Chapter Text

Isaac was running, from what you may ask? Well... Many things but most importantly his fate. He was banished, thrown away and forgotten.

Isaac's breath came out laboured and heavy as he half ran, half limped through the leafy and thorned forest, it was dark even though when he had run into the forest it had been bright day. Only a glimmer of the sun shone through the large, ancient trees. Isaac was exhausted, really, his vision blurry, he even saw black spots.

Perhaps Isaac should've stopped to take a break, he wasn't being followed or anything. But he had to get there even if it was all just rumours he had heard. A Camp of the name Jupiter, he has heard faint whispers and ghostly howls of said Camp. Isaac prayed that he'd find that Camp soon because he couldn't tell how long his body was willing to move, his own stubbornness kept him from pausing or stopping. Until he had to.

Isaac stumbled through, what must've been bushes, and got blinded by the brightness of the sun. Isaac took deep yet unsteady breaths, his lungs hurt with every movement, his body screamed for rest. Finally he's found it. The Camp he had been looking for, even though it's only been roughly two weeks since his search for Camp Jupiter had begun. In great relief he sunk to his knees, his skin tingled and he knew far too well that it was lights out now.
