“Groan” Edna was slumped at her desk during one off her regular detentions with Bart, Seymour had chosen his mother over her, Bart noticed she was nearly sobbing, deciding to do something about he snuck out the detention and raided the Teachers lounge and made Edna a coffee with some posh English biscuits he found.
Edna noticed the cup being put down, she noticed it was Bart “Why?” she sobbed “Why be kind to me Bart?”
Bart was a bit flushed “Your my favourite teacher I do not like seeing you unhappy, tormenting you is my job not Skinners” Edna gave her signature laugh as she drank her drink, she pulled him into a hug and planted a light kiss on his forehead, Bart went pink as he went back to his detention.
Later when Edna left for home, she noticed Seymour fuming as pink foam was leaking from every hole in his car, Seymour dropped a letter in rage, Edna picked it up and chuckled as she read “You know what you did to her, you let her down and made her cry this is revenge, signed El Barto” Edna knew full well who done this and it made her smile.

I was kinda upset when I found out Edna’s actress had died.
