Summary:
Aegon's conquest if it was (warrior) cats.
Notes:
this work was originally made for a roleplay over on the WCRP forums. it combined Game of Thrones with Warrior Cats (in case that weren't obvious). The roleplay kinda fell flat/I ultimately chose to discontinue it, but I am still very proud of the story I wrote as my introduction to the universe and I decided to move it to Ao3
this particular one was written with an attempt at the historical narration style found in Fire & Blood (my inspiration for writing this) so let me know what you think?

Dear Initiate,
The title of this book is The Short History of Westeros from The Time of the Divine until Now, thus please manage your expectations. This should not be used as a last-moment cram guide. Besides, no single book could ever encompass such rich lore in its entirety; at least not without being too cumbersome to carry. This volume will provide you with a basic understanding of how the forces that created the world as we know it today came to be. But remember: history is written by the victors.
