Homuras pov
"I swear ill SAVE you! ill do whatever it takes to keep you safe, ill come back again and again and again! ILL SAVE YOU I SWEAR!"

"thank you..."

She PROMISED madoka that she would save her, so she had to keep trying untill she succeeded. she failed once again so she had to start again like always

Homura grabbed her shield and turned back time once AGAIN, but this time something was different she didn't wake up back in the hospital like always...
Instead she .... found herself at ...ĥfdubKhxjznz

"Where am I?"

Everything was dark, she couldn't see anything, pitch black surrounding her and she wondered if she finally ran out of options

that's what she thought until she decided to reach out to the dark... light started peeking through and homura walked closer to it...

"Huh?!?"
Homura fell through the light but and soon as she regained herself she realized she was in some sort of .....classroom?

But most importantly she didn't recognized where she was, why didnt she wake up back in the hospital like before? she needed to get out of here and start a new plan to save madoka.... but that proved harder then expected
"The windows are covered and sealed tight" she said to herself

Homura looked back she as carefully inspected her surroundings - she had fallen out of a locker, but that can't be right she was supposed to be at the hospital!! SHE IS SUPPOSED TO SAVE MADOKA, TRYING TO SAVE HER ONCE AGAIN BECAUSE SHE HAD FAILED TO DO SO
"I HAVE TO GET BACK TO THE HOSPI-NO TO MADOKA I HAVE TO SAVE HER FROM-"

Homura broke of her small panick attack when a hand was placed on her shoulder-

- Homura jumped back and the sudden placement and turned to see... a boy

"Um... are you ok?? ... you seemed distressed and you weren't answering me
There was a boy, he had blue hair, a hat, and a rip off detective outfit-

"Excuse me ...??" Shy too apparently
"Sorry I was just shocked when I woke up here, I started to panic when i trying to escaped but the windows wouldnt budge" it wasn't the truth but, it wasn't entirely lie... she just decided she didn't know to boy all that well enough to tell him the truth

"That's a perfectly normal reaction, I had a little of the same reaction myself, but I told myself it will be alright"

" I see.." Homura then realized she didn't know the boys name so she decided to ask
"whats your name then"

"Ah that's right we don't know eachothers names... My name is Shuich saihara and i am the ULTIMATE DETECTIVE"

Ultimate detective? for some reason these words sounded foreign to her ... well they basically were she didn't know what a Ultimate detective was or what a Ultimate was altogether, maybe she could ask if he could give her more information on that.

"My name is Homura Akemi....
Whats an Ultimate??" Homura had asked and when she did.... it was like she had insulted him with the face he had made

" Are you serious!? he seemed to realized that his sudden outbreak was a bit to much and composed himself
" You actually dont know what a ultimate is?"

"No I don't, ive never heard of someone being called an ultimate before"

"Um.. okay well an Ultimate is given to someone who is the very best at what they do- for example I'm the ultimate detective because I managed to solve a case a while back, but i dont think I'm really a ultimate detective im still an apprentice after all!"

*Ah I see then, someone who is the best at what they do........ wait this is not important right now, where are we? Is there an exit? Is he the one who brought me here? Wait he said he woke up here as well?*

"Do you know where we are? Or where the exit is?"

"No I don't, I was wondering that as well so I thought I would ask you, but you wouldn't answer me"

" okay then, we should go explore this place then for an exit"
Homura then quickly leaves the room in hope that she could find an exit

"Hey wait for me!"
They make their way out of the classroom, shuichi falling behind because of how fast homura was walking. She couldn't care less about the boy she JUST met him! She couldnt just trust him already, what if he was working for the person here? She couldn't risk something so obvious as that. Her only goals right now we're to escape and try a new plan to defeat walpurgisnac-

Out of nowhere 5 teddy bears appeared in front of them...

"RISE AND SHINE, URSINE!"

"What the hell? Where did these teddy bears come from?

"I'm not sure" shuichi had said but it was more to answer himself then to answer homura

"Man that's so mean, being called teddy bears by humans, what an insult" homuras eyes widen a bit she didnt notice it before but they can talk, shuichi seem to notice as well because of the face he made, the red teddy bear started talking and even got insulted by their words?

"But anyways... WERE NOT THE MONOKUMAS WERE THE TEDDY BEARS!!!"
"Um monokid your saying your lines backwards" the yellow bear had quietly said
"No I'm not WERE THE TEDDY BEARS"
"Ohh god it's worse now"

Monokubs Huh?

"You've heard of us??" The pink robot said she seemed to be worried

"No ive never seen walking and talking robot teddy bears before"

"Whew thank got it worked this time...
AND WERE NOT TEDDY BEARS!!!"

"Sure whatever you say"

"Moving on lets tackle some questions, what do you want to ask us"

Well there were hundreds if not millions of questions but, first let ask some obvious and important question they might not be lying but she still needs to be careful so she need to be careful on what information she decides to take

"Well for starters where are we, this place looks like a school"

"Easy question! This place is called the Ultimate academy for gifted juveniles!!!" Well she could probably trust this from the red bear, so this place IS a school okay but, that raises even more questions so not very useful at the moment...

"Ultimate academy? I've never heard of a school like that before..." shuichi finally decided to speak up instead of standing there

"That's because this school was made for sixteen students!" Said the pink bear this time... only sixteen students? That was very off for a school, very different even her school was considered one of the smallest... so it was unusual

"Only sixteen? That seems a bit small..."

