Work Text:
"Ku-ni-ki-da~" Kunikida laughed as his girlfriend knocked him over from behind with a bear hug.
"Hey Asami," He said, smiling at her, and giving her a kiss. "You have a job interview today, right?"
Asami nodded, her curly brown hair bouncing. "When do you get off work today? I wanna make sure dinner is ready in time~"
Kunikida shuddered. "Please tell me you're not cooking."
"No, silly! You got food poisoning last time. I'm getting take-out," She replied, laughing.
"That's good. I should be off at around 6:00."
"Okay, I'll get take-out then!" She said cheerfully.
Asami stood on her tiptoes and gave Kunikida another kiss on the lips. "See you tonight babe!
Kunikida smiled, grabbing his notebook and tucking his pen into his pocket. "See you tonight."

"Kunikida, today's your 1 year anniversary with Asami, right?" Yosano asked.
"Hm? Yeah, it is. I was planning to leave work early and get her some of her favorite wine." Kunikida responded, slightly startled at the suddenness of the question.
"It's what, 4:00 right now? Where are you gonna get it?"
"I was going to get it at that wine place where we met. That's when she first tried it."
"Oh yeah, cause you met her getting me some more wine after my bottle broke!"
"Only because you were drunk and wouldn't stop crying."
"Eh, technicalities. Doesn't matter." Yosano shrugged. "Anyways, they changed their hours, so you should leave now if you wanna be there before they close. I'll cover for ya."
Kunikida nodded, and got up. "Thanks for letting me know, Yosano-san."
"Of course, what are friends for! PRESIDENT!!! KUNIKIDA'S LEAVING NOWWW!!!" She suddenly hollered, causing everyone in the room to jolt in surprise.
Fukuzawa left his office, rubbing his ears. "There is no need to be so loud. You could have told me like a civilized person."
"Meh, this was more fun. Anyways, shoo Kunikida!"
Fukuzawa shook his head in disappointment. "Have a good rest of your day Kunikida." He sighed tiredly. "Yosano, can we talk about volume control?"
Kunikida chuckled lightly as he left.
...ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ
"Thank you very much," Kunikida said, taking the wine from the bartender.
"Of course! Hope you and your girl have a happy anniversary." The bartender replied, taking the money Kunikida handed him.
Kunikida left, and noticed a woman selling fresh flowers. 'Hm... Maybe I should get Asami some.'
He walked over and bought some roses, and started heading home. Then he saw Asami at a cafe with someone. He wasn't really worried, but not wanting to spoil the surprise for Asami, he went to hide from her, when she leaned over and kissed the guy on the lips.
"Babe, let's go to my house. Kunikida isn't home, so we don't need to worry about him catching us~" She tugged at him, talking in that sing song voice of hers.
"Ugh, when are you gonna break up with him already?" The man complained.
"You know it's not that simple. I checked his will, he left everything to me, so I just need to kill him and we'll get everything! Now come oooonnn~ let's go!" Asami left with the man giggling.
Kunikida stood there in shock, tears streaming down his face. The bouquet had fallen out of his hands, forgotten, and he was gripping the bag the wine was in so tightly his knuckles were turning white. He was trembling, but he couldn't tell if it was from shock, rage, or crying.
Kunikida wasn't sure how long he stood there, but by the time he calmed down enough to realize he should head home, it was dark. "Ah- Oh no, I need to get home!"
"Yes, you do. Are you okay?" A voice next to him asked, causing Kunikida to nearly jump out of his skin.
"Um... No, not really. Who are you?"
The man smiled. "Just a worried passerby. My name is Mori Ogai. I've been standing here with you for almost... 2, 3 hours? I'm not sure. You weren't responding."
"Yeah, well, I kind of caught my girlfriend cheating on me and planning my murder." Kunikida muttered.
Mori's eyes widened in shock. "That's terrible! Do you want to stay at my place tonight? I have extra room."
"Ah... Um. Sure. I don't really trust her to not poison my dinner, and I need to get my will changed and kick her out, but I clearly don't have time tonight."
Mori waved a dismissive hand. "Oh don't worry about that. I have a wonderful lawyer who can help you with that tonight. I'm assuming you left everything to her? Nevermind, not important. Anyways, come with me."
Kunikida followed him. He was suspicious, but honestly, he didn't care anymore.
