Greg is currently resting in bed right now, but suddenly he hears a noise at his window randomly. He checks the time on his phone seeing it’s 12:03 A.M, is a fucking robber breaking through there!?
hes reasonably scared and hears the window open with the person dropping on his floor, they stand up and sat in the chair next to them
”GRET- GRETA!? DID YOU JUST BREAK INTO MY HOUSE” He scream whispered
“Oh sweetie! I didn’t do that, that would imply I broke something or worse… came here to hurt my greggy~”
”YOU COULDVE GOTTEN HURT!? ARE YOU AN IDIOT”
greta visibly blushes at his words
“thank you for being concerned with me~ but I would be fine. It’s just accidentally slipping from a two story house, I’ve faced worse.”
Oh god no “WHY ARE YOU HERE RIGHT NOW!?!”
she looks at him completely dumbfounded ”You don’t remember? You told me we could hang out tomorrow!”
”GRETA ITS-“
”12:03 A.M on a Saturday! It’s tomorrow because you said that on a Friday” all casually
“that’s not what I-“
”well technically, you can’t argue with that.”
Greta moves closer and sits on his bed, just looking at him
“so what are we gonna do while we hang out, it’s gonna be an amazing day greg!”
”greta..”
“…Love~ do you think a girl like holly hills would do this to you…? No, because she can’t devout like me!”
”Greta, just leave please” he groaned to her
Of course her eyes looked like they were silently about to cry so he tried to be reasonable
“asides how will my parents react if they wake up and check in my room?”
She then looks up to him again
“well your mother really likes me, because she probably sees how her future daughter in law is such a good pic in her family!”
Logic with Greta never works
“fine, your lucky im too tired to kick you out”
she smiles “yay~” and of course tries to ruffle his hair which Greg moves away from
“just sleep on the floor at the very least”
He’s grabbing at his two pillows, one smaller and one larger and throws one
Greta set up a pallet with a larger pillow, she of course is just looking at Greg while he has his eyes closed, she’s just mumbling something incoherent as she hugs her pillow to sleep
”hey Greg can I tell you something important?”
greg opens his eyes
“what?”
”I love you.!”
”yeah yeah I think I get that”
his life has changed within these past few weeks, that’s for sure. Angie called him bitchless before and yeah she was probably right back then
A bit of awkard silence
”so how was yesterday”
he’s just trying to sleep and she already asked this question on their 2 hour FaceTime
“yeah it was pretty nice like I told you, school was school but overall I did fine”
”yeah.. you really deserve a break~ you do so much hard work every day.. I’m here of course! When you need someone to talk to”
he is lazy as hell and mostly relies on rowley and Angie. He even forced rowley to learn Morse code soon they could effectively cheat. Angie of course knew it long before he did.
”or! Or! I could help you study, give you answers.. be your motivation! Whatever, anything you want help, I’ll help you”
”ok”
”is there any subject you need help in? I- I’ve studied every subject in this grade to make sure I could effectively help you~ name one and I’ll do it for you.. you could like have me in your backpack and I give you answers in there”
what is she babbling on about now
“that’s really nice of you”
In reality he’s just wondering how she got that time, she could be lying because it feels like all of her time is on him, it’s a bit overwhelming being the center of her existence
“I know I already message you everything we do in a class in the times where I have a class before you.. but I know that isn’t enough for someone like you~”
a part of him gets kinda weirded by that. “Isn’t enough” and all that when the two words to describe this girl is easily “too much”
”I know I’m sometimes a problem and-“
greg is tired of her babbling so he bluntly says
“Don’t continue, just quiet. Sleep”
she looks at him “not another word sir! Good night love~”
‘OMG I was gonna say how I was a problem and it seemed like he got mad at me calling myself one. He’s just amazing like that… I hope I’m not hurting him tho :( I would hate to know that’
