Chapter Text
Kang Yeosang had finally made up his mind. After enduring months of being sidelined from group activities, he realized he couldn’t stay silent any longer. With a heavy but determined heart, he made his way to the secret fanmeeting lovingly organized by his Yeodongies — the only ones who never left his side.
The Yeodongies screamed at the top of their lungs when Yeosang showed up, his familiar bright grin lighting up the small venue.
It had been so long since they had seen him genuinely happy, and now, seeing him standing there — proud and unbothered — made many tear up.
Yeosang chuckled softly into the mic.
"I missed you guys too," he said, eyes twinkling.
"I know you guys are saddened by everything that's happened," Yeosang said, voice steady but gentle, "but I'm determined. I will debut as a solo artist."
He paused, scanning the emotional faces in the crowd.
"But… I might need a little help from you guys," he admitted, his smile turning a little shy.
"I plan to build my own label. Right now, I don't think I could ever fully trust another agency again."
The Yeodongies, without hesitation, began chanting his name louder, their cheers filling the small venue with warmth and strength.
Some raised banners they had made overnight, and others reached out with trembling hands, as if trying to pass their energy to him.
One fan shouted through her tears, "We’ll follow you, Yeosang! No matter where you go!"
Another added, "You’re not alone! You have us!"
Yeosang felt his throat tighten at their overwhelming support. He placed a hand over his heart and bowed deeply.
"Thank you," he said sincerely. "I promise to create music that will make you proud — music that belongs to all of us."
The moment was raw, honest, and real — the first step toward something entirely his own.
But among the cheering crowd, one Yeodongie nervously fidgeted before raising her hand.
"I... I might be able to help you build your own label," she said, her voice a little shaky but firm with determination.
Yeosang tilted his head, curious.
"You can?" he asked, stepping closer to listen.
The girl nodded, gathering her courage. "My family runs a large business organization. We often invest in startups and entertainment projects. If you're serious about building your own label, I can propose it to them. They might be interested in becoming your shareholders — giving you the support you need to stay independent."
The room buzzed with excitement.
Yeosang blinked, clearly moved by the offer, but he remained calm and thoughtful.
"I am serious," Yeosang said earnestly, bowing his head respectfully. "And if it means I can keep creating music the way I believe in, I’d be honored to work with you."
The Yeodongies cheered even louder, sensing that this wasn't just the end of an era — it was the beginning of something even greater.
A month after Dispatch released the article — and after weeks of silence from Yeosang — the world finally received the news they had been waiting for.
Through his personal social media account, Yeosang made an official announcement:
"I’m proud to finally share this with you all. I have established my own company — I'm Ovation Label."
The post quickly went viral, filled with pictures of Yeosang standing in front of a modest but elegant office building, his expression a mix of determination and relief. His caption continued:
"Thank you for your patience and support. I’ve decided to take control of my own future and pursue music in a way that feels true to myself. I'm Ovation will be my space to create, grow, and connect with all of you on my own terms. Also, I’m excited to announce that my first full-length solo debut album is on the way. I’ve been working on this for a while, and I can’t wait for you to hear it."
The post was filled with anticipation, fans flooding the comments with excitement. The idea of Yeosang venturing out on his own and releasing his debut album was a dream come true for many of them.
Though Yeosang was the sole artist in his label, this was a bold new chapter — one of independence, self-expression, and a deep desire to take full ownership of his artistry.
After Yeosang’s announcement of launching I'm Ovation Label, the floodgates of opportunity opened wide. His decision to take control of his career and embark on a solo journey wasn’t just met with support from fans, but also caught the attention of major brands and industry figures.
He was quickly flooded with offers for work, endorsements, and appearances. It wasn’t long before he was invited to prestigious fashion weeks, not just by one brand but by multiple high-end labels. Yeosang’s presence at these events became a hot topic, with his unique style and confident aura stealing the spotlight at every turn.
He was also a regular guest on a variety of popular TV shows, where his charm and down-to-earth personality won over audiences. Whether it was cooking shows, talk shows, or even reality competitions, Yeosang was everywhere, showing that he was more than just a former idol — he was a force in the entertainment industry.
But it didn’t stop there. Yeosang became the face of numerous well-known brands, landing major endorsement deals and becoming an ambassador for several global fashion, skincare, and lifestyle companies. From his smooth, confident charisma to his fresh, stylish look, Yeosang was soon a household name, transcending his past and carving out a brand new identity for himself.
As the months passed, Yeosang’s popularity only grew, his solo debut album drawing more and more attention with every passing day. Fans and industry insiders alike eagerly awaited what he would release next. One thing was clear: Yeosang had not just stepped out of the shadow of his past; he was making waves on his own terms, building a career and legacy that was entirely his own.
Amidst the whirlwind of endorsements, fashion weeks, and variety show appearances, every second of Yeosang’s day became precious. Despite his skyrocketing popularity, he remained laser-focused on his music. Late nights and early mornings were filled with studio sessions, where he poured his heart and soul into producing his songs.
His creative process never slowed, even as his calendar filled up. Yeosang, determined to build his legacy as a solo artist, produced a lot of songs, experimenting with different genres and sounds. Each track he created was a reflection of his growth and evolution, drawing from his experiences, emotions, and newfound freedom. His work ethic was unmatched, driven by his passion and desire to show the world that he was more than just an ex-member of a group — he was a solo artist with a vision all his own.
Every day, he worked tirelessly, writing lyrics, collaborating with producers, and perfecting his sound. He didn’t let the fame get to him, always striving to improve, always looking for new ways to connect with his fans through his music. His dedication to his craft was clear, and with every song, he moved one step closer to realizing the full extent of his potential.
Yeosang was not only defining his own path but also showing the world that his journey had only just begun. And while the outside world marveled at his success, Yeosang knew that the real work was in the music — the thing that had always been his true passion.
