Betrayal

Summary:

Someone is betrayed in a very real way.

Notes:

I was given the challenge of writing a story in only 75 words. This is the result. :)

Work Text:

My dad was killed in a car accident before I was born. He was hit by some rich, drunk frat-boy. His parents wrote my mom a check so big she was able to quit her teaching job when I was born. I was born blind and my mom has always taken care of my every need.

Imagine the betrayal I felt when a stitch slipped and light hit my eye for the very first time.
