Summary
Curses. Magic. Things of a supernatural nature were things that hardcore skeptical San Francisco Detective Jared Padalecki didn’t believe in. He believed in hard facts. He believed in the fact that he and his partner had a serial killer loose that had already claimed the lives of ten men with two big similarities among them: a mask and a magic shop.
Curses and magic were things that Jensen Ackles not only believed in but also had first-hand knowledge of as both a witch and a man with a past that held secrets.
When his family’s magic shop draws in the police looking for a killer, Jensen clashes with the jaded and skeptical Jared almost immediately.
When an old curse and an old enemy, both connected to Jensen’s past return, Jared realizes he might have been wrong to disbelieve. He then must fight to stop a curse and find a killer before anyone else, including Jensen, dies.