After a while, they were in Mori's house.
"You know, you're way too trusting," Mori said, locking the door behind him, and locking an electric lock on the inside, locking them in the house.
Kunikida froze, and tensed, prepared to defend himself.
"I advise you to step away from the door," Mori responded, sliding a knife out of the knife block on the corner.
Kunikida swallowed, and stepped to where Mori gestured with his knife.
Then something came barreling down the stairs.
A young skinny boy covered with bandages and wearing a large black coat ran straight to the door, but before he could touch the handle, a knife caught his coat, and pinned him the wall.
"You're not leaving Dazai," Mori said, pulling out another knife. "Have you eaten anything yet?"
"..." Dazai didn't respond, opting instead to pull the knife out of his coat and the wall.
Mori sighed in exasperation, pulling out an apple from the fridge and cutting it up with the knife he was holding. "Eat. Now."
Dazai sulkily slunk over, and nibbled at the apple, while Mori turned around and started making food. He inched over to a garbage can in the corner, but as soon as he went to dump the apple slices in the garbage, Mori interrupted.
"Throw that apple in the garbage and you'll be stuck in your room for the rest of the week."
Dazai scowled, then grabbed the apple slices and stormed upstairs.
Mori shook his head with a sigh, and went back to making food.
Kunikida still hadn't moved, still tense and trying to figure out what was going on.
"Oh relax will you? Dazai's my son. The lock is because he got himself grounded after..." Mori's voice trailed off as though he'd realized something.
"He doesn't look like your son. He doesn't even look like you." Kunikida replied.
"True, he doesn't," Mori replied with a shrug. "He's not my blood. His parents were... Awful. I found and rescued him after he failed a suicide attempt. Took him in as my own. I had to suicide proof the house after that."
Kunikida relaxed slightly, but remained on guard.
Mori set the table for two and served dinner. "Come, join me. I'll see if I can get Dazai to eat later."
"You aren't going to call him down for dinner?" Kunikida asked.
"There's no point with him, since he's just going to sulkily complain, pick at his food, and try to find ways to kill himself at the dinner table."
"But you let him be alone and don't worry."
"Oh, of course I worry. But I swear, the kid's gotta be immortal or something, none of his attempts work. Anyways, about that lawyer, I can call 'em after dinner."
Kunikida nodded, and they finished their meal in silence.
After they finished, Mori asked Kunikida if he could wash the dishes while he called his lawyer. Kunikida had just finished the dishes when the doorbell rang. Mori looked through the peephole, then froze.
"Hey, um... What's your name again?"
"Kunikida. Doppo Kunikida."
"Right, well please forgive me for what I'm about to do." He went over to the wall, slide open a hidden panel revealing a two way speaker, and spoke into it. "Dazai, lock your door, and be prepared to fight."
There was a muffled noise of confirmation and Mori slid the panel shut, heading over to where Kunikida was standing by the counter.
After a few minutes of knocking or the doorbell ringing, it sounded like someone was trying to break the door down. Mori muttered a few curses, and looked ready to fight.
Then the police and the rest of the ADA broke down the door. "Kunikida!" Fukuchi cried.
"President," Kunikida replied, confused, before remembering he never told anyone where he was.
"Come over here," a police officer replied. "As for you," the officer trained his gun on Mori. "Hands in the air."
Mori raised his hands in the air, then without warning swept his leg under Kunikida's ankle, knocking him off balance, twisting his dominant arm behind his back, grabbing a knife, and holding it to Kunikida's throat.
The officer made to charge, but Mori pressed the knife deeper into Kunikida's throat, drawing a few drops of blood. "Not. One. Move. I'm going to have to ask you guys to leave. Or..." He dug the knife deeper into Kunikida's throat, letting his threat hang in the air.
They glared at Mori, who gazed back, not even flinching. Finally they retreated from the house, and fled the property.
As soon as they were gone, Mori released Kunikida who fell to the floor, gasping for air, and rubbing his throat. "I'm really sorry about that," Mori apologized, closing the door. "Just one of the things about being the boss of the Port Mafia. Not that anyone can prove it since my lawyers really good."
The doorbell rang again. Mori scowled, looked through the peephole, then instantly brightened and opened the door. "Hey, good to see you again!"
"What did you do this time?" The girl at the door seemed annoyed.