"That's because it's for you sixteen Ultimate students!!!"
Again with the ultimates... also if it was made for "ULTIMATES" then why am I here? I'm surly not what they call an ultimate...

"What do you mean by ultimate"

"Well ultimates basically mean you are prodigious in a certain talent"

"YEAHHH!!.... YOU SHOULD BE HONERED TO BE AN ULTIMATE, STUDENT WOULD DO ANYTHING TO BE CHOSEN AS ONE!!" They are basically promoting and given themselves ro much credit, these "Ultimates" don't seem like anything special, shuichi literally said he was chosen for solving ONE case and getting it right, but that doesn't mean he is the best at it he was also ONLY an apprentice...

"Okay then is-"

"THATS ENOUGH QUIT YAPPING ALREADY AND GET STARTED!!!" This blue bear was already getting on homuras nerves

"start doing what exactly??" Seems like shuichi can ask some good questions

"Why exploring the school of course, you need to introduce yourselves to the other ultimates after all!"

So there ARE others, and they are ultimates as well
"Everyone is heading to the gym so start introducing because you guys are going to do an activity later"

*SO LONG, BEAR WELL!*

Just like that the bears disappeared, finally homura thought the bears were starting the annoy her, she's glad they left before she started to snap them one by one

"Well let's go introduce ourselves to the others, there is nothing else to do and it seems there really is no escape" Homura started to go to the gym before shuichis voice stopped her

"Wait Homura!"

Homura stopped in her tracks, but she didn't turn and face shuichi

"Yes?"

"I wanted to know if you were lying about your ultimate, since everyone here has one..."

That's right everyone here is a ULTIMATE student it would be odd if she didn't have one so she decided o make one up for now

"Yes I was lying"

"I am the ULTIMATE

Strategist"

Now finally, after that distraction with the teddy bears they made their way to the gym where, everyone was waiting apparently. Homura was glad with the peace and quiet but, it didnt last long she need more answers but then she remebered something, something those bears mentioned

"Shuichi?, do you remember anything before you woke up here?"

"Um...no, now that I think of it I can't remember anything before waking up"

That was infact strange you don't just randomly forget your entire life, but what was wierder was that fact he forgot everything after he woke up not before or now this place was extremely suspicious, homura was glad she still remember everything, glad she remembers the goals she needs to reach, but she decided to lie again for now..... just untill she could trust him

"That is weird because I can't seem the remember ethier"

"Really? that is odd..."shuichi said stating the obvious

"Yes it is especially because, it was when we got here that we couldn't remember our lives"

"Yeah your right it happend as soon as I woke up" shuichi said it gave homura clarification that she was right

Homura then realized, where are we going? this place is like a maze and those bears didn't give us any directions so we are lost for now and I don't think we were paying attention to the signs of the doors...

"We're lost, we've just been walking in a random direction and i didnt even bother looking if any of the doors were to the gym and i doubt you did too" even though it was obvious letting shuichi know now was better then never telling him at all

"Well we should just keep going, I have been paying attention to the doors and i havent seen the gym door yet" Seems shuichi was paying better attention then she was, that's good -good for a detective who was just an apprentice, they just need to keep going now

"Alright then that was very useful of you detective, let's keep going then"
Shuichi seemed to get flustered at that, whatever it didn't matter to homura they still needed to see if there was an exit

"Homura we made it to the gym" homura looked in front of her and the door infact said it was the gym

"Let's enter then, we can't keep the other "Ultimates" waiting any longer then they should have"

They entered the gym, when they did a bunch of people faced toward them but the random strangers looking toward them wasn't what caught homuras eye she looked pasted them and saw a familiar face. There was no incorrection it was her, it was madoka she was here as well.

Homura wanted to run up to and tell her everything that has happened...

But she couldnt...

Because she still hasn't saved her from her fate...

And she didn't know if she COULD be saved...

"Hey homura are you okay, you havent moved at all" Huh, shuichi pulled homura away from her thoughts but she wanted to go to madoka so she quickly introduced herself

"Sorry everyone I was lost in thought, my name is homura akemi and I'm the "Ultimate Strategist ".

" That's perfectly fine homura everyone is a bit confused right now" a girl with blonde hair and purple had made herself known

"Right i still havent introduced myself, my name is keade akamastu and I'm the "Ultimate pianist"

"Nice too meet you too keade"

Everyone continued to do the same but homura only bothered to remember their names and "Ultimates" but, there was one thing she wanted to ask before she went to madoka

"Wait a second akamasu, did you guys also wake up here with no memories?"

"Oh, yes that's right everyone woke up here without any memory of how they did!"

I see "Well then please excuse me im going to leave the gym now, I would also like to not be bothered right now"

With that homura started to make her way to madoka, she needed to see if it was really madoka after all

Homura walked up to madoka, she was nervous but she wanted to chec-no she had to check if it was actually madoka, if it was she had another chance to protect madoka, if not she needed to leave. She finally decided to speak up to "madoka"

"Madoka?"

Madoka looked back at homura and, it was her no mistake but it looked exactly like her, but something made homura freeze it was the face madoka made...

When madoka turned and looked at homura and when she did, her eyes went wide with reconization

Was there a chance madoka also remebered the previous timeline?

It seemed so as madoka instantly run up to her and started to bombard homura with questions

"Homura! Thank god im not alone,after I made my wish with kyubey everything went black and then I woke up in this classro-"

Madoka never finished her sentence as homura pulled her into a hug.

