it’s hot, so luda has to open the window and pops the net out. soobin groans at that, flopping back onto the floor, her hair creating waves on the floor. “stop complaining you baby,” luda says in a light tone, currently sitting on her bed and tugging off a pink socks. “it’s not my fault that my air condition doesn't work.” soobin only hums in response, shutting her eyes and breathing heavily. “you invite me to your house knowing well that your a/c doesn't work. why?”
soobin gasps and coughs when she feels the other girl's weight rest on her stomach, then laughs in shock. “you said you were bored, and i only offered. didn't think you were actually going to show up.”
soobin opens her eyes, and luda meets her gaze, pressing her weight more into her own body, and soobin coughs again. “get off me, can't breathe.” luda laughs at that, but doesn't move. “please.”
“play uno with me.”
“no, you cheat.”
luda pouts at this, rolling off soobin’s belly and on the floor next to her. “no i don't.” is all she can say. it’s silent for a moment, both girls just starting at the ceiling, breathing calmly. a fly buzzes into the room, and soobin jumps up, looking around in a panic.
“it’s no worries, just leave it.”
soobin stares at luda, who's sitting up, her legs crossed, staring at her. “you know i hate them.”
“and they hate you back.”
soobin pouts at that statement, falling flat onto her bed and facing her wall.
“are you mad?”
“no.”
luda giggles at that, and soobin pouts again, even though the other girl can't see. soobin feels a weight join her on the bed, arms wrap around her waist, and she sighs. “you really want to play uno?”
“do you?” soobin hums at that, and luda snuggles her head further into soobin’s neck.
“or we can just stay here cuddled up like this. i don't mind.”
“greasy.” soobin drawls out, and luda giggles, squeezing her body tight. soobin turns her body, so now luda and her are facing each other, the sun from the window touching their skin.
“you're so greasy.” soobin says again, it’s a whisper, and luda smiles.
“only with you, love.”
soobin knees her in the stomach, and luda cries out in pain, causing soobin to laugh. “move.” is all she says to the girl who was currently holding her stomach.
“why do you only cause me pain?”
“because i love you.” soobin sings.
both girls finally move off the bed, and luda pulls out her pack of uno cards from her bag, causing soobin to roll her eyes. “of course you had those on you.”
luda wiggles her eyebrows, allowing herself to sit on the floor and begins to set up the cards. it's silent for a moment, so soobin begins humming a random tune, swaying her head from side to side. luda giggles, patting her hands on the floor opposite of her, soobin slides down to the floor.
“hi cutie.” luda greets.
“hi shrimp.” soobin replies.
while they were playing, luda rests her legs on soobin’s thighs, pressing down every so often. soobin pokes and tickles the bottom of her feet when it’s not her turn.
“do you like anyone?” luda asks out of the blue, and soobin hums.
“you~” soobin jokes, causing luda to laugh loudly. soobin entangles her legs into luda’s, so one of her feet is on the side of her hip and one is pressed up against her crotch.
“no, i’m serious!”
i was serious.
soobin tilts her head, and luda raises an eyebrow. “how about you?” it’s luda’s turn to tilt her head now, and then it’s silent again.
“just one person.”
soobin raises an eyebrow, and luda laughs, placing down a card. fuck, soobin had to pick up two more cards. “who?”
luda hums at that, but doesn't say anything. soobin doesn't say anything else, and places down three green cards. she's down too three cards, and luda has five, and holy crap she might win.
“i’m getting something to drink.” luda says, standing up suddenly. soobin jumps as luda places her cards faced down, and stands up as well.
“i’ll come with you.”
soobin offers a smile, causing luda to smile back. once they reach the kitchen, soobin grabs two beers, handing one to luda before hopping onto the counter.
“you never told me who you like.” soobin hums,and luda hums back.
“you never told me!”
soobin takes a sip from her beer, shutting her eyes for a bit. she opens her eyes to see luda watching her with a blank expression, gazes flickering between her eyes and lips, and smirks.
“if you want to kiss me, just ask.”
luda laughs at that, and takes her own sip from her beer. “what if I wanted to?” a pause. “kiss you, i mean.” there's a moment of silence after that, soobin breathing quickly now. she shuts her eyes, inhales, and opens her eyes again.
“i wouldn't really mind, if you did.”
soobin tenses up when the small girl steps forward, and luda can only offer a small smile. “i might do it you know. kiss you.”
soobin breathes, her eyes blinking rapidly. “ok.” soobin whispers back.
and then they are kissing. it’s a soft kiss, slow and nervous, causing soobin to smile and laugh. luda pulls back, and soobin starts laughing harder at her expression, before leaning in again.
after they kiss, once, twice, three times, soobin can't stop laughing, from bliss she guesses.
“i totally beat your ass at uno before this.”
luda smiles at that.
“yeah, you totally did.”
