Angel from hell

Summary:

falls for an angel isn't in changbin's schedule but when he saw his big bobba eyes it was inevitable, even he doesn't know what it is right

He found an image worthy of hell! In the middle of the chairs where the subjects and the press would sit, there was a hole, deep and surrounded by flames. Many of the chairs were broken and there were a lot of wounded people screaming for help (not that anyone cared...)

As they approached the hole, it was possible to see, amidst the debris, that something was glowing, a white light in the midst of the infernal fire.

"Wow... what's that light? It's so beautiful..." said Seo Changbin.

"What is it, shorty man? What are you looking at me for?" said an angel in the shape of a dog, arrogant, ignorant and a big son of a b-

Chapter 1: it hurt when you fell from the heaven?

Chapter Text

It was the day of the coronation rehearsal for Seo Changbin, heir to one of the greatest kingdoms in Hell. And even though he still had to get married before he could finally have his long-awaited coronation, his father was already sure that it wouldn't be a problem, he was going to marry a beautiful maiden.

Lee Chaeryeong was the name of the princess who would be Seo Changbin's lover for the rest of his immortal life...

"Here we are today, my wretched subjects, for the coronation of my cursed son Seo Ch-" King Seo Satan was interrupted by a great and loud noise of screams and broken bones.

"WHO THE FUCK THINKS HE CAN DESTROY MY MOMENT? ah..."stepping out from behind the stage where he was rehearsing his speech.

A crowd of angry and frightened stares at the glowing creature formed around the crater, and the best way to drive the angel away (and hide him) was to take him to the castle, as King Satan had ordered.

 ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ In the castle

"Dad, what are you thinking of doing with... this bizarre thing?"

"We'll keep it until then, and if anyone asks, tell them it was a gift from me to you, at least until I sort out what I'm actually going to do with it."

While the king and Prince Seo talked, the dog ran around the hall, biting the guards who tried to put a gag and collar on it.

Very (un)happy, Changbin took his new pet to his room

The dog, for his part, tried his best to make sure that all his swearing and insults were heard by the entire palace, but was censored by his own muzzle.

As he entered the room, the dog's face fell. It was different from the rest of the castle: the walls were still colored red, but they were clean and not decorated with dried blood, cobwebs and scratches, as was the case in the corridors. The floor was also clean, with no post-mortem marks like the ones he had seen in the main hall. The bedding was light and soft; on it were two huge plush toys, one Hello Kitty and the other My Melody. And that pillow looked so comfortable... as if... if I lay there, I could be instantly transported back to heaven...

"Did I say something? Well... you tried... let me take this off you right away"

As Changbin took off the angel's muzzle, he assumed his human form and, as a way of trying to defend himself, went after the shorter one, who quickly acted, grabbing him by the neck and saying calmly in his ear.

"You're a very abusive little dog. Lucky for today that I don't want to hurt you. But just a hint, don't provoke me"
They let go with a push from the angel. With one eye bigger than the other and one eyebrow arched, he slowly moved away and continued to inspect the room.

In the room, there were many shelves with photos of friends, smaller stuffed animals, awards the prince had won and, most importantly, music albums by singers from both the mortal and infernal worlds. He must love music. In the corner of the room, there was a door; the noise coming through it was frightening, as if there was a hungry tiger living there.

Wow, you're some kind of Disney princess or something?” summed up his first impression

"I'm going to put the gag back on you..."

"NO!!! OK, I'll stop... but only because it tastes like sweaty socks"

“Have you ever tasted a sweaty sock?” A doubtful, perhaps curious look.

“Everyone has a past, right?” he said seriously to the prince.

"No wonder you're here.'' He teased, as he sat on the bed hugging a plush toy.

"I don't understand, what do you mean?" He turned aggressively towards Changbin.

"Isn't it obvious? What would an angel be doing in hell? You must have had a pretty eventful past, I'd say..." she said as she crossed her legs on the bed and smiled with the corner of her mouth.

"I'M NOT A DEMON LIKE YOU, NO! I was just... honest... It's not my fault if they don't know how to take constructive criticism.." he replied, as he sat on the end of the bed and ran his hand over it, feeling the soft fabric that covered it, and his face... ah, as cynical as possible!

