Underwatertale aka the random dream I had at 3:00 AM

Summary:

Intro time yaaayyyyyyyyyyy. That’s literally it intro and a bar scene that’s all I’ve dreamed so far.

Chapter 1: Intro time yaaayyyy!!

Long ago two races ruled Over the earth…

Humans and MonstERs…

Fu** goddammit my f***ing voice cracked GOD F***ING DAMMIT
(Clears throat)

“Ahhhhh so after you broke every law in the f***ing multiverse you get a sense of honor I get it I see.” Flowey mocks

Ok now where were we oh yea

Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: Humans and Monsters. One day, war broke out between the two races. After a long battle, the humans were victorious. They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell.

But that was not it, Humans realized that eventually Monsters would break free and destroy them due to rage and resentment from the war so they flooded the earth causing humans to live on dock towns made of wood.

The entirety of the underground was flooded leaving only a few safe havens for monsters to rest.

89% of Monsterkind was destroyed, wiped of The face of the earth.

37% of humanity was wiped off the face of the earth.

Ebbot Island 2978

A dumba** kid named Frisk went to the cursed island to escape from a floating smiley face chasing them telling them to go there to “progress the plot” O wait that was me lmao.

I pushed Frisk down and watched as the story of Undertale unfolded…

WAIT WAIT WAIT NONONONO NOT THAT STORY OF UNDE-

AAAAHHAGAGAGAGGAGAG THIS IS THE STOOORY OF UNDER- blaster noises

Ok I Finnaly was able to kill those guys Jeez they were annoying as f***.

Frisk opens their eyes to see a stick lying next to them they decide to pick it up just for the heck of it.

The first thought that comes to their mind is not “where am I?”, “Why was a floating smiley face chasing me” or “why can’t I talk” or even “how did I survive that fall” but it was “man I’m really hungry rn”

LIKE BRUH WTF

Alright ima go watch Flowey regret his life choices after being stuck with UF Flowey have fun guys I certainly will lamo.

I’m too tired to be funny so ima just narrate this chapter-

Frisk walked into the next room and to their surprise they saw a flower with a … helmet thingy on its head? Idk bro this is what flowey looked like-

As Frisk approached the flower it suddenly summons little white orbs around Frisk’s soul

“Back off! I don’t have any air on me so if that’s what you want then get lost!”

Green sans appears and kills a random froggit before disappearing

“What the fuck”

“A-Anyways get out of here go steal air from someone else!”

Frisk thinks to themself

‘Damit I’m underwater somewhere and I can’t even ask for help how am I even going to survive?”

“Flowey they ain’t tryna steal from ya quit bein so defensive”

“Ohhhh ok so let me guess they’re just trying to say hello. ARE TOU KIDDING ME! ITS YOUR FAULT THE ENTIRE UNDERGROUND KNOWS ABOUT MY AIR PRODUCTION AND NOW YOU’RE TRYING TO TE-”

Clover quickly put flowey in a flowey pot that said “The time out box” written on it.

“Sorry bout that pardner he’s been pretty feisty since I accidentally said somethin bout his power. Names GunHat nice to meet ya.”

Frisk wishes they could respond but for some reason they can’t.

“Oh yer the silent type. That’s ok or if ya do wanna talk yor gonna have ta learn. I couldn’t talk when I first fell either.”

“Oh right ya can’t respond sorry.”

“Now what am I sposed ta do next? Oh yeah I’m sposed to take Flowey back to the cave!”

“Hey wanna tag along?”

Frisk nods their head yes

Sanesss warps into existence and kills Jerry saying

“Wanna Have A bad Tom?”

Sanesss warps out of existence

“Ummm yea about that pardner this world is controlled by the big man’s subconscious mind meanin practically anythin can happen!”

Clover laughs a shallow laugh

After a couple of hours of walking the trio finally reach a very big cave

“Now I have a word of friendly advice pardner A kid named Chara is in that there cave and she is well not the biggest fan of humans…”

“I really think the only reason I’m alive right now is cuz she had a crush on me”

Frisk seems a bit alarmed at that second to last comment but still follows clover into the cave

“GUYS IM BACK! GET DOWN HERE”

Frisk notices that this “cave” of some sorts seems to be filled with air unlike the rest of the underground

“Greetings Clover I see you have brought a new frie- C L O V E R I S T H A T A H U M A N?”