"It's alright madoka, but please refrain from saying this out loud where everyone can hear us" homura whispered, nobody needed to know this information especially people who didn't know of magical girls existence

"Sorry I was just scared because...
you know? I didn't know where i was or what happend to anyone"

"It's fine madoka, but right now we have different thing to worry about like where are we. And more importantly why are we here"

"Okay... I'm sorry"

"You have nothing to be sorry about, so don't apologize"

" firstly, let's go over some things, these people have something called an "Ultimate" so we are going to have to make one up"

"I'm the "Ultimate Strategist" for now, but we have to make one for you now"

"Okay then, an Ultimate is what someones best at right"

"Yes that's right, and I think I have the best one for you"

"Really homura! What is it?"

"I think you should be the "Ultimate savior"

While this made perfect sense to homura madoka looked a bit confused, so homura had to explain

"It's because you want to help everyone and you want to save everyone, you would gladly do anything to save someone remember, you even tried to sacrifice yourself so that magical girls don't have to suffer anymore, you remember that right?"

"Oh your right, I don't know why I forgot I can see everything and all those past timelines" madoka seemed to barley remember, but that didn't make sense, why would madoka forget something so imporant? She even sacrificed herself for that wish, so there was no way she could forget it.Then it all came together, everyone forgot everything after they got here, did madoka also get affected by this? That was the only explanation after all, but it seemed it failed to do so because homura could still remember everything, and so could madoka.

It seems whatever made everyone forget their memories, tried to affect them too

"Also one more thing, your ultimate might not make sense to everyone and they might start to ask questions, so try to come up with a lie on how you got it, okay?"

"Alright homura, ill come up with the best lie!"

"Well let's go back to everyon-" but before homura could anything else a school bell rang throughout the school

*ding dong, Bing bong*

A screen nearby started to turn on and on that screen appeared the monokubs it seemed they had something to say

"Can everyone make their way to the gym, we can finally start the open ceremony after setting everything up!"
SO LONG BEAR WELL"

And just like that the screen turned off and the monokubs disappeared, well I supposed we don't have a choice

"Alright then why don't we go to the gym now madoka"

"Okay homura, I'll be right behind you I promise"

"You don't have to promise, I believe you, let's go now"

They headed to the gym and once they did, they waited for everyone to arrive

Once everyone had arrived chatter could be heard everywhere

"Huh it pretty amazing all sixteen "Ultimate" students together" kaito, if homura remembered correctly, and then himiko actually said something useful

"Nyeeeh... I wonder what's going to happen to us now?"

"Hey himiko you can use a bunch of different powers right because your a psychic right!" Said tenko, homura hoped she was getting these names right...

"Pardon me but we need to be on guard we don't know what could happen and it could be dangerous!" Now another robot was talking!, at least he had some common sense all of these people seem to be very oblivious to their situation right now

"Hey don't say that I'm scared to!" Said a short purple haired boy but, by the tone of his voice it seemed like he was being sarcastic

"Atua will protect us so their is no reason to worry." She seemed like a bobble head, a bit crazy and she was weird. GREAT another useless person

"She's right there no need to worry, if those teddy bears show up again, ill kick all of their asses!" A bit of a false promised to make kaito, we don't know what there capable of...

"Huh?" A tall muscular, green headed boy said if homura remember correctly his name was gonna

"Whats wrong?" And now a short guys, wearing a weird cat beanie was talking....
His voice is quiet deep for someone that short

"Do you guys hear that?" Huh? He can hear something? I don't hear anything but I should be on guard for now maybe he has better hearing than I do anyways

And then out out of no where 4 giant machine appeared. They were intimidating alright but maybe for someone who was weak, these things didn't scare homura one bit, she has delt with worse before but no one has to known that

"YOO-HOO RISE AND SHINE, URSINE!!"

okay it was pretty obvious who it was now, the monokubs were controlling these giant robots, but in homuras opinion it made them cowards, hidding away from danger, she was sure they heard kaito say he was going to beat them up so they decided to get some protection

"Ahhhhhhhhhh" tsugumi was screaming, and it was a bit annoying and over exaggerated, the giant robots didn't even do anything yet....

" E-everyone get behind gonta!!" Wow a really savior...

"W-what the heck are these things!! They are like some kind of monsters!!" Homura didn't expect tenko to be scared she was the "Ultimate akkido master" after all so it was a bit embarrassing for her...

"Wow.... so cool!" At least the short haired boy had some bravery in him

"These are called the Exisals, they're bipedal weapons that are highly moblie as well!!!" By his voice it was probably the blur monokub what was his name again??? Monokud?? Monokid??

"I don't care what they are as long as you kill the other before me" how sweet of you miu...

"Didn't someone say they would kick their asses....." I'm still waiting for them to start as well Maki, but they are cowering in fear right now...

"Everyone it's alright, calm down we don't need to panic, we're not in any danger right now, if they wanted to kill us they would have started by now you know?" we have rantaro as the peace keeper now

"So what do you want from us, you clearly want something, you wouldn't have the guns on them for any other reason, well you have are attention what do you want" and he braver then the others, and has a smarter brain too

" ALRIGHT NOW IM GONNA SAY WHAT I WANT YOU GUYS TOO DO... MY HEARTS GOING SO FAST IM GOING TO SAY IT NOW, READY ITS A-" monokid never got to finish, maybe it was for the best

"Killing game"

"What?" Homura was surprised by the answer she didn't even realized it was her own voice that said that, what did the green bear mean? A KILLING GAME! No, she can't be in a killing game, madoka is finally safe and out of danger!! She can't have madoka dying again, she will protect her this time!!