"WHAT DID YOU DO? Now you're going to have to tell me, that's an order!"  Excited by the situation, he rolled over to sit on his previously crossed legs.

"STOP SHOUTING! And who do you think you are to boss me around, huh, you son of a bitch?" He was interrupted by a knock on the door... or saved by it (?).

"Good afternoon, Crown Prince. There's a visitor waiting for you in the main hall."

"Thank you Taehyun, says that i'm going"

"Always at your service, Prince Seo" the castle servant left the room, leaving the two of them alone again.

"You may be their 'king', but you'll never be my king" The evil angel wouldn't miss the chance to complete his thought, ever.

Heading for the main hall, Changbin regretted taking the dog. He just complained the whole way about how sore he was from the fall, how the weather in heaven was cooler and more pleasant, and how there wasn't as much noise as in hell.

"...but that's what I'm telling you, it's a thousand times better there than here"

"HEY CHANGBIN EA- our majesty from hell... W-WHAT IS THAT? AN ANGEL? WHY? HOW? DOES THAT MAKE SOME SENSE?" Han Jisung, a pearl that Changbin is happy to call a friend. He always has the best and most honest reactions.

He has a twin brother Lee Felix. There's a good explanation for why they don't have the same surname.

"WHAT THE FUCK" Felix and Jisung were identical only in their genuine way of expressing themselves

They are the fruit of a betrayal by the queen of Yang. she lay with two powerful kings and, in the end, didn't know who she had got pregnant by. when she found herself in dire straits, she decided that each of the fetuses would belong to one of the kings. HAHAHA! They faithfully believe that they are their parents to this day.

"Wow... did you hear that too?"

"Ah, yes. It's our other brother. Jeongin. For some reason, he likes to narrate things."

"GIVE CONTEXT, FELIX, GIVE CONTEXT! I told you it's different. Nice to meet you, Yang Jeongin, you must be Kim Seungmin, the one who was kicked out of heaven by" interrupted by a sudden slap from the dog.

Everyone in the hall was startled by how unusual the event was.

"Why did you do that?" said Felix, a little cautiously and afraid of being the second slap recipient of the evening.
Jeongin was hugged by Jisung and Changbin in the corner as he threatened to cry.

"It was stronger than me. I guess the writer still hasn't thought of a good reason for me to be here. Sorry about that."

"It's okay, bro" replied Prince Yang, sucking back a snot.

The rest of their afternoon was uneventful... perhaps not so much when Seungmin peed on Changbin's leg... but that's not as important as when Felix had a personality disorder playing Monopoly and threw the board into the fireplace, or when they discovered that Jeongin was hiding a “dead” ferret in his jacket.

*He was clearly breathing, and everyone could see it.

Well... they were strangers... but despite this, Seungmin didn't feel excluded. In fact, he felt welcomed by them. In that group of friends, there was no filter. They talked nonsense, cursed each other, and the friendship remained the same - everything he had ever wanted.

But why did he feel that way? This feeling of belonging? He was an angel, he was in hell, among cruel and savage demons. This shouldn't happen... not really.

Night fell and everyone went home. The prince was tired and went straight to his room to renew his energy, as he always valued well-being, and a good night's sleep was exactly what that meant.

"What do you think you're doing?"  Seungmin paused in the middle of delighting in Changbin's soft, fragrant sheets

"A dog's place is on the floor. Come on, you can lie there in the corner very quietly, I want to sleep."
Staring deep into the supposed demon's soul, the dog slowly moved to the corner and snuggled down.

In the middle of the night, Changbin woke up to the sound of acid rain. Clearing his vision, the prince was dazzled to see the figure of an angel in front of him. “Definitely angelic”, he whispered softly.
Hypnotized by Seungmin's beauty, he continued to watch him, memorizing every detail from the boy until he finally fell asleep again.

[Note: Seungmin was right, that pillow would take him to heaven. The feeling was that no cloud he had ever slept on before was as comfortable and warm as that one at that moment].
