.”
Arisu’s eyes suddenly shrunk as he impulsively put his elbows on the table to get closer to Chishiya again.
“Were you stalking me?”
Chishiya wanted to avert his eyes again, hide from the possible judgment, but the barely perceptible turn of Arisu’s lips quickly made him change his mind.
“Stalking is a strong word. I was just making sure you wouldn’t keep on being a menace to society, what with how clumsy you are. Hmm?”
The blush that took over Arisu’s features finally let Chishiya get his footing back again.
That man would be the death of him.
“I’m… I’m not that clumsy and stop changing the subject! I can’t believe the great Chishiya was after me all this time!”
Chishiya scoffed at Arisu’s exclamation.
“That’s Chishiya-sensei to you.”
“Oh, shut up!”
The blonde couldn’t help the genuine laugh from coming out. By the way Arisu was looking at him, the brunette was as surprised as he was at the sound.
The fact he didn’t comment on it only served to make Chishiya even more enamored.
Ugh, emotions were hard.
“Does that mean I’ll finally get to visit your fancy apartment ?”
Arisu’s smile mirrored Chishiya’s now.
“Hm. Very forward of you. Not even one date and you’re already inviting yourself to my place.”
Arisu’s aggravated groan couldn’t distract the med student from the pretty blush that was quickly spreading down his neck.
He didn’t even try to hide his hungry gaze.
“Chishiya, that’s not what I meant and you know it! Stop trying to make me blush, asshole.”
“I don’t think I will and I’m not even sorry about it.”
Arisu’s whining and shy smile was all the answer the blonde needed.
“What do you say about Friday night, after you shift?”
The eager nod and beaming smile he received made Chishiya’s innards liquify.
There was nothing medically accurate about that feeling though, Chishiya knew better than that now.
Friday night came both quickly and so fucking slowly that it made Chishiya ponder on time relativity for the first time in his life.
It had been quickly acknowledged that the blonde couldn't cook and that they would order in from one of Chishiya’s favorite places.
He had received Arisu’s text a couple minutes prior, telling him he was boarding the train.
Chishiya wasn’t freaking out.
He was cool, calm and collected.
It wasn’t his fault that what little decorations he had in his house were suddenly all out of place. It must have been the wind when he had opened his window earlier that afternoon while cleaning and airing out the apartment.
It was when he was moving the all-white lamp on the dresser next to the entryway for the hundredth time that his intercom finally buzzed.
Even though he was next to the buzzer that would unlock the door, Chishiya took a couple seconds to take a deep breath and not seem too hasty before buzzing Arisu in.
Why did he do that? He would never know.
When the subsequent knock came at the door, Chishiya didn’t see any reason why he would make Arisu wait any longer.
Even if that pesky lamp was still in the wrong spot.
Opening the door to a frazzled Arisu, hair a mess, the blonde knew he must have been stressed out of his mind on the way over.
Cute.
“Hi!”
Arisu’s voice seemed breathless and the blonde understood how they had both stupidly been stressing over this stupid date like it was the first time they’d eat together.
Sure, It was different.
It felt good though.
It seemed right.
Chishiya opened the door wider for Arisu, not uttering a word yet.
Seeing the wide-eyed man taking his place in, Chishiya’s only thought was that he looked good in his private space.
He really was turning into a lovesick fool.
“So, as fancy as you had imagined it would be?”
Arisu’s gaze settled back on him, a small giddy thing of a smile settling on his lips.
“Fancy, but pretty bare.”
Chishiya would have liked to take affront to that but he had had the same thought that afternoon as he had gone through the place, tidying up and working himself into a spiral.
He never really bothered with decorating the place, and had never felt the need to do so.
He knew it wasn’t Arisu’s style. Even his goddamn lunchbox was ornamental.
Still, before Chishiya could retort, Arisu kept talking.
“It’s pretty much what I expected. You’re a practical guy.”
The blonde didn’t know if he had to feel insulted or relieved at the comment.
To be honest, he was just glad Arisu kind of knew what to expect with him.
It felt good to be seen and known.