"Um... if I heard him correctly he said killing game" why to state the obvious, guess the robot doesn't have common sense

"W-why you.. WHY DID YOU STEAL MY SPOTLIGHT MONODAM!!!!"

And just like that all five of them started to get into a fight it would have started to become physical it another didn't show up.... wait ANOTHER!?

"Now, now why don't we calm down, my cute cubs you have to knock off this fighting..."

Suddenly the lights in the gym turned off and in the middle of the stage and black and white bear appeared

"I am the god of this new world... and your headmaster for this school of gifted juveniles!!!!"

"I'm the one and only monokuma!! it's nice to meet you" Well it's certainly not nice to meet you, everyone is still processing the killing game things

"Yayyyyy! Father's here!" Huh? Father?

"Another teddy appeared, what's going on!" Tsugumi really is a useless person right now, she'll just be dead weight in the future

"I'm not a teddy bear... I am monokuma
So show some respect for your headmaster!!"

"Headmaster?" Maki not you too... why is every repeating what he already said?

"He appears to be a robot with a built in a.i like me..."

"That's RIGHT!! The Exisals are different thought their just brain dead giant pieces of junk and screws!"

"That may be but I'm still worried about this killing game you mentioned, what do you exactly mean by it" rantaro might be homuras favorite in her opinion he's actually smart, and is calm is rough situations

"Puhu...puhuhuhu..." monokuma started to laughter but what was so funny?

"And what's so funny?" Kirumi seemed to think the same as homura, she was practically reading her mind

"That's because I want you students with your talents to participate in this killing game!"

"W-what... k-killing game us!!" " please stop joking, why would anyone agree to do this" No need to be yelling keade and kibo, but... their reaction is perfectly normal and expected no one wants to be forced to kill each other, so she can't really blame them

"Huh?.. you guys don't want to do it?"
Well that's obvious, why would we want to kill each other?

"Course we don't! gentlemen not hurt people!" This he talking in 3rd person?

"But you don't have choice after all! Didn't you notice the huge wall surrounding the academy...YOU CANT ESCAPE TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD!! And as long as we have the Exisals, you can't go against our word!"

"And as long as I have them, I hold the power of life and death over every single one of you!"

"Y-you have got to be kidding me! Why would friends kill each other!?" Who said we were friends tenko?

"...who said you guys were friends?"

Monokuma was right we aren't friends, we barely just meet each other. We can't trust anyone, some of us might be thinking of different ways to kill each other as we speak! And who's to say we are all victims in this? Someone might be working with monokuma...

"You guys are out to kill each other after all, your basically enemies!"

"E-enemies!?" Monokumas right shuichi we are enemies

"Anyways enought with the banter, how are we supposed to kill each other, are you going to give us weapons?" And homura was right, ryoma was already asking questions about how to kill

"W-what the hell!? Why are you asking questions like that man!?" Kaito yelled out

"Well we need information, we aren't going to be able to do anything if we don't know anything" ryoma was a bit right homura supposes

"Well at the ultimate academy for gifted juveniles, the killing games are punctuated by class trials!" Monokuma yelled out

Homura decided it was time to speak up, what were class trials, and how were they connected to this game?

"What do you mean by class trails, and what connection do they have to this killing game...?"

"Okay time to explain!" The monokubs shouted

"Okay well if someone decides to kill someone you all have to take part in a class trail! In this trail the murderer faces off against the innocent classmates! It basically means that you guys have to argue, and find out who you think the murderer is!"

Okay so we have to find out who the killer is, but that doesn't seem like that's all, theirs definitely a twist to this sick teddy bear.....

In a way monokuma reminds homura.... of kyubey.... so she already hates him

" and after your times up you guys have to vote for who you think the killer is! And if you guys vote correctly... ONLY the murderer gets punishment!... but if you vote incorrectly then... EVERYONE BUT THE MURDURER WILL RECEIVE PUNUSHMENT AND THE MURDURER WILL GET OFF SCOTT FREE!!"

"AHHH! TO MUCH INFORMATION, THAT REAVALED TO MUCH!!" it really didn't reval much but if it made monokuma panic then it's definitely useful

Okay then someone has to just killed without being caught, and then survive the class trail without being voted out

"Okay I see, but I wanted to ask.... what was this punishment you mentioned earlier?" That was a good question korekiyo asked, homura hadn't thought about it, what was the punishment they received?

"Well that's simple, the punishment is an EXECUTION!!" Monokuma was way to happy saying that...

"W-what an execution!?" Everyone had screamed out, well homura wasn't actually sure everyone screamed she just didn't bother paying attention to them

"Seen it like this if you do a crime you get punished for it, that's it! The most basic rule everyone follows! But in this killing game the punishment is more.... permanent."

Even if this was wrong, monokuma was right....this was the most basic rule, it was a rule to bring everyone justice but this was just too extreme... there were so many things she needed to look out for to be able to protect madoka, how troublesome

"Alright I'm tired of explaining this stuff, LETS GET THIS KILLING GAME STARTED ALREADY!!"

"You have a free range of how you can kill, you could do anything, anyway you like!! Because at this academy you will realize your murderous potential!!! Sixteen talented students competing for first in this killing game... no better place to do it the the ULTIMATE ACADEMY!!!"

"Heh... risking our lives for a silly game, how stupid" homura agreed with korekiyo
"It seem like it'll be fun though!! At least in probably won't be boring!!" Kokchi was definitely a bit insane but it feels like he is lying.... well he did introduce himself as a lier...

