“Cait, you’re insatiable,” Vi chastised, interrupting the charged kiss as Caitlyn joined her in bed.
Caitlyn quickly catalogued if this was disinterest or hindered desire, before asking, “Will you still be awake in half hour?”
Vi chuckled, and kissed her wife’s knuckles. “You’re worth waking up for.”
In the estimated time spent in self-pleasure in a guest bedroom, Vi had fallen asleep. Caitlyn slid into their bed and pulled Vi’s arm over her waist.
“Hm, Vi said sleepily, pulling her closer. “Did you think of me?”
“Always.”
“No competition from Grayson?” Vi teased, knowing the fantasies of Caitlyn’s youth.
“I don’t have to choose,” Caitlyn shrugged, “which is why it takes thirty minutes.”
Vi snorted a laugh. The warm breath tickled Caitlyn’s sweat-sheened neck.
After a quiet moment, Caitlyn spoke. “Do I ask too much?”
“Only of yourself,” Vi reassured, kissing the purple satin of Caitlyn’s sleepshirt.
“Thank you, Sweetheart.” Caitlyn interlaced their fingers and squeezed.
“Sweet dreams, Cupcake.”
