Summary

The Alliance starts crumbling faced with his cunning, while the Kingdom and the Empire stand by the side and do nothing, for some advantage that won't be worth the price. And though his uncle denies him troops, Dimitri heads to the Alliance, to defeat this newfound threat.
And in doing so, he draws Khalid's attention to him, with his honeyed words just for Dimitri to hear, and a leash that wraps around his neck.