Chishiya never thought it could actually be something reassuring, to be seen. Vulnerability had always scared him, but he didn’t think there could be any timeline where he wouldn’t immediately trust the man in front of him.
How Arisu had remained so earnest and light in face of everything he went through, Chishiya would never know.
“You must be pretty hungry after your shift right? I’ll get us something to drink and then we’ll look at the menu, what do you say?”
Arisu agreed eagerly.
It didn’t take long for both of their nerves to settle down. Their easy banter came back easily as Arisu laughed about some particular customers that day. It was easy, it was fun and probably the most casual thing Chishiya had ever done if not for the hangouts with Kuina and Ann.
Even then, he had never felt so serene.
An ice cold beer in hand, with Arisu babbling sitting right in front of him.
Chishiya never cared for the mundane things in life but, with Arisu, maybe he could understand the appeal.
Arisu’s eyes were full of mirth and Chishiya quickly came to the realization that he must have missed the part where he was supposed to answer whatever Arisu had been talking about because he was staring at him, head slightly inclined to the left like a curious puppy.
“Penny for your thoughts?”
Arisu asked, going with the flow, playing with the small beads of condensation that were accumulating on his can of beer.
Now Chishiya was at a crossroad. He could tell the truth, risking all of his aloof attitude. Or, he could lie and say he just wasn’t paying attention.
Who was he kidding, he could already imagine the look in Arisu’s eyes if he lied. It wasn’t one he really wanted to see, if he was honest with himself.
“I was thinking that you fit well in my space.”
Arisu’s cheeks instantly lit up like Christmas lights. The blonde was pretty pleased with himself.
“Chishiya…”
The breathlessness sent an involuntary shiver up the med student’s back. He knew what that shiver meant. It wasn’t the right time for that though.
They couldn’t seem to break eye contact and, with the way Arisu’s grip on his can tightened, Chishiya could surmise the feeling between them was mutual.
“I-”
Arisu’s words were swallowed by the buzzer at the entryway, signaling their food was here.
A small breathless and nervous giggle escaped Arisu as his stance changed, breaking the intimate atmosphere.
As quickly as the tension had come, it left as they both got up to set the table and pay for the food.
A sigh passed between them.
The night was still young afterall.
Once they were both back sitting in front of each other, the conversation quickly came back.
Each passing through 3 or 4 cans of beers, it was apparent that they both felt more at ease now than they ever did. Not only did the beer help but the simple fact that thousands of people weren’t dallying around seemed to soothe both of their nerves.
Chishiya’s feet rubbing teasingly at Arisu’s long calves under the table were only a small bonus.
Chishiya wasn’t one to need contact but there was no doubt in his mind that Arisu needed it. The small smile he could spy behind the brunette’s chopsticks and the way he, not so subtly, extended his legs to allow Chishiya better access was all the blonde needed, to know he was right.
As they both finished their dinner, Chishiya, like the good host he was, invited Arisu to sit back on his too expensive, too pale, couch with him.
Although Arisu was a bit shy to sit too close to him in the first few minutes, it was easy enough to make him stretch his legs on the couch as he spoke. He always seemed a bit absent from his body when he was going on a tangent.
It just so happened that the conversation had turned to Arisu’s friends and there was nothing that could ever compare to him talking about his friends. Love just seemed to ooze out of him, even when he was mad at them. There was always this underlying narrative of care, always so foreign to Chishiya.
So it was easy for him to bring Arisu’s legs towards him. The brunette didn’t notice it at first, but there was a small pregnant pause in his speech as Chishiya lifted his pants up at the ankle to pet it absentmindedly; listening to his wild story about Karube, Chota and him getting kicked out of a combini when they were teenagers.
They seemed like chaotic people.
Which was a plus in Chishiya’s book.
As his story eventually reached its end, Arisu finally pinned the blonde with a pregnant stare.
Through the story, the brunette had slowly folded in on himself, eventually grabbing unto Chishiya’s hand tenderly. He was now in a near fetal position around the med student, Arisu’s breathing coming in puffs on Chishiya’s shirt covered collarbone.
Arisu’s voice had gradually decreased in intensity, the story reaching its climax and the atmosphere turning more intimate as they both held each other in some capacity.
