ELI5 why this guy is back?
Okay hear me out: There was a huge commotion at my work place just now, complete chaos, I‘m not exaggerating, so I go outside and check what everything was about and it seemed that it was all because of a new guy starting work here. Which is bad enough, why do you have to wreak havoc on your first day?
But then some coworkers told me that this guy HAS BEEN FIRED TWICE. Let me repeat that: HE WAS FIRED. TWICE. FROM THIS PLACE.
And now he comes back and creates disorder. Also his clothes look awful and he‘s obviously dirt poor.
ELI5 why he‘s allowed to be back? This establishment has a reputation! If we allow any riffraff to just waltz in here, wreck the place and get fired and then just waltz back in, we‘ll be a complete joke to the entire world!

Really. That‘s your problem. The reputation. How dreadful.
Sure, I was almost killed by debris caused in this whole event and other people had their whole houses demolished but yes, let‘s focus on this place‘s apperance to complete strangers who don‘t even live here.
Get a grip.
If he‘s back, there‘s a reason for it. And unlike you, he‘s not being a whiny nuisance.

WTF. I just came back from a business trip and my house is gone. Demolished. Rubble.
Has anyone ever had that happen?

And I never liked that username and you lied to me when you said it was created by the system and couldn‘t be changed, management informed me that you created the account for me so STFU and start rebuilding my place!