"How could you degenerate males be so clam about this!? This is one big joke, It has to be a lie!!" If homura had more trust in others, she would agree but she wasn't stupid, monokuma was telling to true

"Hey... homura....THIS IS SO TERRIBLE HOW COULD SOMEONE MAKE PEOPLE DO THIS!?" Madoka started panicking, it makes sense madoka is the kindness person she knows, madoka cares for everybody even if they did something bad

"I don't know madoka, but we are going to stick together we won't let anybody kill us, so please calm down." Homura doubts they would be able to kill her though she's strong and she knows it, but madoka couldn't hurt anyone she doesn't have the guts for it, so she will have to protect madoka for the time thier here

"I-i don't want... to be in a killing game, it's worng... I'd never do anything like that." Everyone thinks the same shuichi

"Well... if you dont want to play that's going to be a problem, SO USE YOUR TALENTS TO PLAY THE KILLING GAME!" Monokuma said, as if that was going to encourage us...

"Hey!... wait a minute!" Keade got the attention of everyone

"Huh?" Monokuma was in confusion
"No matter what you say... we won't participate in this killing game! We won't do it! There no way well play the killing game!" Keade yelled out with confidence

"H-hey keade don't just go and defy hi-" tenko was cut off

"No,no it's fine, her resistance brings more spirt into this killing game, it's really fun to watch the ones with the most confidence because they eventually snap, and get their hands dirty."

If homura was being honest she was getting tired of standing here, she didn't feel like listening to the teddy bear talk anymore. And with that she grab madoka and tried to leave the room

"Hey! Where do you think your going, I never said you could leave yet!" Monokuma tried to stop homura

Key word- tried

"And if I was listening correctly, you never said we HAD to stay in the gym, and you've been spouting nothing but nonsense, so me and madoka are leaving now" homura quickly left with madoka, with an angry monokuma yelling at them

What a pain...

Chapter Text

Walking down the hallways after being stuck in the gym, for what felt like forever well a blessing to homuras headache. She didn't even know she had one untill she felt the pain after she left! untill she finally got away from monokuma!

Well there was no reason to worry about it now since the headache was gone and she was in her room with madoka. Everyone is maybe still in the gym because she doubts they have the guts to go against him

Actually know that she thinks about it, she's pretty sure monokuma couldn't kill her, much less hurt her because of the rules, she could just stop time and kill him herslf after all....

....

Could she still stop time? She had to check, everything that was affecting the others also tried to affect them, so maybe it had done something after all they just didn't realize

With the question, homura felt the blood run from her face. She quickly left to the bathroom, leaving a concerned madoka...
She transformed and used her shield to try and go back in time....but she couldnt nothing happend....

A even bigger headache was forming...

So instead of affecting their memories it took their powers away, what a bad deal they would have been useful in a situation like this....
Well it didn't matter now she can't fuss over it, it won't change anything. So she headed back to madoka to test if there other abilities still worked

It seemed madoka had none of her abilities.... well they could still regenerate and homura could still store items, but their regeneration was slower and homura was sure she had a limit to her storage. They still couldn't die unless something happend to their soul gems, so that was good, because nobody new about them. So if somebody were to try anything they would be okay........ maybe.

That raises a new question? if the murderer kills one of them but they were still technically alive would they still get executed?... homura didnt want to test that

Actually she did, but madoka convinced her not to go and get herself and maybe another person killed for a test, even if they weren't affected by the death in anyway

"Hey homura could we go and meet with the others, I still what to get to know them....also IM STARVING! we haven't eaten anything since we got here and that was hours ago, so could we please?

Well... she supposes they could go as long as monokuma isn't there, she won't admit it but she is hungry as well, she was just too focused on everything that eating never occurred to her

"That's fine we can go but I'm not interacting with anyone, just so we could eat and have enough energy, we will also leave if monokuma is anywhere is sight"

She felt like she was going to melt into the floor

"Okay let's go" and get this over with" homura whispered but thankfully madoka didn't hear her

Once arriving to the Cafeteria homura noticed that everyone was there, but they all seemed like they were exhausted and tired, and homura couldn't help but ask

"What happend to you guys? Your all covered in sweat"

"Oh! Homura and Madoka its good to see you, we were looking for you. We wanted you to join us but we couldn't find you so we just went without you guys" keade said, she was the only one who looked like she wasn't going to pass out

"Well looking at you guys I'd say we were pretty lucky not to be found, but that doesn't answer my question. So what happend"

"Well since your fucking voice is giving me a headache ill fucking tell you! We went is this damn manhole, and inside of it there was this stupid sign that said exit! So we kept trying to escape while you and your little girlfriend were in your rooms relaxing!!" Mui screamed

"Well it seems it was a trap from monokuma to make you think there was an exit after all, another reason It was a trap is because your still here"

"Well we still don't know if it was a trap actually.... we never made it to the end.... it was like a video game and we kept failing, it was causing us a lot of pain so that's why we're covered in sweat" Keade looked down when she said that

"Hey it's alright keade we tried and I'm sure we'll get it next time!" Kaito seemed to have a lot of faith in keade, in homura opinion she was like thier leader of sorts one that continues to give them hope and continue forward, but it seems she forgot to think about thier feeling so she must feel guilty

"Then I will you luck on your way to escape, but besides that do you guys know if there is any food? Me and makoda came here to eat because we haven't eaten anything yet and I doubt you have either?"

