Summary:

Luca and Shu have been busy all day, and the golden haired teen has barely gotten a chance to talk with the ravenette, not even able to get as little as a moment alone.
As the boys are heading to lunch together, he decides now was a good of time as any to finally have an alone moment with his boyfriend, while no one else is around.

Notes:

Hi there! Umm.. this is my first one shot fic, and also my first time writing a MxM relationship… ever ^^’ so please forgive me if it feels like it’s written wrong or anything of that nature.
I did try my best to portray the boys as properly as possible.

Hope you enjoy! 🫶💛💜

Work Text:

Luca, Shu, Ike and Vox were all boredly sitting in class, listening to the professor continue to drone on about the subject, the dude spending every last second until the bell rang cramming information into every students brain, per usual. Ike was tapping his pen against his notebook, Vox bouncing his leg, Shu adding decorations to his notes page since he’d already finished writing everything the down, and Luca was reaching for his bento that was in his bag as he whispered a countdown to himself. Just after Luca whispered ‘one’, the bell chimed, signaling the lunch period.

Pretty much every student in the classroom got up, hurrying out to go eat while the teacher was trying to tell everyone to sit back down, before giving up with a sigh. The four boys stood up, Luca stretching his arm behind his head with a soft exhale. “Finally. I thought lunch wouldn’t come sooner.” He sighed, yawning slightly.

“Professor ****** can really go on and on sometimes.” Ike agreed, grabbing his bento out of his bag as well as he stood up, putting his notebook back into his bag. “And I thought no one could out-talk Vox.” He half joked with a slight chuckle, glancing back at the dark haired taller male. “No offense, by the way.” He added.

Vox sighed, shaking his head, his bento tucked in his arm. “I don’t talk that much.” He disagreed, huffing a bit as he crossed his arm. “Not… all the time, at least.”

“You do.” Came the collective words of argument in unison from the three other boys, who also crossed their arms slightly while looking at the demon.

Vox pouted a bit at the fact he was being piled on by his friends, and even his boyfriend, huffing slightly. “Thanks guys.” He muttered sarcastically, half joking. “I’ll remember that next time you ask me to do something for you.”

The others chuckled softly, Ike walking with Vox towards the classroom door, trying to console his lover as he patted the demon’s back.

Shu was still at his desk, grabbing his bento from his bag and was about to stand up when he felt a poke on his back that startled him slightly, but he managed not to flinch, simply turning his head to see a familiar blonde standing there.

“Can I help you, Kaneshiro?” He asked with a chuckle, turning around to face the blonde.

Luca blushed a bit at Shu’s formal use of his last name, then pouted as he crossed his arms. “D-don’t call me that, it sounds weird…” He murmured, looking off to the side after a second, feeling like the sorcerer’s gaze was undressing him and picking him apart. The fact Shu knew him so well scared him sometimes, that he’d forgotten they’d been friends for the last 3 years at Enikara Academy. Shu knew him better than anyone… in more ways than one.

Shu laughed softly. “Sorry, sorry. Couldn’t resist.” He apologized. “Anyways, what’s up?” He asked, looking at the blonde with a look of interest, wondering why the mafia heir was still in the classroom instead of down the hall with Vox and Ike.

The taller male swallowed slightly, blushing a little bit more. “We’ve barely gotten to talk to each other all day,” He started, taking a small step forward. “So I wanted to talk to you one on one while we had the chance… And maybe—”

Shu smiled faintly, unable to stop the faster beating of his own heart. He wasn’t blushing like Luca, but he was also feeling a bit flustered. His face momentarily fell to its usual neutral expression. He stopped Luca mid sentence, putting a hand up. “Hold on.” He said quietly, peeking over Luca’s shoulder as he leaned to the side.

Luca stood there awkwardly, his blush fading a bit and not as intense as he watched the sorcerer’s amethyst gaze scanning the area behind him. He looked over his shoulder to where Shu was looking and saw he was looking to the classroom door. There was nobody outside the classroom, everyone having gone off to go eat their lunch elsewhere.

He was going to say something when suddenly her felt a hand on his own, turning his head back to face the ravenette who was pulling him towards himself as he gently tugged on Luca’s uniform blazer, the blonde letting out a quiet noise of surprise.

“Shu…?” Luca said softly, looking at the ravenette as he felt his heart pounding harder than it was. He was feeling a mixture of nervousness, anticipation, and a type of hunger that’d been going on the last 4 hours since they walked together to school in the morning and had shared a nice small kiss under Shu’s umbrella.

The sorcerer gave the mafia heir a serious look, blushing a bit himself. “Real quick,” Shu whispered softly. “No one’s here… but we can’t take long or else—“

Luca’s eyes lit up. He swallowed down whatever nervousness he was feeling and nodded as an intense feeling of desire started to take over. He then gently took hold of Shu’s hand, intertwining their fingers and stepping closer as he pushed the ravenette against the desk, the chair slightly scraping on the ground.
Shu felt his breath catch in his throat, forgetting how Luca could get a bit… hungry, for lack of other terms. Not in a literal sense though, more as of a ‘hungry’ for Shu’s affection and attention. And right now, that hunger was a beast wanting to come out, and Shu was trying to slowly open the cage whilst Luca was quickly running towards it at full speed.

The blonde used his other hand and gently grabbed Shu’s tie, looking at him with narrowed lavender eyes, the intense his eyes telling him all he needed to know: Shu was about to get a little more than a ‘quick’ kiss. Before he knew it, the taller male’s hand trailed down to his waist, holding Shu gently yet firmly as their lips connected quickly. Both their hearts were pounding in their chest, a soft smacking sound echoing quietly in the classroom as the two boys lost track of who they were, and where they were, and instead getting lost in one another’s body heat and soft sounds.

Luca pressed a bit further against Shu, making the ravenette stumble back a bit, having to quickly put his hand, the one Luca wasn’t holding, behind him on the desk just to catch himself.

Woah, he’s being so aggressive today! Shu thought to himself, his own cheeks flushing now. Luca was being so much more forward than normal, not that Shu minded but also holy shit it was hot.

Suddenly they heard the classroom door slide open. Both boys quickly broke apart, their faces flushed to see Ike standing in the door, the Swedish boy’s eyes widened in surprise as he looked at the other two boys, who were softly panting and standing… in an extremely compromising position.

Ike just stood there in bewilderment, wondering what in the hell he just walked in on. Especially since… he had no idea Shu and Luca were dating. Like… at all. Neither of the two had told anyone, afterall. Erm, well. Keyword had. Ike definitely knows now. And would probably possibly tell someone.

“Know what… I don’t think I need my water bottle afterall.” The boy muttered, pushing up his glasses with a sigh. “I did not sign up for this today when I woke up.” He muttered before turning around, pulling shut the sliding door behind himself before walking away down the hall, shoes clicking against the vinyl wood floors.

Luca and Shu stood there awkwardly, still in a pretty sussy position, even though they’d only been kissing. Both then looked at each other, blushing even more as their softened gazes landed on each other’s. Their secret relationship.. was sadly not a secret anymore.

Luca put a hand over his mouth as he snorted slightly, Shu smiling as he giggled. Both then started to laugh, leaning against each other as they did, both boys having a hand on each other’s chest as they laughed softly in each other’s company.

Well, at least they tried to keep it a secret. It may have only lasted a month, but it was the thought that counted.

Now came the awkward part: telling the others