After the betrayal from his former label, which had wasted so much of his time by keeping him sidelined and out of group activities, Yeosang was determined not to let any more time slip away. Now, every moment of his life was filled with purpose.
His days were packed, not just with the commitments of being a solo artist, but also with all the work he had been denied for so long. He didn’t want to waste any more time. Instead of waiting for opportunities to come, Yeosang was creating them himself. His schedule was a blur of studio sessions, where he worked tirelessly on his music. He poured his soul into every song, crafting lyrics that were deeply personal, reflective of the pain and frustration he had felt during those stagnant years at his former label.
In addition to his musical work, he dove into a sea of brand endorsements, fashion weeks, and TV appearances. Every event, every shoot was a testament to his success — a far cry from the quiet corners of his past label’s office where he had spent years feeling unheard and overlooked.
Yeosang’s schedule was now packed to the brim with things he loved: creating music, connecting with his fans, building his own brand, and shaping his future. No more waiting for permission. No more sitting idly by. He was in charge now, filling every day with work that mattered, work that he chose.
Despite his skyrocketing popularity and the constant spotlight, Yeosang's humility and compassion never wavered. He remained grounded, always remembering where he came from. Though his days were filled with back-to-back meetings, shoots, and performances, he always made time for the things that mattered most — his fans, his family, and his friends.
His interactions with fans were genuine and heartfelt, never once acting like the superstar that the world saw him as. He often took the time to reply to messages, attend fan events, and ensure that his supporters felt seen and appreciated. His compassion extended beyond just his fans. Yeosang made it a point to mentor younger artists, offering guidance to those who, like him, were once lost in the system.
Even as his endorsement deals and TV appearances continued to pour in, Yeosang stayed the same kind, down-to-earth person he had always been. His success was never about flaunting it or seeking validation. Instead, he focused on using his platform for good, staying true to the values that had shaped him before fame.
To those who knew him well, Yeosang’s humility was a reminder that no matter how far one may go, it's important to remain kind and grounded. His rise to stardom was not just a result of his immense talent, but also his unwavering heart and the love he continued to share with everyone around him.
Yeosang smiled sheepishly as he looked at the camera, a light blush creeping up his cheeks. "I swear, this is just what happens when you've been working non-stop for weeks," he chuckled, ruffling his hair. "But you know what? I wanted to connect with all of you today and share this little moment. I’m really excited about my week off, even if my team insists I need more than just one day," he added with a playful roll of his eyes.
The comments section exploded with love and laughter, as fans appreciated his candidness. Some jokingly asked him to keep his shirt off, others expressed concern about his well-being, but Yeosang’s warmth and genuine connection with his fans made everyone smile.
He waved at the screen. "You guys always make me laugh. Thank you for all your support! I'm really grateful for you. And don't worry, I will be taking this time to relax and recharge. I'll be back soon with even more exciting things. But for now, let's just hang out for a bit."
As he leaned back, still topless, a few fans were quick to mention how comfortable he seemed in his own skin. Yeosang, ever the professional, looked down at himself and laughed. "Ah, okay, okay, I’ll put on a shirt next time. This was just… a moment, right?" he said, giving the camera a wink.
His spontaneous live session brought a wave of joy to his followers, who flooded the chat with hearts and comments of encouragement. The entire vibe of the stream was laid-back and comforting — exactly what Yeosang needed after such a hectic schedule. As the chat continued to roll by, he couldn't help but smile, feeling the warmth of his fans’ love and support.
Yeosang's eyes lit up when he saw the comment, and he sat up straighter in his chair, his usual humble smile spreading across his face. "Ah, that's such a good question!" he began, taking a deep breath as he paused to gather his thoughts. "Honestly, it's still so surreal. I never imagined that my songs would be able to make it into the top 10 on music platforms. When I first started out, I was just so focused on putting out music that felt true to me, something that I could be proud of. To see people actually connect with it, to have it on the charts, and to know that you guys are out there supporting me—it’s honestly a dream come true."
He chuckled softly and ran a hand through his hair, looking genuinely touched. "I’ve always said that I wanted to create music that resonates, something that people can feel deep inside. But to have that kind of response... it's just beyond anything I could have hoped for. So, thank you all, really. I couldn’t have done it without your love and support." He smiled warmly, giving a small wave toward the camera as if to send his gratitude to everyone watching.
Another question quickly popped up, and Yeosang glanced at it before continuing. "I never take any of this for granted. I see every comment, every share, every stream as a reminder of how much you guys believe in me, and that’s what keeps me going."
The chat was flowing rapidly now, and Yeosang was clearly enjoying the interaction. He answered questions about his hobbies, his favorite types of music to listen to, and even what he does on his rare days off. With each answer, it was clear how grateful and humble he was, taking nothing for granted and valuing the connection he had with his fans.
Yeosang’s eyes widened a bit at the mention of Kai and Taemin, and he leaned a little closer to the camera, his smile growing even more. “Ah, that’s such an honor! Honestly, I’m still in shock about it.” He paused for a moment, clearly trying to process the magnitude of the question. “Being in the same lineup as Kai and Taemin… they are absolute legends. Both of them have influenced me in so many ways, and to even be mentioned in the same breath as them is something I never imagined would happen."
He ran a hand through his hair again, looking slightly overwhelmed but grateful. "They’re such amazing performers, and I've always admired their dedication, their artistry, and their ability to connect with the audience. So, to have the opportunity to share the stage with them—wow, it’s really a dream come true."
Yeosang chuckled softly, looking at the comments flooding in. "I still feel like I’m living in a dream sometimes, especially when I think about the fact that I’m part of such an incredible lineup. But at the same time, it pushes me to work even harder. I want to prove that I deserve to be up there with them, that I can give my best performance, just like they do."