"Wait a second? Are you not going to come with us? You said you wanted to find an exit but you aren't going to come with us?" Maki was glaring dangers at her, it didnt scare homura though she's seen much more scary things, but it made homura suspicious of her, why would a child care taker act like this?

"Well first I'm almost certain that what you saw wasn't the exit if you never made it and saw the outside, and second I did say I wanted to find an exit but, I never said I was going with you guys"

"And with the way your saying it, you want to find the exit yourself, but even if you did find one were you going to even tell any of us?" Shuichi explained

"W-what there no way right!? Homura wouldn't do that! She wouldn't leave her friends here!" Tsumugi yelled

"She right sidekick! Why would homura do that!" Kaito said agreeing with tsugumi, it seems like kaitio couldn't believe that someone could be so cruel, well he better start believing then

"No, Shuichis right I wouldn't have told you because I would have come back I would have left any chance I got"

"Homura w-what are you talking about why would you leave them here!?" Madoka looked horrified when homura said that

"What are you fucking kidding me, you were going to leave us here!? Mui screamed

"So you were going to leave everyone here then?" Maki said in a almost to clam voice

"Yes, that's right I have no use helping you, I have my own things to do. But you are incorrect about one thing Maki, I wouldn't have left everyone here because madoka was coming with me"

"......DO YOU WANT TO DIE.." Maki funnily snapped

"H-hey calm down Maki roll surely she's joking, she wouldn't leave us here to die right!?

"No, I'm not lying in fact I don't give a damn if you live or die, I don't care I just don't what madoka to see you guys kill each other and lose your minds over this game"

"HEY EVERYONE CALM DOWN! THERE WAS NO EXIT ANYWAYS SO THERE NO USE FIGHT OVER SOMETHING THAT WONT HAPPEN!" Keade screamed, she silenced everyone and the cafeteria became deafening with silence

"We need to calm done she still hasn't done anything and we can't blame her we all want to leave!" Keade said

"And besides we just don't have to kill anyone, we don't have to play monokumas games!"

"Hey Keade is right guys we should fight over this... how about we continue to explore the school, we couldn't do much the first time" said shuichi

"Nyeeee... I would use a intelligence spell to make me know all the secrets to this
school but my manas to low right now..."

"Okay but before we do that let's eat I'm STARVING! We're you guys trying to kill me by starvation!?" Kokichi was already back to his lies...

"Sure we could eat but when we explore we should spilt up into groups."

Everyone agreed to these terms, and went of their way to go eat, including madoka and homura

"Homura did you really mean those words, would you really leave everyone here" madoka was still shocked of the words that came out of homura mouth

"Maybe I'm not sure myself, but the main priority is us, we don't know these people so we don't and we have no way of knowing if we could trust the. Pushing them away for know will keep us safer especially if we're together when a murder happends"

Madokas face went paled at those words
"You really think someone gonna commit murder!"

"I'm not sure myself but we don't know what any of them are thinking, so they could be pretending, and they might actually be crazy people who would do anything. Its just best if we stay together while we're here"

"Yeah... I guess it is better if we stay together"

"Okay, so we are going to spilt into two groups of five and two groups of four, I put everyone in their groups already" shuich said while putting papers on the table, most likely the different groups

Homura checked the groups, and she already made a decision before she checked the groups. No matter where she's place she will stay with madoka. Homura looked for her name....

Oh thank god... she was in the group with madoka and she wouldn't have to make things more difficult for everyone, less work and stress for her

Everyone went into their assigned groups and were on their way to explore the room they were also assigned

And with that homuras group was assigned to explore the library on the second floor

Once they were in the libary, homura and Madoka search half and the others searched the other half, there was nothing interesting or anything that was relevant to what we needed so this was a waste of time

That was until shuichi told us he wanted to show us something

"Um before i show anything could you guys keep this a secret from the others?..." shuichi said it was a bit odd to hide sometime like this but homura couldn't care less

"Of corse shuich!" Keade almost said instantly

Shuichi then turned to homura and Madoka wainting for their answer

"Sure I guess, me and madoka won't say anything, but if it's needed I won't hesitate to say something, even more if madoka is caught up I to it"

"You guys seem to really care for each other, especially homura she really protective of you madoka!" Keade said squealing as if she found out a secret

"Yes, that's right I really care for homura she's my best friend so I would let anything happen to her. And homura just trying to make sure I'm safe that's why she so protective of me!" Madoka said but it only make keade look at them like they hiding something

Homura flushed and madokas words, also because she knew why keade was making that face, she was embarrassed right now, she wanted the topic to change already, so she brought up what shuichi wanted to show them

"Anyways what did you want to show us shuichi, it seemed pretty imporant"

"Yes that's right! I came back here to investigate after the first time we did, and I found this" shuichi then walked over to a bookcase and placed his hand in a gap and the bookcase started to move and it revealed a hidden door

"Woah-! It moved!" Keade said surprised

"Hey do you think this door is connected to monokuma somehow?" Keade said looking concerned

"I think it might be but, I don't have any evidence to support that it it" shuichi said looking disappointed

"It has a card reader so I can't open it without the key card" shuichi said

"H-huh you can't open it" keade said

"Yes that right, but the fact that it's placed here leaves a certain possibility" shuichi said looking pale

"And what's would that be mister detective?" Homura asked, but from the look one his face she knew she wasn't going to like it

"There a hight chance that one of us here.... is working together with monokuma" shuichi said looking more sickly at his own words

What? Someone working with monokuma? Don't get homura wrong she already thought about it, but the fact her words came true made her feel sick. Now she really had to protect madoka, one of these people were working with that bear, and that makes them as bad as the bear as bad as kyubey but she wasn't sure who was worse... that didn't matter now

But why was shuichi telling us this? what if it was one of us? He could be feeding them information about what he found? What if they were listing to use right now?

