As the sun set, it left a kaleidoscopic gradient that seemed to captivated the hearts of people. Amongst the students cheering, centered by a pink-haired boy on the tremendous field as he swiftly dribbled pass two defenders before shooting for the goal.
"GOOOOAAL! Scored by the almighty Red Panther, Chigiri Hyouma!!!!!"
The audience were taken aback by the astonishing goal. Before any of the players on the field knew it, students around them cheered for the ace. As cheers continued on and on, the Wanima brothers seemed to sneer in anger and jealousy. Of course they all cheer for the ace. The ever so gorgeous pink-haired boy, they thought.
Amongst the crowd was a lofty girl who was at a loss for words. Others around her had applauded aloud, displaying their love and respect for the Red Panther. However, she did not applaud nor did she attempt to display any form of delightness. All she could think of was how a lone goal could be ever so ravishing in her eyes. Ecstasy built up rapidly in her guts as she could only absorb the motion of his goal.
Her friend, who was the opposite of the definition langy, seemed to notice how quiet she was. "You good bro?" She snapped out of her thoughts before turning towards her friend. "Yeah, 'am fine."
Her friend took a breath of relief. "I thought bro was smitten by the ace for a second!" she listened to her friend before realisation dawned on her, "Wait... what?!! I'm not smitten by him!!!!!", she yelped. However, none of her friends were buying it.
"Yeah... right.."
"Uh huh, totally."
"Peak delusional."
Back in the locker room, Chigiri felt himself in a good mood after his finishing goal, especially after being continuously praised by students surrounding the field. He quickly got changed out of his attire and put on his uniform. Perhaps I should go to the convenience store, I am craving wagashi..
As he stepped onto the ever busy sidewalks, he swiftly headed his way towards his local convenience store while attempting to pass through the bustling crowds.
THUD
His attention spanned from his weekly wagashi to a rangy girl on the floor, surrounded by 3 other girls - to which he assumes that they are a friend group.
With his delighted mood from earlier, he found himself reaching his hand out for the kneeling girl. "Be more careful", he spurted. The girl luckily accepted his hand before standing once more. They all seemed to murmur something, presumably "Thanks". He didn't pay too much attention towards the girls. After all, the girl's condition didn't seem so serious despite how bad she fell. He could think of a thousand other ways that her condition could've got worse, but he chose to not dwell on such negative feelings and instead resume back to his goal of finding his all-time snack.
Subsequently, Jazmyn alongside her friend group left the stadium while the strong wind breezed through their hair alongside the gradient left by the radiant sunset. She felt.. weird, yet cozy. In her entire life, this had been the first time such a bo- no, a man had ever captivated her this much. It didn't help that she had a pack of friends that keeps convincing her thaat she's in love with the Red Panther!
She continued on with her thoughts regarding the Red Panther, especially his goal. Until she was immediately snapped out of her cozy fantasies by Courtney.
"We're here. Snap out of it girl!"
Oh right... the conveniece store. They (they, as if Courtney and Yvette) did promise to go purchase some of their snacks there.
"Oh yeah, you're right. Let's go."
As the 4 of them stepped in, Courtney immediately went off to find her favourite Buldak Carbonara while Yvette left towards the onigiri & sandwiches section. Meanwhile, she didn't have anything in mind to purchase, and so did Allyn. Hence, she decided to scroll the aisles alongside her.
Courtney and Yvette soon came back with their goodies. "My treat this time.", said Allyn. She ended up paying, and left while the cashier flashed them its fake, plastic smile.
THUD
....
"Jazmyn, are you okay?!"
"Ey, you good bro??"
"Goodness, you alright?"
She heard her friends bellowed towards her. Luckily, she herself didn't feel anything too impactful until she lifted her head up.