His voice grew more passionate as he continued, "This is the kind of challenge that excites me! It makes me want to push my limits and explore new aspects of my music and performance. And honestly, seeing how kind and welcoming they are makes me feel so much more at ease. Kai, Taemin—they’ve been so supportive, and it means the world to me."
He smiled warmly, his eyes glistening with gratitude. “I think what I can take from this experience is to learn from the best and continue to grow as an artist. I hope you guys can enjoy what’s coming from all of us. Thank you for supporting me and being excited about this lineup, too. I’ll do my best to live up to the hype and make you proud!”
Yeosang gave a lighthearted wink and chuckled. “I’m still pinching myself, honestly. I can’t wait for all of you to see what we have in store!”
Yeosang’s expression softened at the question, his lips curving into a thoughtful smile. He leaned back slightly, taking a moment to gather his thoughts before responding. "Ah, that’s a great question. Well, I’ve always believed that dance is one of the most powerful ways to convey emotion. When I first started training in contemporary dance mixed with ballet, it wasn’t just about the technical movements or the fluidity of the style—it was about the emotion I could express through every gesture, every line of the body."
He paused, his eyes becoming more focused, as if reminiscing about his training. "I’ve always admired dancers who can speak without words, who can tell a whole story just through their movements. Ballet, with its grace and elegance, allows me to communicate subtle emotions, while contemporary dance lets me push boundaries and explore raw feelings. Together, it’s a perfect balance of control and freedom."
Yeosang chuckled softly, glancing at the comments flooding in. "As for the figure skating, yes, I did practice it. And it was actually a way to express emotions through not only the dance itself but also through the movements of my face and body. Figure skating requires a lot of facial expression, especially since you’re often performing to music without lyrics, just like ballet and contemporary dance. It taught me how to show vulnerability, strength, joy, and pain—everything that music and performance carry, but through the body and face."
He leaned in closer to the camera, his voice becoming a bit more earnest. "Figure skating helped me connect more deeply with my own emotions. When you’re skating on ice, you’re constantly balancing control and release, and that’s something I try to bring into my performances, especially when I’m dancing. I want my audience to feel what I’m feeling, whether it’s the sadness in a ballad or the exhilaration in an upbeat track."
Yeosang smiled, looking at the comments once more. "So, it wasn’t just about learning how to do cool tricks or have perfect technique. It was about using my body to communicate what words couldn’t. I think that’s what I try to bring into my music and performances now—whether it’s ballet, contemporary, or even just simple gestures. It’s all about telling a story through movement, and that’s something I want to keep growing with."
He winked playfully, "And don’t worry, I’m not giving up on my figure skating skills anytime soon. Maybe you’ll see a little skate-inspired move in my next performance. You never know!"
Yeosang paused for a moment, looking down at his phone as if gathering his thoughts. He let out a soft sigh, then slowly spoke, his voice calm yet serious. "Well, it’s because I don’t have any trust anymore. I’ve been through a lot in the past, and it’s not easy to just forget about those experiences. I’ve learned a lot over the years—about myself, about the industry, and what I want for my career. But just because I turned them down, it doesn’t mean I don’t respect them. It’s actually the opposite. I respect that they still see potential in me, after all these years."
He leaned back against his chair, his eyes reflecting a quiet sincerity. "It’s just that trust... it’s something I can’t give out so easily anymore. And after everything that’s happened, I wanted to make sure that the decision I made this time was entirely my own. No more being pushed around. I need a place where I can feel safe, where I can create the music and art I want without anyone else’s interference."
Yeosang smiled softly, the weight of his words lingering for a moment before his usual playful side returned. "But hey, I’ll always be grateful for the opportunities they gave me when I was a trainee, and the fact that they still want to work with me—it’s an honor. But I guess I’ve found my own way now. My own path."
He glanced at the comments as they continued to flood in, his fingers gently tapping his phone. "And just to make it clear, I’m not closing any doors for the future, but for now, I’m focusing on what’s best for me and my music. So, yeah, it was a tough decision, but I don’t regret it. It’s all part of my journey."
Yeosang gave a small, reassuring wink to the camera, his usual warm smile returning. "But no hard feelings, okay? Let’s just focus on the music and the fun things ahead. I’ve got a lot more to show you all!"
Yeosang chuckled softly as he glanced at his phone screen again, seeing the flurry of messages popping up from his team’s group chat. He shook his head fondly.
“Aish… my yeodoongies team are nagging at me right now,” he said with a laugh, holding up his phone briefly to show the endless stream of teasing texts. “‘Why are you doing a live when it’s your rest day?’ ‘You promised no work today!’ ‘Go to sleep, boss!’”
He smiled warmly at the camera, his eyes crinkling. “They’re right though. I really should rest. They’ve been working so hard with me, so I should set a good example, right?”
Yeosang gave a small wave, his voice gentle but full of affection. “Thank you for spending a little bit of my rest day with me. I’ll log off now and get some proper rest like my team ordered. I love you all, yeodoongies. Thank you for supporting me, always. Please stay healthy, and I’ll see you again very soon.”
He flashed one last bright smile, blowing a soft kiss toward the camera before ending the live, the screen going dark with a soft little “beep.”
Even though Yeosang was finally on his much-deserved week off, he couldn’t completely stay still. Rest didn’t mean abandoning his routine — it just meant finding a better balance.
So, after a long morning of lounging around, catching up on his favorite shows, and even attempting to nap (which didn’t last long), he eventually gave in to the urge and rolled out his yoga mat.
"An hour of workout won't hurt," he muttered to himself with a small grin.
He turned on some soft music and began stretching, easing his body into a steady rhythm. His muscles ached slightly from all the dance practices and photoshoots, but it was a comforting soreness — a reminder of how far he had come.
After about an hour of a light but focused workout, including core exercises, strength training, and some dance conditioning, Yeosang sat down on the mat, sweaty but smiling. He grabbed his towel and water bottle, wiping his face.