"No way! Somebody working with monokuma?!"

"It's only a hypothesis right now, but if it were just for monokuma he wouldn't have hidden it, so that's the only reason something like this would be here" shuichi said looking more serious

"And you chose to tell us this why?" Homura still wanted to hear his reasoning on why them? Why tell them?

"Well that's because.... I trust you guys, I trust you guys aren't the ones working with monokuma and I certainly don't think you are anyway" shuichi is going purely off his own feelings and trust right now

"And that's way I decided to set a trap on the card reader! I put some dust on it so that when someone uses it I could tell that they did" shuichi said looking around of himself
"But it's still only a hypothesis, but even if it's true then that means the killing game isn't going to end..."

"But anyways I don't care if you don't believe me, I just wanted to tell you guys no matter what."

"Y-yeah" keade said worriedly

"But anyways let's head back now, we have been here for far too long, I hope you guys keep this a secret" shuchi said looking a little worried

After we put the bookcase back to its original state we left the library carefully, keade looked a little off to homura somehow, like she was lost in thought but planning something, homura would have to look out for her now

We returned to our own rooms, madoka following homura of course, and then went to sleep but it felt like a few minutes

*DING DONG, BING BONG*

It was already morning, but it felt like homura just returned from the library, the only thing that told homura she even fell asleep was madoka sleeping next to her peacefully at least madoka was still safe

After waking madoka up we headed to the dining hall to eat, and hopefully meet up with everyone

"Maaan for a moment I had no idea what was going to happen! I'm so glad everything turn out like this!!" Kokichi voice could be heard from outside the dining hall

"Yes, your right!" Kaito agreed

"Nyeh.. I also slept well last night" himiko also agreed

"Hey why the long face?" Ryoma said looking at rantaro

"It's nothing I doubt you would listen to a guy who forgot his talent after all" rantaro said

What are you guys talking about? And without noticing homura accidentally blurted that out and everyone was looking at her

"What?" Homura said in a harsh tone

"Did you wish for the killing game to continue?" Korekiyo said

"I never said that, I just didnt know what you guys were talking about"

"Well don't ruined our happy moment you fuckin' skank!" Mui said but homura was having enough of her

"You have no right to talk when you and your inventions are of very worse quality like your slutty personality" homura said in a rude tone

"S-s-slutty personality!?" Mui instantly turned red with embarrassment

"Hey homura I don't know what your so worried about monokuma is dead now there no way the killing game can continue" kokichi said but it make homura shock. When had monokuma died?

"Huh!? When did monokuma die?!"

"Oh that's right you weren't there! The monokubz squashed him into pieces with the Exisals!" Kokichi said with excitement

When homura and madoka left left the gym he had died? That sounds too easy, he was just a robot he could just build a new one. Homura was sure he was waiting for the perfect moment to pop up again and make them lost hope and fall into despair........... why are monokuma and kyubey so similar to each other?

"AND that's my cue to appear!"

"AHHHHHH"

"WHAT H-HES STILL ALIVE!?"

"No, no are you guys blind? I'm not monokuma. I am JIBAKUMA!"

"And from now on I'm the headmaster of this academy!"

"Huh? Did I slip up or something?" Said the new monokuma

"No duh, ya fuckin' fraud! Go find another car to run you over! And this time stay dead!" Mui said with angry and homura couldn't help but agree

"What a low-quality complaint....I CANT BEAR TO LOOK AT IT!" tsumugi said and homura agreed once again

"Man you guys are buzzkills. This is why i hate teenagers!" monokuma said

This guy was starting to piss homura off, she was glad they yelling at him it was the best show she's seen in her life. It would have been better if he and kyubey were being beat together

"RISE AND SHINE URSINE!"

"Geez what all the ruckus abou-.... wait WHAT? FATHERS ALIVE!?" Yelled monotaro
"Wait if father's here then WHOSE BODY IS IN THE SOUP!? AHH WHICH IS THE REAL ONE!" ehh homura was going to become deaf from all this screaming

"That doesn't matter because thier both real" monokuma said

So they are both real, and homura was right he made another of himself and poped up the make them lose hope. God she wish she could leave soon

"Wait, but father you said there was only one of each of us? That were are unique." Questioned monotaro

Well they were certainly unique..... just not in a good way, more like a disgusting "incubator" way

"Well there only one of each of you, but I have multiple spares!" Monokuma whispered. But it didn't escape homura

"But now we know..... that somewhere in this school there's a machine that makes a whole lot of fathers!" Monosuke said like he figured out a top secret

"Does this mean....the killing game is going to continue?" Tsumuhi and her big mouth. If you wanted to killing game to stop then you would have reminded him, I doubt he forgot but you should take your chances

"Wh-what do you mean the killing game is going to continue!?" Kokichi said with a saddened expression

"I mean that sounds a lot less boring.... so I guess it's okay!" Kokichi sounded very insane right know

"This is definitely not okay!" Tenko yelled back

"I Knew there was a spare, but I didn't expect it to be built inside the academy, but it's not that surprising" kirumi said in a calm yet angry tone

"Really? Then did you expect this?.... now then I'm pleased to announce an additional motive! A time limit is to take effect and if a murder does not happen two days from now....EVERYONE WILL BE EXECUTED!!!" Monokuma said with excitement

"So if you don't want to die you better take this game seriously!!! AHHHHH-HAHAHA!!!" Monokuma laughed like it was the most funniest thing he heard

"T-time limit!?"