"Hello, Higuchi-san. Kunikida-kun, this is my lawyer, Higuchi. Higuchi, this is Kunikida." Mori introduced them ignoring her question. "Higuchi-san is the lawyer I was telling you about. She's one of the best."
"Great, now why am I here?" Higuchi asked.
"Kunikida's girlfriend cheated on him, and so he'd like to change his will to leave her with nothing instead of everything as well as get a restraining order."
"Ugh, cheaters. Alright, I got you covered."
I know nothing about this schist, so fast forward to a few years in the future! Dazai's joining the ADA, Kunikida is the only one who knows him, but having only met Dazai once, he pretty much forgot about him. Higuchi ended up murdering his ex-gf but Kunikida still remembers her and is depressed about it. He never told anyone that she cheated, just said he'd found her dead body. This is the day before they meet Atsushi
"Heeyyy Kunikida-san~" Dazai smirked at Kunikida, talking in the same sing song voice as Asami.
Kunikida froze, remember Asami. "Um... Hi... What do you want?"
"I'm bo-o-o-reeeeedddd... Can we do something eellsse..." Dazai leaned backwards over the couch, smiling, looking at Kunikida with those pleading eyes Asami always used to-
".... Do your paperwork." Kunikida shakily, turning back to his own.
"Ugggh... you're no fuuuunnn..." Dazai huffed and simply left the office. Kunikida ignored him.
"He's not my blood. His parents were... Awful. I found and rescued him after he failed a suicide attempt. Took him in as my own. I had to suicide proof the house after that. Come, join me. I'll see if I can get Dazai to eat later."
"You aren't going to call him down for dinner?"
"There's no point with him, since he's just going to sulkily complain, pick at his food, and try to find ways to kill himself at the dinner table."
"Dazai's always finding ways to try to kill himself. 24/7 he's always planning something or attempting suicide. It doesn't matter if I watch him or not. That might sound cruel, but there are ways he could do it in front of me and I wouldn't be able to save him. I can't bear the thought of that, and since his parents controlled every small detail of his life, I try to give him as much space as possible so that he doesn't feel like that again. But the smallest orders can make him attempt. I've tried therapy, but he killed them all."
Dazai... Wait, shit! That was Mori's son! And according to him, what Kunikida just did was going to end in Dazai attempting. He ran out in a hurry, not sure where to look. Somehow he ended up by the river where he found a boy talking with Dazai. They were both soaked to the bone.
"Dazai! Who the hell goes 'what a beautiful river' and then just jumps in and tries to drown themselves?!" He pretended to be angry, it was the best way to stay sane around this man who was so eerily similar to his girlfriend. Very different from the angry 14 (15?) year old he met at the Port Mafia boss's house 7-8 years ago.
"Kunikida! Yay, we're both hungry, you can pay for food for us~!" Dazai hollered back.
"Kunikida! Please, we're both hungry, you can pay for food for us~ Onii-chan, this is my boyfriend Kunikida."
"Okay, okay, I'll pay."
Kunikida shook off the memory, that boy had turned out to be her boyfriend not brother. "Find someone else to pay for you! I'm not a walking bank!" He left, and hurried home. Tears streamed down his face as he shakily slide down the door.
That was 8 freaking years ago... I'd forgotten her. Why... WHY IS DAZAI SO SIMILAR TO HER?!"
He stumbled into the kitchen, and noticed the wine cabinet. He was hardly here since it kept bringing back memories, and thus hadn't emptied it of Asami's wine collection. He pulled the bottle that he'd bought on that day he caught her cheating off the shelf, and opened it.
He was only planning to drink a little, to help distract him, but before he knew it, he'd emptied the bottle. Sobbing, he let the bottle fall and shatter, the pieces flying and cutting him. He gasped at the pain, and stumbled into the counter. He grabbed a knife planning to make dinner, but memories of her and Dazai kept flooding his brain, merging together.
Crying, he missed the carrots he was trying to cut, and hit his fingers, somehow not cutting them off. He blinked, and stared at the blood, then placed the knife against his arm, and dug it into his skin. He shivered at the pain, and did it again.
And again.
And again.
And again.

His arm was a bloody mess. He stumbled to the bathroom, and took a bandage off his neck. Dazai had teased him saying that he found Dazai a bad influence. Only the two of them knew he meant that day at Mori's house, but Kunikida guessed he didn't know about the scar Mori had left.