"Well... now it really feels like a day off," he chuckled to himself, feeling the familiar satisfaction of moving his body but without the pressure of a strict schedule.
Finally relaxing fully, Yeosang laid down on the mat, staring at the ceiling, allowing his mind to wander freely — no deadlines, no pressure, just peace.
After his week-long break, Yeosang’s schedule quickly picked up again. Meetings, rehearsals, recordings — his days were once again filled to the brim. But he didn’t mind; this was the life he had fought for, built with his own hands.
One afternoon, during a strategy meeting with his team, one of his employees shyly raised a suggestion.
"CEO-nim," they began, half-teasing, "how about we organize a streaming party for your upcoming comeback? It’ll be a fun way to interact with Yeodoongies and celebrate the release together!"
Yeosang leaned back in his chair, considering the idea. A slow smile tugged at his lips. "A streaming party?" he echoed. "That actually sounds... really fun."
He tapped his pen against the table thoughtfully. His comeback was special, after all — another full-length album, just as he had promised himself and his fans.
Yeosang had made a personal vow: every comeback, he would release a full-length album. He wanted to pour his heart and soul into his music, show his growth, and create a rich discography. Only when he felt satisfied — when he believed he had expressed every version of himself — would he take the step to release a 1st mini album.
"For now, I'm not thinking of slowing down," Yeosang said, smiling warmly at his team. "I want every comeback to be a celebration. Let’s plan the streaming party — but make sure it feels personal, like a thank you to Yeodoongies for walking this journey with me."
The room erupted into quiet cheers and laughter, already tossing around creative ideas.
Yeosang felt a renewed excitement building in his chest.
This was just the beginning.

Yeosang's media marketing team was working tirelessly, promoting him across every platform and securing ad placements everywhere for his next comeback. They were pulling out all the stops — from subway ads, YouTube ads, pop-up events, magazine spreads, to even trending hashtags worldwide.
One bold idea from the team sparked even more excitement: a world tour — not just hitting the major cities, but focusing on every country, making sure no Yeodoongie would be left behind. Yeosang immediately agreed, determined to meet and thank every supporter personally, and promising himself he wouldn’t disappoint the people who believed in him.
His fans could already feel the sincerity radiating from every post and update, making the anticipation for his next chapter even stronger.
A few days later, Yeosang decided to make the announcement himself — in a way that felt personal and heartfelt.
He went live again, this time wearing a cozy hoodie from his Hehetmon merch line, sitting cross-legged on his studio couch.
"Hi, my Yeodoongies!" he greeted with a bright smile. "I have something really, really important to share with you."
The comments immediately flooded in with excitement and heart emojis.
Yeosang chuckled, reading a few before he continued, "I’ve been working hard — not just on my new album, but also planning something really special for you all. I promised myself that if I ever got the chance... I would come see every single one of you. Not just in a few cities, but everywhere."
He paused, letting the moment settle.
"So... I'm officially announcing my first world tour!" he said, eyes gleaming. "We’re preparing to visit as many countries as possible, even places artists sometimes skip. Because every Yeodoongie deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated."
He gave a shy laugh, rubbing the back of his neck. "Honestly, it's a little scary because it's a huge project. But I believe — no, I know — it’s going to be worth it. I miss you all so much already, and I can't wait to sing with you in person."
As the comments exploded with love and congratulations, Yeosang smiled warmly.
"Thank you for always believing in me. This tour... this life... it's all because of you."
He paused again before adding, "One thing I want to share with you is that... we’ve planned the final stop of this tour to be in Seoul. But not because it’s just meaningful to me, but because it’s the only place I’m uncertain about. You know, after everything, I didn't know if there would even be a Korean audience that would still want to support me. I don't want to disappoint anyone. But I know, no matter what, you’ll always be by my side."
He smiled softly, his eyes full of gratitude and a bit of sadness. "Seoul will be the last stop of the tour... and I’m hoping, no, I’m believing that we’ll make it the most unforgettable night. I’m counting on you, Yeodoongies."
After his announcement for the World Tour, Yeosang’s Yeodoongies were given an exciting chance for exclusive updates regarding the concert details. His team had already set up a special fan platform where updates about ticket sales, concert dates, and even behind-the-scenes content could be accessed — all to ensure his fans wouldn't miss out on anything.
"Don't worry," Yeosang reassured them in his next live, "I know how stressful it can be trying to get tickets for a big event like this. So, we’ll make sure you get updates in advance so you can be ready. I want everyone to have a chance to be there."
His fans were beyond grateful, and the anticipation began to grow. The excitement in the air was palpable, with Yeodoongies constantly checking the updates, eagerly awaiting the moment when the tickets would finally go on sale.
When the day arrived, Yeosang’s team released the tickets for sale — with strict guidelines to prevent scalping. To make sure the tickets went to true fans, each person could purchase only two tickets, and the ticket holder’s ID had to match the name on the ticket. The system ensured that only those who had purchased tickets would have access to the concert, preventing any unfair reselling.
And when the clock struck the designated sale time, something incredible happened. Every single concert ticket for every country sold out in just 30 minutes.
Yeosang watched the numbers skyrocket on his phone, astonished and deeply moved. His team buzzed with excitement in the background as they saw the numbers tick up and the countries’ concert venues fill to capacity in record time. The love for him was undeniable, and it only made Yeosang more determined to give his fans a show they’d never forget.
"Wow… this is unreal," Yeosang spoke softly, his voice filled with awe. "I… I didn’t expect this. I’m so grateful. This is all for you, Yeodoongies."
The fans on the live chat flooded it with hearts and messages of excitement, sharing their own joy for the successful ticket launch.
Now, Yeosang was determined to give his Yeodoongies a grand experience before starting his intense practice for the World Tour. While the work was overwhelming, there was still one big thing left to do — the streaming party. This was going to be a live event at a venue, not just a typical live stream.
