“Damn…I really let myself go.” Shez frowned
at the sight of her reflection.

Without a doubt, she has certainly gotten soft. Really, really soft. That she could hardly believe it.

From just a-run-of-the-mill mercenary to a very, pudgy-looking noblewoman.

Standing in front of a mirror, wearing nothing but her overlying stretched bra, and also, a tightly-fitted pair of shorts. Her stomach was so large and doughy, not a single blouse she had could cover it. Only a dress that was tailor to her current size could fit. She cradled the giant mass, feeling her fingertips sink down into her squishy flesh. Also formed into fatty rolls, and felt malleable as clay. When she let go of it, her belly slapped against her laps. Jiggling like crazy for several seconds until it finally ceased.

It wasn’t just her belly. Other parts of her body have thickened with fat, too. Her arms and legs were no longer slimmed, but somewhat bulky. While her poor bra was stretched beyond its limit, trying to contain her heavy breasts. Each was the size of grapefruit, resting on her enormous girth.

Her gaze drifted down to her lower region as she turned around. Letting out a long sigh, and placing one of her hands on her vast hips. There was no denying how wide her waistline was looking; especially, her rear. That looked extra plump than a seat cushion. Shez grimaced when she recalled a certain incident. When one of her shorts was split down the middle, trying to pick up her old merc whistle. In front of her fiancée, no less.

Sure, they all had a good laugh afterward. But still, it was so embarrassing that it would forever haunt her mind.

“They weren’t kidding. All those snacks really go straight to your hips,” She murmured, giving her rump a little shake. Seeing how it swayed side to side. That could possibly knock something or someone by her waistline, swaying haphazardly. “I’m almost as big as Lady Rhea…or Marianne, at least.”

“Big as what?” A familiar voice spoke up.

Shez yelped in surprise when she saw her fiancé in the room now. Which resulted in her accidentally bumping into the mirror, causing it to collapse backward in process.

“O-Oh, it's just you, Byleth…” She stammered, feeling her chubby face flustered.

“Are you alright?” He asked, approaching her with a look of concern.

“I’m okay, really! I just got surprised by you, that’s all.” Shez assured him despite her initial reaction. “Sorry about the mirror.”

Byleth shook his head, “I’m more worried about you than that mirror.”

The awkward moment between them soon subsided. Shez couldn't help, but ask him what had been on her mind for a long while.

“Be honest with me,” She sighed, taking a moment for her to find the right words that she had been meaning to ask for a long time. “I’ve gotten really fat, haven't I?”

“You have,” He answered in a heartbeat.

Shez was taken aback by his words. Unsure how to react. She should be disappointed that he didn’t hesitate a bit? Or, be glad that he was being truly honest with her? Either way, his words did stung. Until he continues…

“But to me, you’re beautiful.” Gently place a hand on her soft cheeks, and caressing it.

Shez couldn’t contain her laugh, “Heh. You really know how to make a gal like me feel special.”

Byleth smiled back at her, wrapping his arms around her large figure. “You’re the only one, who’s truly special to me.”

Just when they were about to kiss. A lound, rumbling sound was emitted from Shez’s stomach. A very clear sign of hunger.

“Oh, um…” Shez was too embarrassed to speak properly.

Only for Byleth to chuckled, and rubbed her quivering stomach. “How about we get something to eat. You must be starving, aren’t you?”

Shez could only smile awkwardly back at him. And simply accepting that this was her life now
