Just as usual, Riddle walks around the dorm to ensure his dorm mates are awake. “Today is a normal day for us all, well as normal as any day is really” said Riddle as he stepped into the lounge area. The sound of his heels clacking accompany him as he makes his rounds.
The lounge was mostly empty, as Riddle expected at this time in the morning. It was the unspoken rule that Riddle would wake up students who slept in with a wonder clock. None of the students want to wake up to a wonder clock; those clocks are menaces. Most Heartslabyul students are not early risers, so it takes a while for the dorm to become its usual lively atmosphere.
“Now that I have checked the lounge, I must attend to the flamingos and hedgehogs.” Said Riddle as he walked outside to the garden. The flamingos have their large pen, while the hedgehogs have a smaller pen with hay on the ground. The hedgehogs and flamingos were all fine and their usual lively selves.
“I see that the students have properly done their duties yesterday. Good, I expect no less from them.” Said Riddle as he wandered to a corner. “Now that I have checked on them, I must start my morning routine.” Riddle steps towards the garden entrance when he hears a bush rustling.
He immediately turns around with his magic pen in hand towards the bush. The bush stopped moving, but Riddle knows that whatever moved the bushes is still there. He steps a bit closer when he spots something yellow amid the now quiet rose bush.
It appeared to be some sort of bear, small and bright yellow. “What is a small bear doing here on campus?” Said Riddle as he stepped closer. The small yellow bear snaps his head towards Riddle and looks surprised.
“Hello…” said the bear as Riddle stood in shock. A small talking bear?! Riddle has never heard of talking bears before, especially not yellow ones. “Hello, may I ask who you are and why you're in my rose bush?” Said Riddle as he sits on his knees.
“My name is Winnie Pooh, and I was in my home when a black circle appeared next to me. I was sucked in and fell into your rose bush. I’m sorry for crushing your roses.” Said the small bear.
The small bear looked at Riddle with tears in his eyes after apologizing, shocking Riddle. “Oh Winnie, thank you for apologizing but you didn’t need to. I’m Riddle Rosehearts”. Riddle uses his magic pen to release Winnie from the thorns, and branches of the rose bush.
Winnie limped out of the bush as his knees were scratched. “Thank you, very much Riddle the queen” Said Winnie as Riddle paused in grabbing the bear’s hands. Flustered Riddle lifts the small bear into his arms as he speed walks back to the dormitory.
“Well, thank you Winnie for seeing me as a queen, although I’m not one, it’s very flattering” said riddle as he entered the lounge area. “You're not? You look like a queen with your crown and big cape” said Winnie as he looked around the lounge area in Riddle's arms. The students in the lounge area turn to look at their housewarden and their jaws drop.
IS THAT A YELLOW BEAR?! AND IN OUR SMALL HOUSEWARDENS ARMS!? WHAT IN THE SEVEN IS HAPPENING?!
