“Goldenflower.”
“Tigerclaw.”
The murmuring of the angered cats of Thunderclan echoed outside of the den, for a good reason of course. Bluestar was allowing Firestar to explain what Tigerclaw had done.
All of it.
His threats towards Ravenpaw, the murder of Redtail, teaming up with Brokenstar. The most recent one- the attack to Bluestar, stung the most though.
“What is wrong with you?” Goldenflower lashed her tail, her yellow eyes glinting with betrayal and slight disgust.
“You wouldn’t understand, Goldenflower, and neither does the rest of this idiotic clan. It was for the good of Thunderclan.”
Tigerclaw growled matter-of-factly, as if it should all now suddenly make sense. Goldenflower looked at Tigerclaw in horror like he was crazy, her long honey colored fur bristling.
“What do you mean for the good of the clan, Tigerclaw? Look at what you’ve done! Bluestar nearly looks like she’s gotten run over by a monster for Starclans sake. What do you expect me to make out of this? I may not understand what made you mouse-brained enough to do something like this, but what I do understand is that the whole clan is right to want you out of here.”
Goldenflower took a few paw steps away from him before her tail hit the wall of the nursery.
“Goldenflower, Thunderclan should’ve had me as leader and you know that. I could’ve brought back the days of Tigerclan, and we could’ve been the strongest in the forest. I knew Thunderclan would be better off without Bluestar.” Tigerclaw snarled, his ears twitching in annoyance.
“This is why I never wanted that flea-brained kittypet to join this clan, this is what happens when we let non-clan-cats into places they don’t belong.” He unsheathed and sheathed his claws, his eyes shimmering with hate at the mention of Fireheart.
“You’re a monster. I’ll raise our kits right, and they’ll never be anything like you. Goldenflower hissed.
“You have my kits, and that’s why i’m here. You need to come with me, Goldenflower. I’ll be— We’ll both be so much more powerful without Thunderclan dragging us down.” Tigerclaw grinned at the thought, flashing his teeth.
“I’m not coming with you. I’ll never forgive you— nor should I. Now leave my den, and leave the clan, Tigerclaw.” Goldenflower was about to walk past Tigerclaw, and go with the rest of the clan. Tigerclaw grabbed her by the scruff, pulling her back in front of him.
“Goldenflower you need to listen to me—“
“Leave, Tigerclaw.”
“If you would just—“
“You are no longer a cat of Thunderclan, Tigerclaw, so step out and leave.
If I see you on this territory ever again,
I’ll have the full right to kill you.”
