Now I know that you might be thinking that this will be a trauma-filled origin story but you would be incorrect because my fucked up day started in high school, weird ain't it but that's how it was,s and here's how it went.
My day started with the fair for potential colleges not that I was capable of applying to any good one due to my grades, but it was the thought that counts right? But anyway, as I was walking a yell was heard a scary familiar yell at least for me, ¨Ajax!, bro come on I know you hear me!¨ Ajax’s face quickly turned into an expression of resignation and embarrassment as I quickly sped up my previously slow pace, but as I tried to quickly get away like an idiot who thought he could escape Ajax groaned fully with an obnoxious groan, ¨Ajax!, you sped up there maybe bring that energy to the gym!¨ the excited voice of his friend said. ¨Hi Theo…¨ Ajax said, yep my friend Theo, the widely known at least in my neighborhood prodigy child ¨Hi Ajax¨ Theo said absentmindedly anyway! What college are you going to apply to? I know it's your dream to go into arts and be a ´renowned well-known´ artist!¨ he said excitedly with a hint of dramatics
¨Theo, no I just want enough money to get by and live my life besides you know I can’t get into any college even if I wanted to.¨ Ajax quickly shot down but as he watched his friend's usually happy smile fall he felt bad, Ajax sighed as he got up and promptly started walking away, Theo easily catching up, ¨Look Theo, I get you to want to help me find a purpose in life but it's just impossible I have bad grades, a horrible school record I’m just not good at anything at all, so I appreciate the effort but just drop it.¨ he said exhausted but as Ajax talked and tried to reason with Theo we both heard screams coming from the gymnasium “what’s going on?” Theo questioned whether concern or nervousness was never known to him “I don’t know..” Ajax said worriedly but as the two boys conversed a loud ‘Bang!’ was heard before the PSSA system went out with the voice of their principal “All students and staff, I repeat all students and stuff we are on an emergency lockdown “ that was all the two boys heard the principal get out before a bang was heard from the announcement before the speakers crackled off.
“Fuck!” Ajax screamed quietly quickly searching for either an escape or a hiding spot. “Ajax, look” Theo whispered pointing out a window, Ajax looked being made aware of the window “Good catch, come on,” he said tugging Theo along to the window and opening it but before either of them could attempt to climb out a ‘Bang!’ was heard before Ajax felt and saw nothing but pitch darkness, the last thing he would ever hear was Theo shouting.