Yeosang had decided that the streaming party would be a celebration — a chance to connect with his fans in person, before everything became about rehearsals and concerts. It would be a much-needed breather for him and his Yeodoongies.
The venue was small but intimate, perfectly fitting for the kind of event Yeosang wanted. It would give his fans an exclusive, up-close-and-personal experience. After months of preparation, the team was ready. Tickets had been sold out almost instantly, leaving Yeosang overwhelmed by the support.
He had specifically requested a mix of content for the event. "I want this to be a personal experience for them, something they'll remember. Not just the usual performances, but also a peek into my life," Yeosang had told his team.
The setup was perfect — the stage was dimly lit, but with a cool, modern vibe that matched Yeosang's style. Large screens would play behind-the-scenes footage, snippets of his past work, and sneak peeks of his upcoming album. There would also be a few live performances, but he had other plans too. He wanted to interact with his fans in a real way.
---
Event Night:
Yeosang arrived at the venue in the early evening. He was wearing a stylish yet comfortable hoodie, paired with black jeans and sneakers — something that felt like him but still fit the mood of the event. There was an energy in the air, a palpable excitement from his team, but Yeosang felt a mix of nerves and excitement. He wanted this to be perfect.
The venue was packed. Fans in the crowd waved their light sticks, chanting his name. The walls were adorned with posters and merch from his album. It was clear that Yeosang had created something special for this night.
As Yeosang took the stage, he looked out at the sea of familiar faces in the crowd. The atmosphere was full of love and energy, a far cry from the corporate world he’d left behind. This was his world now, and these fans — his Yeodoongies — were the foundation of it all.
"Yeodoongies~!" Yeosang greeted, his voice carrying through the venue. The crowd cheered. "I’m so happy to finally be here with all of you tonight. This has been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to share everything I’ve been working on, both for this world tour and for what’s coming up next. This is more than just a show tonight — it’s a celebration of everything we’ve built together.”
The audience erupted into applause, and Yeosang smiled warmly.
"But before we start, I want to do something special. I want to interact with you guys, so let’s kick things off with a Q&A session," Yeosang said, moving to the side of the stage where a few of his team members had set up. The questions were already flooding in from the crowd, and Yeosang was ready to answer them.
He read one aloud. “How do you feel being ranked #1 on Music Bank and all the other music shows? And your songs have even fought off others to keep that #1 spot.”
Yeosang smiled, a humble glint in his eyes. "To be honest, I’m still in shock. Being on top of the charts is something I’ve dreamed of, but I never thought it would happen so quickly. It’s incredible to see my songs getting so much love. But I wouldn’t be here without all of you, my Yeodoongies. Your support means the world to me. So, thank you — thank you so much."
The crowd cheered again, chanting his name. Yeosang took a deep breath and continued, “I never imagined I’d be able to experience all of this, but now that it’s happening, I just want to make sure I keep working hard to bring you all the music and performances you deserve.”
---
As the night went on, the audience got a chance to hear some live performances, and Yeosang even threw in a surprise dance performance of one of his most popular tracks. The energy in the room was infectious, and Yeosang could feel it. Every note, every movement, was a message to his fans: this was for them.
The night continued with fun interactions, where fans could shout out their favorite songs and even ask Yeosang silly questions. It was clear that he was enjoying himself — being able to connect with his fans in such a direct and heartfelt way made all the hard work worth it.
As the night drew to a close, Yeosang addressed the crowd one last time. "Thank you so much for everything. I’m not just here because of my music. I’m here because of you. And with that, let’s make this world tour unforgettable together."
With that, the crowd erupted into cheers, and the event concluded with a round of applause. Yeosang left the stage feeling exhausted but deeply fulfilled.
After the successful streaming party event, Yeosang's team, seeing how hard he'd been working, insisted that he take another week off to recharge before the intense preparations for the world tour began. They knew how dedicated he was to his work and performances, but they also recognized the importance of rest for his well-being.
Yeosang, although he knew his schedule was packed, reluctantly agreed. He'd been non-stop since the announcement of his solo debut, and his body was starting to feel the toll of it all. He needed the break — but more than that, he wanted to enjoy the time for himself, even if it meant stepping away from the spotlight for just a bit.
"Alright, alright," he had said, still a little stubborn but grateful for the concern. "I'll take the week off. I promise, I'll just rest. But no more nagging from all of you after this!"
His team laughed, knowing full well how hard it was for Yeosang to completely unwind. They’d done everything to make sure his schedule was light for the week, and with the world tour fast approaching, this time to relax was necessary for him to give his all once rehearsals started.
During the week off, Yeosang took the opportunity to reconnect with the simple joys of life — taking long walks in nature, spending time with his loved ones, and indulging in some guilty pleasures. He even spent a few quiet evenings alone, reading books or watching movies that weren’t related to his career. For once, there were no deadlines, no rehearsals, and no public expectations.
He did take care of his body, of course — getting light workouts in to stay fit, but it was nothing like the intensity he was used to during a tour prep. He found himself relishing the simplicity of it, the calmness that came with not constantly being on the go.
On the last day of his break, Yeosang sat by his window, looking out at the sunset. His thoughts drifted to the upcoming world tour and everything he had ahead of him. His heart raced with excitement at the thought of meeting his fans from all over the world, performing his music on such a grand stage. But there was also a lingering sense of gratitude — for everything he had worked so hard for, for all the people who believed in him, and most importantly, for his Yeodoongies.
With a contented sigh, he stood up from his chair, looking at his reflection in the window. "Ready," he whispered to himself. "I'm ready for this next chapter."
The week had given him exactly what he needed: rest, reflection, and renewed determination. And now, it was time to dive back into the hard work, to prepare for the biggest journey of his career — his world tour.
