   Summary

   Garak is a high ranking politician on a Cardassia that is still being rebuilt. For the first time, Julian comes to watch one of Garak's speeches and to join him for the reception afterwards.

   The working title for this fic had been "If only getting his alien-lizard-pussy ate/his alien-lizard-dick sucked in his office chair by his beautiful doctor boyfriend was enough to cure his imposter syndrome, all Garak's problems would be solved" but that feels a little too long.
