“I thought I could trust you. I though I could’ve trusted you with everything…” eyes that burned with a fire, a hot and dangerous blaze that was fueled by anger, an anger that formed from the pain that she felt. Noob, the one and only that she could’ve trusted.
It was gone.
Everything they had built together from the ground up was ruined. From the day that the two met under that stupid bus stop caught in the rain. She wishes she never had feelings, she wished that she couldn’t feel a thing. She wished that she never feel in love with Noob.
“I loved you with all my heart. Was that not enough for you? Is your greed that much, that you’re willing to sacrifice everything, we had built?” Her voice never rising, never breaking, never faltering as she spoke down to the person that laid on the floor beneath her. “You’re disgusting.”“Guest—“ A sharp ting sound was heard that quickly silenced the other.
Their ring. The promise ring the pair had vowed to each other with, for hope of a future of getting wedded together. A ring that stuck on their fingers like glue, now discarded like it was nothing but trash on the floor.
“G…Guest.. you can’t really—“ Tears welled in Noob’s eyes as they stared at the ring as if it was a venomous snake, fear shone through their eyes as they looked up at Guest. She was crying. “Is it because I’m not like you…? Is it because I can’t do things like you and everyone else can? Why.. why did you have to go on and do this…. Why?” Her voice finally cracking under the pressure of all the emotions she felt in that moment. Betrayal. Pain. Sadness. Anger. Love… it all piled onto her shoulders as she wiped at the tears on her face. “I’m sorry I can’t speak like you. I’m sorry I can’t see like you. I’m sorry that I can’t do the same shit that you can do with such ease.” She hissed out like the words were a poison that she swallowed. Noob could only sit there and watch in horror of their actions.
What have you done to do this?
They looked at the pocket watch in their pocket. The moonlight shining off of it as they reached for it.
Maybe… maybe I can fix it this time. Maybe I can fix everything again. It can’t end how it was supposed to, I can’t let it happen. Not again.

Noob could only watch in horror as they saw the scene before them, the police quickly trying to usher them away from the scene. They had only came out to look for Guest since it was a few hours since they had heard of her, especially after their fight… the two had never fought like this before and it worried Noob.
But, everything came to a stop when they saw a familiar bracelet on the road, flashing lights and people who were awake this later crowding around or looking in horror at the scene. Everything was a blur after they felt the first push against their body to leave once their eyes caught a glimpse of Guest lying on the road.
Clawing their way out of the officers hold as they ran towards the ruined body that was their lover. Guest. The officers tried to pull Noob away for the torn body, but all they could hear were nothing but a broken wail. Loud and echoing like a siren during a storm, a wail of horror and pain, the lost of light in the eyes of someone they were just talking to. It was gone. Guest was gone. The one who promised to take their hand in marriage, the one that told Noob all the wonderful things of life, the one who saved them from their despair.
It took hours for Noob to calm down, breaking down every minute the scene flashed before their eyes, the whispers of Guest’s last words to them. “You’re not the one I fell in love with anymore… I’m going for a walk, don’t call me.” The officers had finally brought Noob inside the station to help calm down. Their wailing never ceased as they shook in grief.
All the talking and constant check ups only made Noob curl up onto themselves before a thought came across their mind. “I wish… I wish I could turn back time….” All sound came to a stop once they spoke, looking up as they shivered to only be met with emptiness. “You wish to turn back time?” A voice that sounded scarily familiar as Noob whipped their head around to only see the same white void. “W..what?”
“Do. You wish to turn back time? Truly?” It asked again. This time sounding closer to Noob as they jumped when turning to …. Nothing? “Who—“ “ Answer my question. ” It said in a stern tone, it forced Noob to speak immediately out of fear. “Y-Yes!! Anything please!”
The floor beneath them began to shift before they suddenly felt sickness swirling inside their stomach, their mind twisted and turnt as they were back in the station once more. Only now, there was a pocket watch in front of them.
“You may turn back time to fix your mistakes. But, you pay fair price for it.” The voice said.
Noob felt something off about chest, pressings hand over where their heart should be.. taking a few deep breaths, but they never felt anything. Their chest rose and fell, yet the drumming in their chest was…. Silent.
There was nothing.
There was no heart beat.
“A heart is the answer to many things. I hope you grow to understand hers.”
The horror in Noob’s eyes grew as they held the watch, it… it was beating. It was their heart inside the watch now.
“Every click to go back, you lose yourself more and more. Try not to become a husk, like the others. ”
