"Pond? Where are you?" Phuwin tried searching around his house looking for Pond. Pond came to Phuwins house with Parker. Phuwin and Pond have been trying to get Parker and Hana closer together.
That was the goal but lately Pond has been coming to Phuwin's house randomly sometimes with Parker and other times without. Phuwin did not think anything of it and liked spending time with Pond. Everything would have stayed the same if it wasn't for Fourth telling Phuwin that Pond seems to love Phuwin in a romantic way. Phuwin gave Fourth the side eye and pushed the idea aside.
Phuwin had forgotten about that conversation until Pond gave Phuwin a ride to a fancy restaurant after work. Phuwin was confused since earlier that day they had planned to cook something simple at home.
During the dinner, Pond said, "Phuwin. Why don't we move in together?" Phuwin looked at Pond surprised. "What? Are you joking?"
"N-no. I just thought since in the future we will be working together more often. It would be more convenient to live together."
"Oh. That makes sense. But the current arrangements still work."
"Right. I agree with you."
Ever since then, Pond has been trying to measure how much he means in Phuwin's heart. Phuwin looked at the curtains and saw Pond's feet peeking out. Phuwin chuckled and shook his head. Phuwin got closer to the curtains and was about to scare Pond. Pond suddenly uncovered himself, reached out to Phuwin and shoved him by the wall.
Phuwin closed his eyes and slowly opened them. Pond was looking at him with hungry eyes, yet angry. Phuwin's heart shook but he couldn't let Pond know that. With a shaky voice, Phuwin spoke, "What?"
"You look cute today."
"What? I'm just wearing a t-shirt and shorts."
"No matter what, you're cute."
"Stop talking nonsense. Also your too close to me."
"No, I'm not. I want to be closer than this."
"Why are you acting different lately?"
"Do you really not get it? Or do you want to pretend not to?" Pond let go of Phuwin and had a sad expression that had Phuwin wanting to give in.
"A-are you serious? When did it start? Why? After everything." Phuwin could not believe their relationship would reach this point.
"Since our second series together."
"It's been 3 years."
Pond nodded. Phuwin looked at Pond's eyes then sighed. Phuwin knew he needed to think about this. Phuwin did not want to let go of Pond and honestly, the way Pond treats him gives him butterflies. Phuwin can't and doesn't want to imagine Pond doing that to someone else. Phuwin might not have the same level of love as Pond has for him but if he has learned anything in his life, its that not wanting Pond by someone else's side is enough to agree to date Pond.
"Okay. Let's date. But I don't want to let people know yet. They'd think its fan service."
"It's okay. I just want to love you."
Pond leaned in for a kiss on the cheek. Phuwin blushed and pushed Ponds face away. Pond started pouting and Phuwin groaned. Phuwin grabbed Pond's face and kissed him "5 seconds only"
Phuwin counted, 1. 2. 3. 4. 5 in his head. Phuwin was about to let go but Pond grabbed Phuwin's waist and put his tongue in. Phuwin was surprised but enjoyed the feeling.
One minute, they separated. Phuwin gasped for air. The kiss felt different now that they aren't co-workers. Phuwin quickly ran away. Pond smiled.
After that Pond started following Phuwin and being even more nicer than before.
