   Summary

   Every month, Waylen brought home an envelope filled with cash from the generous donations of 4’s wealthiest citizens. His dad would clap him on the back as his mom sectioned out how much of it Waylen could keep and how much of it went towards maintaining the house and the business. Waylen always looked so happy.