“I’m glad you came to the mall that day.”
Arisu’s voice held this uncertainty that Chishiya wished he could never hear again. His head slowly came to rest on Chishiya’s shoulder hesitantly.
The small hum from Chishiya was accompanied by his hand moving from his calf to the side of his head. Playing with the wispy hair in a gentle hold.
“Thank you for inviting me Chishiya. I’m glad you did. I really think I might be starting to fall for you.”
The electric jolt that went through Chishiya at Arisu’s words was new but not unpleasant.
“I think it’s too late for me.”
Arisu hummed in question at the blonde’s comment.
“I fell for you long before I could recognize what was happening.”
The way Arisu’s hand squeezed his forcefully was answer enough.
It was the right moment, Chishiya felt it deep within him.
“Arisu? Look at me.”
The brunette’s head straightened up, both of them making eye contact. Chishiya’s hand never left the side of the barista’s head as he strengthened his grip and pulled their heads together.
The kiss that followed was long in the making.
It was a tentative little thing. Something Chishiya rarely allowed himself to be. He just wanted to make sure that him and Arisu were on the same page. A small lingering touch of each other’s lips.
When they both backed out of it, Arisu’s hand came to grip at the med student’s hand that was still on the side of his face, holding it in his own, as he slowly positioned his body in a more comfortable position.
The loss of Arisu’s long legs stretched across his laps was quickly replaced by the feeling of Arisu’s lips on his own.
It shouldn’t have become so heated so quickly but there was something in being alone for the first time that seemed to leave them both breathless and hungry for more.
The situation escalated quickly from there, Arisu’s legs eventually pinning Chishiya to the sofa, straddling him. The small yet unforgettable pressure of their groins rubbing against each other sent another electric jolt up the blonde’s spine.
A sensation that he, yet again, knew not to be scientifically accurate.
When Chishiya’s hands inevitably grabbed at Arisu’s hips and behind, the small moan his partner made wasn’t anticipated but it was welcomed.
Straightening out of the kiss, both of them flushed and panting, Chishiya couldn’t help the thought that Arisu was breathtaking.
He wanted to take care of him. He wanted to make sure the psychology student would always keep that joyous air to him. He felt like he’d never get enough of the look in Arisu’s eyes.
He needed to be the sole recipient of that look.
“Where do you want this to go tonight Arisu?”
Chishiya’s dominant hand had come back to pet the brown hair, not certain if he was trying to tame it down or get it messier.
Arisu’s small loving smile sent Chishiya’s way was mesmerizing.
“I want you to fuck me, if that’s not too much to ask.”
The way his expression turned cheeky in the span of so little time was fascinating. It did something to Chishiya’s inside that he didn’t even try to understand, too busy diving back at Arisu’s mouth in a dominating kiss.
As much as that smile was pleasing a deep part of the blonde man’s mind, Arisu had to understand that he wasn’t in control of the situation right now.
The choked off yelp that escaped Arisu as Chishiya flipped him on the sofa, grabbing at his hips roughly, was the best answer to his silent command.
The feeling of having Arisu under him was only equaled by the feeling of his long legs wrapping around him. The fact their groins pushed against each other was a small, very beneficial, bonus and the intake of breath from Arisu, so close to his ear, only served to arouse the blonde even more.
God, there was nobody who had ever made Chishiya feel like he was burning from the inside out until Arisu.
So, so not medically accurate, yet again.
Kissing along the column of his neck, his ear so close to Arisu’s mouth, Chishiya relished all the small sounds that came out of it.
Chishiya wasn’t a virgin by any stretch of the imagination but he had never felt that way before. The thrill of being the person lucky enough to hear those sounds where, if all went well, he would also be the last.
Chishiya wished he could be the last person to hear those sounds.
Forever always sounded so long with anybody but it didn’t feel like long enough with Arisu.
He was fucked. It was so disgustingly sweet.
It was perfect.
He snapped back to himself, still tonguing at the long span of Arisu’s neck when the brunette dug his fingernails into the meat of his shoulders and thrust their groins together quite harshly.