Kunikida ran the thumb of his bloody arm over the scar, then re-bandaged it. He kept it bandaged so that Fukuzawa wouldn't feel bad every time he saw the scar. But also because Mori was horrified when he realized he'd cut deeper than intended, something neither of them noticed until Kunikida passed out from blood loss.
He reached for disinfectant and a rag, but hesitated. Finally he grabbed the rag, and roughly wiped the blood off his arm, bandaging it, then grabbed tweezers and managed to drunkenly pull the glass out of his legs and place bandaids on them. Dizzy and a drunk, crying mess, he stumbled out of his house for some fresh air.
He limped to the river where he'd seen Dazai last, and fell, crying.
"Why is it that every time I see you, you're crying?" A familiar voice asked.
"M-mori?" Kunikida slurred, still a drunk mess.
"Are you... drunk?" Mori asked concerned. Kunikida didn't even respond, just started crying harder. "Okay, I'm going to take that as a yes. Come on, let's get you cleaned up." He helped Kunikida stand, and began to take him to his house.
When they finally arrived, Mori gave Kunikida a large glass of cold water. "It'll help you sober up. And you're dehydrated. I'll make some tea."
Kunikida took the glass, but it slipped out of his hands and shattered.
"... How much did you drink?"
Kunikida started to mumble a slurred response, but remembering why he drank the wine and where it came from he just started crying again.
"I swear, you're as bad as Chuuya when he's drunk. Or possibly worse." Mori cleaned up the glass and water, forcing Kunikida to drink a different glass and helping him hold it. "Were you cut anywhere?"
Calmer now, Kunikida nodded, and Mori grabbed a medkit from when Dazai still lived with him. "Let me see."
Kunikida didn't move, so Mori helped him to sit down on the couch and rolled up his pants legs, sucking in a breath. "Kunikida-kun... What did you do?"
He didn't respond, but Mori looked closer at Kunikida, and noticed that his left sleeve was bloody. He rolled up Kunikida's sleeve and flinched at the badly wrapped bandage, remembering when he taught Dazai how to wrap them correctly.
"This is poorly wrapped, it's going to fall off. I'm going to show you how to wrap it correctly, is that okay?"
"Yeah..."
Mori carefully unwrapped the bandage which was sticking to the cuts on Kunikida's arm. "Oh... Oh Kunikida-kun what have you done..."
"Dazai... He reminds me of her so much... I'm pathetic. We were only together for a year, she cheated, and years later I'm still not over it, and just can't move on..."
"That's okay Kunikida. She made you happy then shattered your entire world. That can be a hard thing to get over, and if there's constant reminders, it's only natural you'll struggle." Mori tried to soothe him, and rubbed disinfectant on his arm, then showed Kunikida how to properly wrap the bandage.
"...Thank you, Mori-san."
"Of course, Kunikida-kun. You're welcome here anytime you need somewhere to stay, or be alone. I'll show you to your room."
Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ
When Kunikida woke up the next morning, he found a tray of food and a note in his room.
Hey, Kunikida-kun, I had to go to work, but I made you breakfast. I want to re-bandage your wounds later, Chuuya-san should be there by the time you wake up. He can take you to my office, I have better medical equipment there I can use to treat them. Just leave your dishes where they are, I don't want you to further injure yourself.
Kunikida set the note aside, and rubbed his head. He had a nasty hangover and everything hurt. He sat up, then gasped in pain as he'd used his left arm, the one he'd cut up, to do so. Wincing, he began to eat, then went downstairs.
A red-head was sitting on the couch, texting somebody, but when he noticed Kunikida, he stood up, and put his phone away.
"I'm assumin' you're Kunikida?"
Kunikida nodded. "Yeah..."
"I'm Chuuya Nakahara, just call me Chuuya. C'mon, I have work to do, and everything's a delayed mess right now."
"Is it okay if I ask why?" Kunikida asked, following Chuuya.
"Stupid Mackerel disappeared. It's messing us all up."
"You're work is delayed... because fish disappeared?"
"Ah, sorry, no. I should have been more specific. No, our most important executive, part of Soukoku with me, and also known as the Demon Prodigy disappeared. We didn't realize how much we relied on him until then, everything's been a slow crappy mess since then because 6 years later, and some people are still spending all their time trying to find him instead of focusing on work. Things have been harder without his skills and training new recruits is a real pain since they all keep asking about him."