Chara seems to already hate Frisk from the get go

“Now Chara I know how ya feel about humans but this un was helpless! they fell down an Flowey was about to kill em outa fear. Please?”

Clover uses puppy dog eyes as he says that last part

“Fine but you owe me one after this”

“Thanks a lot Chara! Yay!”

“Oh wait I gotta go get some food from the store In sector B bye Chara love ya!”

Clover runs out of the door

“Greetings Human.”

Chara spat out that last part

“Now listen I don’t care about anything about you but if you are going to stay here I need to establish some ground rules.”

Green sans shows up and yells

“AMAN YOUR BREQKFAST IS READY!”

And the. I woke up cuz my breakfast was ready irl.

Undertale is a 2015 role-playing video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a child who has fallen into the Underground: a large, secluded region under the surface of the Earth, separated by a magical barrier. The player meets various monsters during the journey back to the surface, some of which may engage in combat. The combat system involves the player navigating through mini-bullet hell attacks by the opponent. They can opt to pacify or subdue monsters in order to spare them instead of killing them. Outside of artwork and character designs by Temmie Chang and other guest designers, Fox developed the entirety of the game by himself, including the script and music. The game took inspiration from several sources, including the Brandish, Mario & Luigi, and Mother role-playing game series, bullet hell shooter series Touhou Project, role-playing game Moon: Remix RPG Adventure, and British comedy show Mr. Bean. Undertale was originally meant to be two hours in length and was set to be released in mid-2014, but experienced delays.
The game was released for OS X and Windows in September 2015. It was also ported to Linux in July 2016, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in August 2017, the Nintendo Switch in September 2018, and Xbox One in March 2021. The game was acclaimed for its thematic material, intuitive combat system, musical score, originality, story, dialogue, and characters; however, the reaction to its art style was mixed. The game has sold at least five million copies and was nominated for multiple accolades and awards. Several gaming publications and conventions listed Undertale as game of the year, and others have since listed it as one of the greatest video games ever made. Clover is whistling a happy tune as they swim to sector B

“kiddo where r ya going.”

“Hey sans I’m just headed down to the supply store in sector B.”

“alright b it make sure to buy some pasta for papyrus if im gunna keep not seeing any humans round here.”

“I-I’ll try”

“lighten up kid i made a promise i wouldn’t hurt any humans your fine.”

“Phew that’s a relief alright bye sans!”

“won’t see ya later kid.”

Clover makes a detour on his way to the supply store and goes to a quiet cemetery filled with air

Clover breathes and leaves flowers at the graves he then continues to the supply store

“Welcome to the shop what would you like to buy?”

“Ummm 50 ration packs and 51 waters cuz why not?”

“Alright that will be 18 G”

Clover tosses a oxygen pack

“Will this un do?”

“Y-yes definitely”

The shopkeeper snatches the oxygen pack from clover before he can take it back

“Wait darnit I promised sans some pasta for his bro could ya please tag it on?”

“Hell n- sure why not”

Flowey was grinning evilly at the shopkeeper after she was about to refuse

Clover starts swimming back to the cave but is stopped by green sans

“Hey kid do you want to hear about my theory about-“

Clover shoots green sans 12 times in a row

“NO!”

Clover passes sans again and tosses him the spaghetti before finally returning back to the cave

“Hey guys I’m ba-OH MY GOD WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE?!?!?!”

Notes:

Alright so um I really can’t consistently update this cuz I need to get a continuation of the dream in order to do that but hey hopefully I just get the dream again. Also quick explanation on rolmtale I basically took a normal Undertale universe and intercepted Monsterkind and everybody in the underground going to the surface and trapped them in my personal universe called the rolm. Rolmtale sans and flowey are the versions of those characters that I took with me and the flowey in the intro is rollable flowey btw. Hope that clears up some confusion.