Resting back up on his heels, Chishiya admired the man before him.
The high blush on his cheeks that blended in with the red of his ears, his disheveled hair and the quick rise and fall of his chest made for a sinful view.
Chishiya’s thumb came to rest on his reddened lips, brushing the slight dampness he found there. He looked so hot.
Before he could voice that thought out loud, Arisu took his thumb into his mouth, licking and sucking lightly at it.
It sent a wave of arousal from the point of contact straight down to his cock.
Pining Arisu’s tongue to the bottom of his mouth with his thumb, Chishiya turned the growl that threatened to escape him into a statement.
“I’m not gonna fuck you for the first time on my couch.”
With that Chishiya got up and took Arisu’s hands in his, taking his thumb out of that sinful mouth but reluctant to entirely let go of him.
As soon as he turned back to lead the way to the bedroom, Arisu plastered himself to his back in a sneak attack against his collarbone. Chishiya stumbled, inhaling deeply.
“Come.”
He tugged on Arisu’s arms around his waist.
The apartment wasn’t so big, the bedroom was at the end of a small hallway that also held a closet and the bathroom door.
It took a bit longer than usual to get there.
Chishiya was a tad bit distracted, it had to be said.
Once they got in the doorway of the bedroom, Chishiya turned around, grabbing Arisu by the waist before throwing him gently, but firmly, into his king sized bed.
It was just as Chishiya was ready to pounce on Arisu that his Intercom buzzed inconveniently.
They both startled a bit at that but Chishiya was ready to ignore it.
It might have been an error.
If not, it couldn’t be as important as his current task at hand.
He had more pressing matters to attend to.
A man to take apart and put back together.
Until it rang again.
And again.
And again.
God, it could only be one person and she wouldn’t give up until Chishiya actually answered her.
Sighing loudly, Chishiya lifted himself away from Arisu’s very tempting figure as his intercom buzzed for the nth time.
“Who the fuck is that?”
Arisu cursing in this state sent another jolt through Chishiya. He couldn’t help the small huff of laughter at Arisu’s frowning face. The little pout from his puffy lips was tempting.
Another buzz came, floating through the bedroom’s entryway.
“The bane of my life, that’s what she is.”
He kept grumbling as he navigated his way through the apartment.
Instead of buzzing the person in, he pressed the button next to it, allowing him to speak to the fucking pest.
“Go, the fuck, away.”
From the intercom came the slightly disembodied voice of his best friend.
“What the fuck man, it was your last fucking day of your internship and you don’t even show your face at the bar? Get that fucking stick out of your ass and live a little!”
The only thing he wanted to stick in anyone’s ass tonight was none of Kuina’s business anyway. He was living plenty tonight and it was her fault that there was no sticking anything up anyone’s ass at the moment.
The thought must have somehow shone on his face because Arisu giggled quietly next to him.
It softened Chishiya a bit.
Wow, that would be dangerous in the future.
Curse his goddamn Bambi-eyed face. Or not, he did like it quite a bit.
“Chishiya, answer me, you’re not gonna leave me on fucking read through a damn intercom, fucking asshole! Open the goddamn door.”
Arisu elbowed him gently to get his attention, mouthing Open the door .
The traitor.
Chishiya sighed, a long-suffering thing as he buzzed her in.
Kuina’s answering vindictive laugh was the last nail in the coffin.
Arisu gently pushed his hair over his shoulder before giving him a gentle kiss on the cheek.
A promise, a reassurance and a tease all rolled into that small press of lips to his rapidly cooling cheek.
Chshiya turned around, grabbing Arisu’s neck to get a well-deserved and well earned kiss.
If he also expected Kuina to barge in through the doors as she usually does and see them tangled up, well, that was his own little secret.
When Kuina expectedly squawked as she came in, carrying affront, disgust and awe in her voice, Chishiya only deepened the kiss, feeling the heat coming up Arisu’s neck.
When he felt Arisu’s smile against his lips and his tongue, he knew Arisu saw right through his little scheme.
The fact Arisu never broke away from their kiss told Chishiya everything he needed to know.
He probably would never let go of that man again.
Disgusting.