The world tour had been nothing short of a whirlwind for Yeosang. Each performance was more electrifying than the last, and his fans, the Yeodoongies, showed up in full force every single time. What was originally planned as an 8-hour concert turned into a staggering 12-hour event in most cities, all because his fans kept requesting more — more songs that weren’t even on the original setlist, more energy, more encores. It was a testament to the bond Yeosang had formed with them over the years, and how they supported him in ways he could never have imagined.
But now, the last stop of the world tour was approaching: Seoul. The place where his journey had started, the place where his heart was.
As the tour bus drove toward the venue, a sense of unease settled in the pit of Yeosang’s stomach. He had never been this nervous before a performance, not even during his solo debut. This was different. Seoul, his home city, where it all began. The place where he had once been overlooked, underestimated, and now, the place where he was finally standing tall — on his own terms.
But even with all the success, the headlines, the number-one songs, and the endless love from his fans, Yeosang couldn't shake the doubt creeping into his mind.
“What if they’re not there?” Yeosang thought, his gaze shifting out of the bus window as the lights of Seoul began to flicker in the distance. “What if they don’t show up? What if I fail them? What if this is all just… too much?”
He’d been on this rollercoaster for so long, but tonight was the culmination of everything — his first solo world tour, his first step away from the label that had held him back, and his debut as a force to be reckoned with in the music world. But here he was, doubting whether his fans, his Yeodoongies, would show the same overwhelming support in his hometown.
“Yeosang,” his manager’s voice pulled him from his thoughts, “are you okay?”
Yeosang turned to face him, forcing a smile. “Yeah, I’m fine. Just… thinking.”
“You’ve got this. You know the fans are going to go crazy when they see you on stage, right? You’re their idol, their inspiration,” his manager said, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder. “No one’s ever doubted you. You’ve earned this.”
Still, the nerves didn’t go away. His mind kept spinning, imagining all sorts of scenarios — ones where the crowd didn’t react the way they had in other countries, ones where the energy didn’t feel the same. The last thing he wanted was to disappoint anyone, especially his Yeodoongies, who had been there for him through everything.
As the bus arrived at the venue, the noise outside grew louder — fans chanting his name, the air thick with anticipation. Yeosang looked out the window again and saw the sea of fans gathered outside, their banners and signs waving proudly in the night air.
For a brief moment, the doubt started to melt away, replaced by the realization that he wasn’t doing this alone. He had his Yeodoongies, and they were there, supporting him every step of the way. The same fans who had stood by him when things were hard, when the path wasn’t clear. They believed in him.
With a deep breath, Yeosang stood up, ready to face the stage. The nerves didn’t disappear, but they turned into something else — a feeling of determination. He wasn’t going to let self-doubt stop him. He had come this far, and now, it was time to show his hometown what he was made of.
“Let’s go,” he said, a quiet fire igniting in his chest.
---
The concert started, and immediately, Yeosang was greeted with an explosion of energy from the crowd. The cheers, the chants — it was overwhelming in the best way possible. His Yeodoongies were here. And they weren’t just here to watch a concert. They were here for him, for the journey he had taken, for the man he had become.
For the next twelve hours, Yeosang poured everything he had into the performance. The encore requests were endless, and every time he thought the concert might be winding down, the fans would start chanting for more, demanding more of him. And Yeosang delivered — because he knew that this was the moment he had been working for.
As the night came to a close, Yeosang stood on stage, sweat dripping down his face, a tired but satisfied smile tugging at his lips. The final song played, and the audience sang along with him, their voices echoing in the arena. The sound of their love, their support, was deafening, and Yeosang couldn’t hold back the tears that welled up in his eyes.
In that moment, all the doubts, all the fears, all the uncertainty — they vanished. Yeosang knew he had done it. He had made it to the top, on his own terms, with the support of his Yeodoongies. And this was just the beginning.
As the final song ended, the crowd was still roaring, the lights dimming slowly, signaling the end of the concert. Yeosang stood at the center of the stage, his chest rising and falling with exhaustion, a smile stretched across his face. He had poured every ounce of energy into that performance — and now it was over, or so he thought.
Suddenly, the arena lights cut off, plunging the space into darkness. A hush fell over the crowd, a mixture of confusion and anticipation. For a moment, Yeosang stood frozen, unsure of what was happening. Then, the giant screens at either side of the stage flickered to life.
The crowd gasped as the first frame of a fan-made video appeared on the screen, capturing moments from his journey — from his earliest days in training, the struggles, the tears, the moments of doubt — all intercut with clips from his world tour. The video was raw and emotional, showing his growth not just as an artist, but as a person, and how far he had come.
There were clips from past interviews, performances, and fan interactions, but it was more than just a montage of his career. It was filled with genuine messages, letters, and heartfelt comments from fans all around the world. There were also handwritten letters, expressing how much his music and his perseverance had impacted them. The fans’ voices were stitched together, expressing their love, their pride, their gratitude.
"I believed in you from the start," one voice echoed, "You're not just an idol, you're an inspiration."
"Yeosang, you've shown us how hard work pays off. You've made it, and we’re here with you every step of the way," another voice said.
As the video played, Yeosang’s eyes widened, his breath catching in his throat. This wasn’t something he had expected. This wasn’t part of the tour schedule. And yet, it was the most meaningful moment of the night.
Tears began to form in his eyes as he watched the images flash across the screen, the messages from his fans sinking in deeper than any applause ever could. He had spent so long trying to prove himself, working tirelessly to achieve everything he had, but in that moment, it wasn’t about the accolades or the awards. It was about the people who had believed in him when he couldn’t believe in himself.
The video ended with one last message: "Thank you, Yeosang. We’re so proud of you. Keep going. We’ll always be here."
The arena went silent for a brief moment before the entire crowd erupted into a deafening roar. Yeosang stood there, unable to speak, tears streaming down his face. The realization of how much his Yeodoongies had supported him, how much they had been with him every step of the way, overwhelmed him.