"Everyone will die?"

"What!? That's not fair!"

"Why'd you guys even come here if your not going to kill?" Monokuma said as if we had a choice

"You're the one who forced you to come here!" Kaito yelled

"W-why are you doing this!? Why do you want to put us through this suffering!?" Keebo exclaimed

"Well if your already suffering then start the killing game already, and say bye-bye to the suffering!" Monokuma said with annoyance in his voice

"Y-you bastard!" Kaito said

"Your surrounded by strangers! Your not friends or allies! Your enemies out to kill each other! So stop working together already it's pointless!" Monokuma said with joy

"Whatever I don't care what you do. Die working together or survive on your own! AHHHH HAHAHAH!"

And just like that monokuma disappeared and so did the monokubs soon after, and just like that he left everyone in fear and despair

"H-hey homura! Do you think we're going to be okay, I can't stand the thought someone killing anyone! It's so horrible and cruel to make us do this!" Madoka was crying while she said that, it made homura feel bad because she knew someone will kill eventually, even higher chance someone might with the time limit in play.... God this was a disaster

"I don't know, but don't worry madoka I'll protect you. I know it's wrong bur someone will kill eventually"

"That's just terrible!" Madoka cried

"So what are we going to do!? Two days will fly by in no time!" Tsumugi weaped

"Th-there gotta be somethin' we could do...l-l can't die just yet the world needs my inventions!" Mui looked close to crying when she said that

"You don't need to worry, because atua will accept you with open arms!" Angie said like that was going to make us feel better

"This can't be it I'll figure out a way to stop this!" Kaito looked nervous when he said that

"Do you have a course of action in mind?" Keebo really needs to read the room

"I-ill start thinking of one right now!" Kaito said

"Figures... I didn't expect anything from you" Maki was clam when she said that

"We have to fight back then!" Gonta cried

"Even if you do, you'll still die" homura said calmly

Everyone froze from these words that came out of homuras mouth

"Homura! What are you saying!" Madoka was still crying was she said that

"Sorry for sounding rude, but if we keep panicking then dying really is the only thing that will happen to use" homura was too calm when she said that it caused the tension in the room to rapidly grow

"But if we don't we'll die!" Cried tenko

"But we still need to think of different options that we have!" Kiibo cried

"Anyways I'm leaving now!" Kokichi said out of nowhere

"And where are you going kokichi?" Rantaro said suspiciously

"Just back to my room to do thing... alone"

And just like that kokichi left, and one by one everyone started to leave and go do their own things

"Hey....um keade, madoka, and homura I need to show you guys something" shuichi caught the attention them

We followed him into the library and he walked back up to the hidden door

"Wait! The dust is gone!" Keade exclaimed

She was right the dust was wiped off clean, there was never any signs of it every being dirty

"That's right. I went to investigate it yesterday night and the dust was still there, but this morning it was gone so they must have entered during the night" shuichi said

"Also remember what the monokubs said? There was a machine to make multiple monokumas"

"I believe the person working with monokuma went in there at night and made a spare it how we saw monokuma alive and well!"

"He also said that the students FORCED to participate will die, so I believe one of us volunteered to play in this killing game and wasn't forced too"

"And that person is the one in our group who is working with monokuma?" Keade said nervously

"Yes, but I think they are doing more then just working with monokuma, I think they are able to make the spares, they are the MASTERMIND of this killing game" shuichi said

With all this information homura was getting it was pretty obvious that one of their classmates was the mastermind of this killing game.

Homura felt madoka tighten her grip, she was clearly upset with this information, one of their "FRIENDS" was the person behind thier suffering

"That's why I didn't tell anyone, they might try and killed the mastermind and be pushed into murder" shuichi said

"That's why I could only tell you guys" shuichi sounded exhausted when he said then, he might be taking everything to hard

"So what are we going to do know" homura interjects

"Well I was thinking at the end of the time limit they might come here so I was thinking we could expose them when that happened" shuichi said with a bit of confidence

"Then I'm willing to take that risk even if they don't show!" keade said with a boost in energy

"You trusted us with this so we trust you back!" Keade said

Who said homura trusted him?

"Alright then we're going to try and stop the mastermind!"

everyone then left and homura returned to her room with madoka

Shuichi got homura and madoka the next day, they were going to start the trap. They said they had gotten cameras from mui that would take a picture when it saw movement and it would alert the receiver shuichi had.
"There completely silent too, so they won't be obvious!"shuichi with joy

"Really that's amazing!" Keade said

"But why do you think this classroom is the perfect place to stay after we set up the cameras?" Keade said curious

" it's because we can see anyone who goes down to the basement with the door open a little!" Shuchi said

"there one more reason I choose this classroom, it's because it has a vent that leads to the libary so we could keep a better eye on it!"

"okay then we should set the cameras up now!"

Once they set the cameras up homura was so suspicious of keade. Like, she kept being stubborn even when the camera could go on top of to bookcases she also ketp arranging the books in a weird way, shuichi may not relize bur homura isnt as dumb as him, she was also nervous the whole time, even though she was sure she wanted to do this.

Homura didn't want to make assumptions but was keade planning on killing someone?.... no that couldn't be it maybe more like she wanted to kill the mastermind, but what happends if she kills someone innocent? Well whatever it is she will stop it.... she really didn't want keade to become a murderer