"Then why did you say Mackerel?"
"Because the damn idiot caused my organization to stab me in the back and left me with nobody to turn to except the mafia. His real name is Osamu Dazai."
"That makes a lot of sense actually."
"Which part?"
"Dazai formerly being a part of the mafia. He's part of the Armed Detective Agency now, but there have been times where he seemed inhumanely cold towards an enemy and he is Mori's son."
"How do you know about that?"
"About 7 or 8 years ago, I caught my girlfriend, now ex-girlfriend cheating on me. She even was talking about murdering me so she could get all my things. I was really upset and ended up standing in one spot crying for hours. Mori-san had found me and took me to his house." Kunikida was absentmindedly running his thumb along where his scar was under the bandage.
"That would've been about around when I joined the mafia or a year before then. Say, what's with the bandage around your neck."
"The police and ADA broke into his house thinking I'd been kidnapped since I never came back home. He panicked and ended up using me as a hostage, cutting my throat open. I've kept the scar covered with a bandage."
"I see... What happened with your ex by the way?"
"Higuchi-san killed her."
"Interesting... How old was Dazai?"
"I think he was 14, but he was also severely underweight, so he may have been 15."
"He was most likely 14 then. We met at 15 and gossip in the mafia about things like that will go on for days. Even if it happened in the boss's own home, nothing escapes the notice of the mafia. Anyways, here we are, there's the boss's clinic office, and-"
A loud crash, followed by an explosion sounded from somewhere in the building.
"And now I have to go stop Kaiji from blowing up merchandise." Chuuya finished, before running off in the direction in of the noise.
Kunikida entered the office hesitantly, not sure if Mori would be there or not. He was not. He did however enter about 15 minutes later dragging a man with a bowl cut and an injured arm by the ear, while Chuuya helped another man with black hair and white tips. Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, the Port Mafia's mad dog, and someone Kunikida fought when Dazai first joined the ADA.
Mori was scolding the man. "-to stop exploding your lemon shaped bombs when people are around, you could accidentally kill one of our members!!"
He turned to the man Chuuya was supporting. "And Akutagawa, stop lashing out with violence and learn some self defense! You could have killed Kaiji!"
"Who do you think he learned it from?" Chuuya replied. "For a suicidal twat who complained nonstop, Dazai was a very violent child, especially towards Akutagawa."
"I suppose that is true. Hello, Kunikida-kun, Chuuya, help Akutagawa will you? Kaiji, wait over there for me. I need to help Kunikida-kun." Mori grabbed some supplies, then drew a curtain closed around them for privacy.
"Alright, I'm going to inject this numbing solution into your arm so that I can stitch up the wounds," Mori said, unwrapping the bandages, and slowly injecting a fluid into Kunikida's arm.
He cleaned the wounds with disinfectant, and rubbed some numbing cream across them. While waiting for the numbing to kick in, he unwrapped the bandage around Kunikida's neck, wincing slightly at the scar.
"Is it okay if I leave this unwrapped? I'm running low on bandages and I don't think I have enough. I still need to get more, but Akutagawa and Kaiji have been fighting constantly, and then Kaiji keeps injuring people in his explosions."
"Yeah, that's fine." Kunikida replied. "I can't feel my arm by the way."
Mori pulled out a needle and thread, and began to stitch up the cuts on Kunikida's arm. Kunikida watched silently, unflinching.
Once Mori had finished stitching it up, he carefully wrapped clean bandages around his arm, making sure they were firm and would stay there, but weren't too tight and would leave marks.
"Alright, stay here until the numbing medicine wears off, I don't want you hurting yourself further. Then you can go to work."
Kunikida nodded, and Mori went to help Chuuya with Akutagawa, ignoring Kaiji, who made cries of protest, which only caused Mori to ignore him harder. Kunikida watched them for a while, then his phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Kunikida, there's a suicide bomber at the agency! He's taken Naomi hostage. We're here with Atsushi-kun, he was the White Tiger we were looking for, we need you here immediately!"
"Hang on, I'm on my way." Kunikida hung up. "Mori-san, I'm leaving now. There's a suicide bomber at the agency and they need my help."