As the fan-made video ended, the arena was filled with a profound silence, the weight of the moment hanging in the air. Yeosang stood at the edge of the stage, still processing the emotions coursing through him. His eyes were glistening with unshed tears, and his heart felt fuller than it ever had before.
Then, out of nowhere, the fans in the crowd began to raise something above their heads — a massive banner. It was unveiled slowly, spreading across the length of the arena, catching the light in the most beautiful way. Yeosang's gaze locked on the words printed in bold, large letters:
"Yeosang, You Are Our Light, Our Inspiration. We Love You."
The banner was adorned with colorful hearts and the names of his songs written in various styles, showing the impact of his music. The fans cheered, holding up their banners high, while others waved their lightsticks in unison, creating a glowing sea of support.
Yeosang’s hand instinctively went to his chest, as if to hold in all the emotions that had suddenly overwhelmed him. His heart pounded harder in his chest as he tried to keep himself together, his voice shaking with gratitude.
"Yeodoongies…" he whispered softly, but his voice was drowned out by the thunderous roar of the crowd. The banner seemed to shimmer in the light, its message clear: no matter what, Yeosang had a place in their hearts, and his journey was far from over.
He could feel the weight of their love pressing down on him, but it was a warmth he welcomed with open arms. This wasn't just a concert; it was a moment of connection — one that had grown from his passion, from their unwavering support, and from the bond they had built together over time.
Yeosang wiped the tears from his cheeks, trying to compose himself, but the love in the air was simply too much. He took a deep breath before finally stepping forward to address the crowd.
"You… you guys are incredible," he said, his voice cracking slightly. "I’ve always worked so hard to get here, but it was never just about the music, the performances, or the awards. It was about you, every single one of you who believed in me. To know that I have your love, your support… it means more than anything I could ever achieve."
He paused, letting the cheers and applause wash over him. The banner was still visible behind him, an ever-present reminder of the incredible support from his fans.
"Thank you," he continued, his voice steady now, though still full of emotion. "Thank you for letting me be myself. Thank you for loving me for who I am, and for helping me find my place in this world. I will always be here for you, just as you’ve always been here for me."
The crowd erupted into another wave of cheers, their lightsticks waving in the air, creating a sea of glowing light in the darkened arena. Yeosang felt a sense of peace he hadn't known before — knowing that, no matter what, he had his Yeodoongies with him. They had carried him through the toughest of times, and together, they would keep moving forward.
With the banner still waving in the background, Yeosang smiled through his tears, his heart full. He took a moment to take it all in, knowing that this memory would stay with him forever. And in that moment, surrounded by love, support, and his Yeodoongies, Yeosang realized he had truly found his home.
The concert may have come to a close, but the journey was far from over. And as long as his Yeodoongies were with him, he knew he would never stop reaching for the stars.
As the crowd quieted down, a voice suddenly rang out from the back, loud and clear, cutting through the stillness like a burst of energy.
"Don't worry, you are our DOBERMAN! Don't forget your roots!"
The words were so unexpected that they echoed through the mic, sending a ripple of laughter through the entire arena. Yeosang’s eyes widened in surprise, and then he couldn’t help but laugh himself, a deep, hearty laugh that came from the very core of him. The crowd followed suit, laughing and cheering along, the joy contagious in the air. It was a moment of lightness, a reminder that despite all the fame, the pressure, and the hardships, Yeosang was still the same person at his core — humble, relatable, and deeply loved by his fans.
Yeosang wiped away a stray tear that had fallen from his eye and shook his head, his smile growing wider. He raised the mic again, his voice playful as he spoke to the crowd.
"Did you really just call me ‘DOBERMAN’? I swear, I never thought I’d hear that during my concert," he joked, still chuckling. "But hey, you know what? I won’t forget my roots. I came this far because of you all. And just like a Doberman, I’m loyal, strong, and always ready to protect my Yeodoongies."
The fans roared with laughter and applause, the atmosphere light and full of love. Yeosang looked at the sea of glowing lightsticks and banners, their faces filled with joy. It was moments like these — unexpected, raw, and filled with love — that made all the hard work worth it.
"Thank you for always reminding me who I am, and where I come from," he added, his voice warm with affection for the fan who had started it all. "You guys are amazing, truly."
The crowd continued to laugh and cheer, some shouting "DOBERMAN!" in unison, as Yeosang grinned, his heart swelling with happiness. It was these moments, the spontaneous, genuine exchanges with his fans, that made his journey all the more special.
As he stood there, looking out at the crowd, Yeosang realized that no matter how far he went in his career, no matter how big the stages got, his Yeodoongies would always keep him grounded. They had watched him grow, supported him through it all, and made him feel loved in ways he never imagined. And just like that, he felt more connected to them than ever before.
"Alright, let's keep this concert going!" Yeosang shouted, his excitement palpable. "No more tears, just smiles and music from now on!"
The crowd erupted into cheers once more, their voices and lightsticks filling the arena with a sea of colors. With a final smile and a nod to his fans, Yeosang continued the concert, his heart light and full, knowing that his journey had only just begun.
As the final encore came to a close, Yeosang stood at the center of the stage, panting slightly from the energy he had just poured into the performance. His chest swelled with gratitude, and as the crowd’s cheers began to quiet down, he took the mic once more, his voice full of emotion.
"Alright, this really is the end of my first world tour," he started, his voice echoing through the arena. "First off, I want to thank my parents for still believing in me, even when it wasn’t easy. And of course, my team at 'I’m Ovation Label' for tirelessly working hard and pushing me to believe in myself, to know that I can do this."
The crowd cheered, and Yeosang smiled, pausing for a moment to collect his thoughts. He was overwhelmed by the support and love he had received over the past several months.
