Chapter Text
"This night was wonderful. I would like to meet you again if you allow and permit.
YB"
The first thing Kim Dokja saw on the nightstand, in some hotel after a party. And he himself did not understand how he ended up in the hotel at all, because he was with Han Sooyoung and they were drinking together. Just the two of them. So who the hell was YB?!
Kim Dokja felt his stomach twist from understanding the situation he found himself in. The reader pulled back the blanket and sighed heavily at the bites and hickeys on his body. God, this is some kind of animal, not a person. His body felt a little dumb, especially in the lower back, to which he clicked his tongue.
Kim Dokja decided to sit up and took his phone from his pants, which were lying nearby by the bed. He unlocked the phone and his gaze stopped at the wallpaper. On this wallpaper was Kim Dokja himself, Biyoo and Yoo Joonghyuk. This photo turned out awkward because Biyu tried to draw some scribble on Yoo Joonghyuk's cheek while he was sitting with a blank face, but there was some tenderness in his eyes and the corners of his lips were slightly raised. Kim Dokja was smiling stupidly in the photo. He wouldn't have put this captured photo if it wasn't for such a nice and warm moment between his dear people. Kim Dokja was staring at this wallpaper and noticed his sad look through the reflection of the screen. He inhaled air through his nose and rubbed his face.
How dare he just fuck him like that..? Or another question altogether, how did this person not notice the mark on Kim Dokja's neck, indicating that this omega was taken, but apparently that person didn't care. And now, while the reader was looking at the screen of his phone, he felt a little remorse. After all, he was in a relationship with Yoo Joonghyuk and just slept with some man he didn't remember seeing. Kim Dokja cursed his past self for his reckless behavior with alcohol and for the fact that Han Sooyoung herself had dared him to drink more, because he was a lightweight and after a couple of glasses of alcohol he became completely drunk.
By the way, about Han Sooyoung... Kim Dokja unlocked his phone again and only now noticed a lot of notifications from a couple of people, but at that moment he just wanted to call the writer and clarify something. Having dialed the right number, the reader listened to the beeps. Kim Dokja held the phone between his ear and shoulder while he searched for his scattered clothes by number, quietly cursing the pain in his lower back.
"Why are you calling so early?" Was the first thing Kim Dokja heard on the other side of the phone. Han Sooyoung's voice was hoarse and sleepy, apparently she was having a hangover from alcohol, or she was actually sleeping before his call. Kim Dokja just chuckled tiredly and continued wandering around the room.
"Oh, I just wanted to ask if you remember anything after we drank together?" Kim Dokja asked, completely ignoring Han Sooyoung's displeasure at the call. He was wondering if the writer even cared when some man picked him up from the bar or not, if not, then why didn't she stop that man.
"And what, you don't remember anything yourself?" The woman asked with a laugh, she was teasing and diverting suspicion from herself. Realizing that her interlocutor did not appreciate her joke, she just clicked her tongue. "Okay, okay, Mr. Serious. I remember everything. What exactly did you want to ask about?"
"I didn't pester anyone at the bar yesterday?" Kim Dokja asked seriously. He knew that he would never bother or harass anyone when he was drunk, but maybe something had changed this time, or maybe he had drunk too much, and his morals had been erased from his empty head, as Han Sooyoung called it. "...Did someone approach me?" He asked directly, showing that he didn't want to play riddles, and he was too tired to guess.
"Hmm... You were a rotten vegetable, so I think you would only fall over if you wanted to pick on someone." Han Sooyoung held back a laugh, probably imagining how it would look from the outside. "As for the second question... I don't remember." The writer sighed heavily on the other side of the phone.
These words made Kim Dokja's stomach clench in an unpleasant spasm. His thoughts stopped in his head from one sentence and the writer's sigh. She was not telling him something. Kim Dokja sat on the bed and took the phone in his palm, now pressing it to his ear himself. "What do you mean you don't remember?" The reader asked seriously. Chaotic thoughts began to spin inside him again, causing his leg to involuntarily twitch, but he put his other hand on his knee, as if trying to calm himself down.
"Fucking seriously!" Han Sooyoung cursed into the phone. The silence was oppressive and suffocating, which made Kim Dokja feel even worse. "... I went to get you some water then, because you were really drunk. I left you alone, and when I came back, you were already gone. I tried to find you at the bar, but I never found you, as if you had disappeared without a trace." Her voice was quiet and serious, dropping all the teasing mask, which meant only one thing: she was not joking.
Kim Dokja just sat on the bed and looked at the floor. He felt his thoughts starting to get confused and he began to breathe heavily. The reader was lost in his thoughts that he did not hear Han Sooyoung calling him on the phone call, but he did not answer to her. Kim Dokja was afraid that he would get pregnant from this man if this man was an alpha and not a beta. After all, this would just completely ruin his relationship, which was already starting to crack a little when Kim Dokja realized that he slept with someone. He covered his face with his hand and tried to breathe deeply. The reader sat in silence and tried to break out of his disturbing thoughts.
"... I understand. Thank you for telling me." Kim Dokja barely audibly, but dryly muttered these words. He was in a bad mood right now and didn't want his girlfriend to hear his voice shaking with anxiety, so he immediately hung up without even waiting for a response from Han Sooyoung.
The reader put the phone on the bed and lay down on his back on the mattress, covering his face with his hand, trying to digest the information he had received. Now he knew one thing: he needed to go home to Biyoo and Yoo Joonghyuk, but this thought caused pain in his heart. He wouldn't be able to look his alpha in the eyes after this! "To hell with this! This guy probably came at me himself, but not me." Kim Dokja calmed himself down and returned to a sitting position. His eyes involuntarily returned to the note that was lying on the nightstand and he snorted.
Kim Dokja began to dress chaotically. He didn't want to receive a "gentle" greeting from Yoo Joonghyuk for returning home in the morning. The reader took his phone and went to the door of this room to leave this incident in this room and never remember this incident again.
He left the hotel room and closed the door, but not even a couple of minutes passed before he opened the door with frown and went to the nightstand near the bed and took the note. The reader muttered something under his breath and left the room for the final time. Kim Dokja hated the growing feeling of curiosity in his chest, which grew from a few words in this note. Someday he will stop getting into shitty situations. Probably.