"Be careful!" Mori called.
Kunikida raced out the door, running to the Agency. He snuck into the building and saw Dazai and the boy he was with by the river hiding. He glanced at the suicide bomber.
"What's going on?" Kunikida didn't bother hiding. He recognized the bomber. It was Tanizaki.
"Let me see your president or I'll blow this place to-"
"Shut up. Dazai, I thought you said this was an emergency. I was uniformed that it was an act, and had to come to work on a day I took off."
Everyone turned to look at Kunikida.
"But you never take days off." Dazai said.
"Shut up. I'm leaving. And Tanizaki, untie Naomi, please."
"...Yes Kunikida-san." Tanizaki set the trigger down and untied Naomi.
Kunikida paused, and turned to the white haired boy. "I'm sorry about them." As he went to leave, someone stopped him.
"Kunikida. Is everything alright?"
"...President." Kunikida ignored the question.
"Are you- What happened?"
"What do you mean?" Kunikida was really feeling impatient, wanting to leave as the numbing medicine had mostly worn off now, and his arm was really starting to hurt.
"The wound on your neck. When did that happen."
"You were there."
"You mean..."
"When Mori took me hostage? Yeah."
"I had no idea it was such a bad cut... I'm so sorry."
"Don't be. But I need to leave."
"Nooo, Kunikida, don't leave...!" Dazai whined.
Remembering how Chuuya had called Dazai a Mackerel, and wanting to distract Dazai enough to leave, Kunikida responded with; "Shut up, Mackerel."
Dazai froze, but Kunikida's idea backfired. He grabbed Kunikida's injured arm. "Why did you call me that. Where did you learn that?!"
Kunikida panicked, his arm hurt really bad. "Let go..."
"Answer me!" Dazai cried, seeming desperate.
"Please," Kunikida begged, forcing the tears brimming in his eyes to not fall. "Let go."
"Just answer." Dazai responded.
"I said let go!" Kunikida cried, yanking away from Dazai, falling over.
Dazai instantly changed in a split second, looking worried. "Kunikida? Are you okay?"
He reached towards Kunikida, but Kunikida hit his hand away. "Don't touch me."
Once the Agency had gotten over their shock, Tanizaki ran to help Kunikida up. But the second he grabbed Kunikida around the wrist, going to help him up, he yanked away again with a cry of pain. "Don't-!"
"Kunikida... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you." Dazai murmured, scared to look at him.
"I'm sorry, Kunikida I'm sorry, I didn't mean- please, it wasn't anything really!"
"You cheated on me! I watched you! You were going to kill me!"
"Please, Kunikida I meant nothing by it, please!"
"Get out!"
"Kuni-"
"GET AWAY FROM ME!! Don't hug me! We're over!"
Kunikida gasped, then stood up, and hurried out, tears starting to fall.
"Kunikida!" Dazai called.
"Just leave him alone. You probably scared him." Fukuzawa stopped Dazai from chasing him.
"I'm going to go make sure he isn't hurt." Yosano left.
When she got to Kunikida's apartment, he was collapsed against the wall on the floor, crying and gasping for air. "Kunikida! Kunikida!"
He didn't respond, but she kept calling his name, gently placing her hand on his shoulder.
"...Yo... Sano?"
"Kunikida, what happened?"
"I don't want to talk about it."
"Kunikida..."
"Please go away."
"I want to look at your wrist, it seemed like Dazai injured it."
"No, it was already injured, he just grabbed the injured part of it. I hurt it last night, that's why I took the day off. It's fine, I already had a doctor treat it. I just want to be alone right now."
"... Okay, Kunikida. I'll tell the others."
Once she left, Kunikida went to the bathroom. He unbandaged his hand, worried that Dazai might have caused him to break some stitches. Sure enough, some had torn, or ripped into his skin, caused by Kunikida yanking away from him. Kunikida tore out the stitches, ripping them all out, crying at the pain, but relieved by the distraction.
"I can't keep doing this... Everything reminds me of her..." He mumbled.

"Hey, Kunikida? I wanted to apologize for what I did earlier. I didn't mean to hurt you." Dazai entered Kunikida's house.
Silence.
"Kunikida?"
Dazai entered the bathroom, seeing that the light was on.
"...No. No, nononononono!"
There was blood everywhere, and hanging from the ceiling...