"And a big thank you to all the organizers and staff who made this concert possible," he continued. "Without all of you, none of this would have been possible. You’ve been behind the scenes, working hard, and making sure everything went smoothly."
The applause grew louder, and Yeosang's eyes scanned the crowd, the sea of lightsticks waving in unison like a sparkling ocean.
"And of course, to all my Yeodoongies, my supporters, and the shareholders—thank you so much! It’s funny, though… one Yeodoongie even volunteered to become my shareholder before I had even built my own label!" he laughed, shaking his head in disbelief. "It’s honestly overwhelming. You guys believe in me so much, and I can never thank you enough for that."
The crowd roared with excitement, cheering for Yeosang and their beloved 'I'm Ovation' label.
"Also, thank you to Kai sunbaenim and Taemin sunbaenim for coming to my concert today," Yeosang added, his voice filled with warmth. "Your support means the world to me, You’ve both been a huge inspiration, especially as I’ve been on this journey alone. But knowing I’ve had such amazing people by my side, it makes everything feel right. I’m forever thankful."
The crowd erupted into applause, with some fans even holding up banners for Kai and Taemin as well. Yeosang felt his heart swell with gratitude. It wasn’t just the fans—this night, this moment, it was about the people who had stuck by him through thick and thin. And for that, he couldn’t have been more thankful. But Yeosang's gaze shifted slightly, and he felt his heart skip a beat when his eyes met someone in the crowd.
There, standing near the front, was someone he had been avoiding for months—the faces of his past, his former group, ATEEZ. Even after everything that had happened, the months of tours and music videos, the exhaustion of promoting his albums and ranking number one on music shows, his mind had never fully let go of them. This moment—this reunion, in a sense—was unexpected, but now it was finally happening.
He continued with a slightly strained smile, trying to keep his composure. "And lastly, I want to thank my former group, ATEEZ, for coming today," Yeosang said, his voice softer but still full of sincerity. "You guys have been a part of my journey, and no matter where I go, I will always be grateful for the time we spent together."
The room fell silent for a moment, a mixture of emotions running through Yeosang as he faced his past and present. He had poured so much into this tour, into his music, into avoiding situations that reminded him of what was left behind, but now here he was—facing the people he had once called family.
Yeosang’s gaze lingered on them, his heart heavy but filled with a quiet resolution. The crowd didn’t know the tension, the history, the unspoken words between them. But Yeosang could feel it in the air, thick and tangible. It was a bittersweet moment. He had grown. He had moved on. But deep down, there was a part of him that would always remember his time with ATEEZ. They were his roots.
The fans continued cheering, but for a brief moment, time seemed to stand still for Yeosang.
"I’m truly thankful for everything, and I’m proud of how far we’ve all come," he added, his voice thick with emotion. "This is just the beginning of my journey, and I promise you, I’ll keep pushing forward, no matter what."
As the crowd erupted in applause, Yeosang finally allowed himself to exhale, the weight of the night’s emotions lifting from his shoulders. It had been a long road to get here, and there was still so much ahead, but tonight, in this moment, he was proud of what he had accomplished. With his fans, his team, and his newfound path ahead of him, Yeosang was ready to embrace whatever came next.
The lights dimmed, and the crowd’s cheers echoed in his ears as he walked off stage, knowing that this was only the beginning of a new chapter. His heart raced with excitement for what the future would hold, but for now, he was content. He had built something of his own, and the world was watching.
As the concert began to wind down, it was time for the final session of the night: the farewell event. The atmosphere was electric, and Yeosang could feel the excitement in the air as his fans eagerly awaited the final moments of this unforgettable night.
First came the group pictures with the winners. Yeosang was all smiles as he posed with the lucky fans who had won the opportunity to take a picture with him. His hands rested gently on their shoulders as they snapped photos, the energy still high from the incredible performance. His heart swelled with gratitude as he realized how much his Yeodoongies meant to him.
Next, he moved on to the high-touch session, where he met even more of his fans up close. The smiles, the warm energy, and the grateful expressions exchanged between Yeosang and his supporters made his heart flutter. He took a deep breath, trying to savor each moment, knowing that these memories would last forever for both him and the fans.
Then came the signing session, where Yeosang found himself signing posters and albums for more lucky fans, making sure to add a little personal note here and there. He could feel the weight of the night slowly sinking in, the adrenaline finally starting to wear off as he realized just how much he had accomplished.
But then it was time for the last segment—pictures with the guest artists. Yeosang’s heart skipped a beat as he walked over to the designated area for pictures with two of his closest role models: Kai and Taemin. Both of them had been instrumental to his growth as an artist, and Yeosang had always looked up to them. Their guidance and support meant everything to him.
As he stood next to them, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of warmth and familiarity. Kai and Taemin had been there for him throughout his career, offering advice, encouragement, and unwavering support. Despite the long months of being apart due to his world tour, seeing them again filled Yeosang’s heart with gratitude. It was like being reunited with older brothers, and the tension that had threatened to settle in quickly faded away.
They laughed and joked as they took the pictures, their bond still as strong as ever. Yeosang couldn't help but feel blessed to have people like Kai and Taemin in his life. They had shown him what it meant to work hard, stay humble, and always believe in himself.
Then, the final group of the night approached. Yeosang's smile softened as he looked at the familiar faces of ATEEZ. The members had come to support him, and despite the distance that had grown between them, Yeosang knew they would always share a deep connection. They had been his brothers in arms, and though his path had diverged from theirs, the bond they shared was unbreakable.
The picture was taken quickly, but it felt like a weight lifted from Yeosang's chest. He had spent so many years with ATEEZ, and while their paths had now separated, their shared memories would always remain.
After the photo, Yeosang gave them a small nod and a smile, his heart filled with a mixture of emotions. He had come so far, and although the road had been tough, he was proud of everything he had accomplished. ATEEZ was part of his history, and no matter what the future held, that would never change.
