It was the final Kickback of the year for Hollywood Arts. Tori was looking to make a statement after her break-up with Steven and she did as she showed up with a beautiful blue dress. It seemed like all eyes were on Tori. Even Jade was amazed by her look. Jade broke up with Beck again and was starting to be attracted to ladies which included a particular Latina. At first, she didn't want to admit she was falling for her frenemy but she realized she couldn't fight it much longer especially seeing her in that dress.
After seeing a group of guys and some girls gather around Tori to dance with her, Jade was able to get through the crowd, went to Tori, and said, "Come on Vega, let's dance," as she grabbed Tori's arm and started to make the way to the dance floor. Tori was mixed with this since she was worried what Jade would do and where she was taking her but she did remove her from the dozen people wanting to dance with her.
However, her fear was all for not as Jade took her to the dance floor and she just wanted to dance with her. The ladies dance with each other with the rest of the crowd in shock. One of those students was Charlie who had a crush on Tori since he saw her perform in the Big Showcase and he was annoyed. Then Ryder walked over to him with a couple of cups of punch and said, "Someone told me that jealousy is never a good look," as he gave Charlie one of the punches and Charlie took a sip and said, "Yet I'm here jealous, was it that obvious? Also, Thank You,"
Ryder said, "As obvious as you checking out Tori's ass daily," Charlie took another sip of the punch, had a thought and said, "I got an idea," He worked over to Sinjin who was the DJ of the kickback and said, "Hey, Sinjin can you play a slow dance song?" Sinjin said, "What's in it for me?" Charlie said, "I helped you set up the equipment. Please play the slow song," Sinjin said, "Give me some money and I will," Charlie got a ten to give to Sinjin and said, "Happy," Sinjin started to reach to collect but Ryder stopped him and whispered something to Sinjin and Sinjn said, "I'll play that slow dance song for you Charlie,"
Charlie said, "You threatened to put him in the garbage again didn't you?" Ryder said, "Look at it this way, you get to dance with Tori and save ten bucks, You're Welcome," Charlie said, "Thank You," Then Sinjin after the song said, "OK we have a request for a slow song, so fellas get your girl and Tori, Charlie would like a dance with you,"
Jade yelled, "Tell that nerd that I'm dancing with Tori," However Tori said, "Come on Jade, be nice besides I want to dance with Charlie," Jade said, "Fine, but I get the next slow dance," Tori said, "Deal," As Jade walked away and Charlie was the one who was dancing with Tori. As they danced, Jade stewed. Beck walked to her and said, "Hey, what's you doing? Being Jealous?" Jade said, "None of your fucking business, Beck," Beck said, "OK," he started to walk away but after taking a couple of steps, turned around, and said, "You know if you told Tori you like her, I'm sure she would like you back. Just my two cents," and started to walk away again until Jade said, "You think so?" Beck said, "Give Tori a chance," Jade said, "Are you OK with it?" Beck said, "We both know you started to have feelings for ladies especially Tori. I've seen you check out her ass on a daily basis, Just let her know how you feel," Beck walked away.
Jade thought about it and realized that Beck was right even if she didn't want to admit it. She worked up the courage to tell her. About 30 minutes later, she looked to find in the hallway of the school and when she did she saw Tori make out with Charlie and Jade was upset. A part of her wanted to grab Charlie and beat the shit out of him and she realized that his mom was dating one of the teachers and she was more hurt than pissed so she made a beeline to the ladies' room where she was pounding on the wall and started to cry possibly knowing that Tori was out of reach.
While in the bathroom, Tori came in and reapplied her makeup. Jade composed on herself a bit and went to Tori and said, "So you and Charlie huh?" Tori said, "What are you talking about?" Jade said, "I saw you two making out," Tori said, "Oh that, I don't know. I do like Charlie but I don't know if I like him that way," Jade said, "Let me guess, you want someone more good-looking," Tori said, "Maybe,"
Jade said, "Maybe you should consider Charlie. You tried guys like Ryder and Steven and they were dickheads. Maybe you should consider nice guys like Charlie or Andre. Also, I do know another person that has a crush on you," Tori said, "Great, who is it?" Jade grabbed Tori and kissed her. The kiss lasted about 30 seconds and when they broke apart from each other. Tori was shocked and yet amazed while Jade had the look of accomplishment and said, "I wanted to do that for some time," Tori said, "Is this the reason why you and Beck broke up?" Jade said, "One of them really. We're still good friends but I didn't love him anymore. I do love you, Victoria Vega. I know we got into a rocky start but if you give me a chance. I will be the best girlfriend you ever had,"
Tori thought about it for a bit then said, "As much as like you touching me, kissing me, and hearing your statement. I don't know if I see you that way. I am honored you see me that way and I'm sure it took all of your courage to say that in more ways than one but again," Jade said, "You don't see me that way," Tori nodded her head.
Jade said, "Fair but just think of this," and Jade kissed Tori again for another 20 seconds, slapped Tori in the ass, and said, "See ya sweet cheeks,"
After the dance, Jade and Charlie offered Tori a ride home Jade said, "Don't you need to help your Mom's fiance in the clean up," Charlie said, "It would only take 10-15 minutes," but Trina said, "I took Tori to school and I'll taking her to home, GOODBYE!!!!" as took Tori by the hand and dragged her to her car. However, Tori was able to hug her friends, Jade, and Charlie goodbye before leaving with Trina.
After the Vega sisters left the school, Jade and Charlie were face to face looking like a weight-in for a boxing match. Charlie said, "It's not going to happen West, you were a terrible girlfriend to Beck and you're going to be a terrible girlfriend to Tori. I would be perfect for Tori," Jade said, "Like how you were perfect for Christine. What happened with that by the way? Oh yeah, she left you for another guy if I recall,"
Charlie said, "We broke up before the party at Kenan's house and it was mutual," Jade said, "Yeah and I'm the queen of England," Charlie said, "Well, queen. Find another lesbian to ruin or another guy, I don't care. Tori will pick me," Jade said, "I highly doubt it," during that time a crowd formed and Lane and Mr. Calpari fearing a fight told Jade and Charlie to go home which they did with Beck and Cat escorting Jade to her car while Ryder, Mike, Mark, and Sinjin led Charlie to his car. The Battle for Tori had begun.
