Summary
After having been recently released from prison, with no adult family to turn to for support or guidance, emotionally broken, soft-hearted Vi finds herself desperately trying to figure out how to adjust to life after incarceration while struggling to navigate her past trauma and care for her younger teenage sister. Vi finds her life turned on its head yet again when she meets and falls for Caitlyn Kiramman, a beautiful, young police sergeant with a kind heart and strong sense of justice, determined to help her heal and overcome the past hardships that continue to haunt her.
