Work Text:

Kissing Kim Seokjin has always been Yoongi's favorite thing to do.

Aside from sleeping that is.

The room is fairly quiet aside from the sound of breathing and lips moving together. Yoongi's fingers tangle in the familiar brown locks, and commits the soft sounds that Seokjin makes to memory.

"Yoongi," Seokjin whispers in between kisses. His eyes are closed and his cheeks are flushed. His breathing hitches every now and then, especially when Yoongi kisses the sensitive spot underneath his ear.

"Shh.." Yoongi murmurs against Seokjin's neck. "They'll hear us."

"It's four in the morning, Yoongi," Seokjin sighs as Yoongi nuzzles his nose into his jawline. "The rest should be asleep by now."

Yoongi lets out an amused hum and steals a long, deep kiss from the older boy. Seokjin's eyes are bright when they pull apart.

"We should be asleep too," Yoongi chuckles softly. "But here we are."

"You're the one who started it in the first place!"

"You didn't make a move to stop me now, did you?" the mint haired boy points out. Seokjin blushes, his cheeks already stained with a dark shade of red. Yoongi moves to kiss those cheeks. He can't help it. Seokjin is just too cute.

Seokjin makes a pleased sound at the back of his throat.

"Maybe I just like it when you kiss me," Seokjin admits a tad bit shyly, fingers toying with the material of the blanket. He ducks his head to avoid meeting Yoongi's gaze, and even though Yoongi can't see Seokjin's face properly in the darkness, he knows that the older boy is probably flustered after saying that.

And that's what makes him adorable in Yoongi's eyes.

Yoongi pulls Seokjin closer to his chest, wrapping his arms around him. Seokjin's brown hair tickles Yoongi's nose as he nuzzles against the boy's hair. Seokjin's hair smells like cinnamon, and somehow it's soothing.

Seokjin's hair has always been soft and fluffy; maybe that's why Yoongi likes touching it so much (of course, he would never admit that out loud).

"Maybe I like it when I kiss you too," he finally whispers, pressing a kiss against Seokjin's neck as if to prove his point.

If the sound of Seokjin's pleased sigh is not an indication that the boy likes it, Yoongi does not know what is.

The thing is, Yoongi really does like to kiss Seokjin. He just can't help it.

He likes to kiss his eyelids, feeling them flutter slightly underneath his lips. Likes to kiss his cheeks, and feels them warm up when Seokjin blushes. He likes to kiss Seokjin's neck, his jawline, his shoulders, and his collarbone. That sensitive spot underneath Seokjin's right ear that makes the boy arch his back and whine whenever Yoongi kisses it.

But of course, Yoongi likes to kiss Seokjin's lips the most.

He meets Seokjin's eyes for a second before he moves to capture those lips with his own, earning a moan from the other boy. He manages to see Seokjin's eyes slide shut before his own closes as well. He lets himself go in the soft feeling of the boy's lips against his own and the feeling of Seokjin's warm hand squeezing his.

"Yoongi..." Seokjin's voice is soft as he mumbles against Yoongi's lips. His eyes are still closed. "I..."

"What is it?" Yoongi murmurs, kissing the boy again. The air between them is warm and he could feel Seokjin's hot breath on his face. He hears a heart beating, loud and steady, and he wonders whether it belongs to him or Seokjin.

Or perhaps, both.

"Yoongi, I..."

Yoongi opens his eyes then, and he sees Seokjin's own staring into his. There is something swimming in those eyes; an unsaid emotion.

"Hyung? What's wrong?"

Seokjin bites his lip in uncertainty. "Nothing's wrong..." he begins, "It's just..."

Yoongi blinks before sighing. He wraps an arm around Seokjin's neck and pulls him in so that his head rests against Yoongi’s shoulder. The boy could only let out a surprised yelp.

"It's okay, Seokjin-hyung..." he murmurs, kissing Seokjin's hair softly. "Just say what's on your mind. I'll listen."

He feels Seokjin's body stilling.

And then, he hears a murmur.

Yoongi blinks.

"What?" he asks, his voice barely above a whisper. "Hyung, what-"

"I love you." Seokjin's confession is quiet, soft, and uncertain. Yoongi turns to look at him. Seokjin refuses to look him in the eyes. He's blushing again, his fingers gripping the material of Yoongi's shirt sleeve tightly, almost desperately.

"I love you, Yoongi," he whispers again.

This hyung.

"You're so cute, Jinnie," Yoongi says, laughing quietly into Seokjin's hair. "The cutest."

"Don't call me cute," Seokjin protests, still refusing to meet Yoongi's gaze.

"But you are."

"I'm not!"

"Seokjin."

Seokjin looks at Yoongi when he hears his name being called. Yoongi's eyes are on him again, his gaze not wavering in the slightest. Seokjin feels like fidgeting again.

But then he feels something soft against his lips and he realizes a bit too late that Yoongi is kissing him again, slow and sweet.

This boy.

He loves him, he loves him so much.

He feels Yoongi's hot breath on his face when they pull apart. He hears his steady breathing. Feels his arms wrapping tighter around him, radiating warmth throughout his entire body.

Hears a murmur.

"I love you too, Seokjin. More than anyone else."
