Yes, everyone was exiled in the end. But did you ever notice how the hermits exiled in the beginning were the non-humans? Jevin, the vaguely man-shaped gelatinous monster; Ren, the only-sometimes human who becomes much more beastlike at the full moon; and Cleo, who once was just like the others, but now is covered in rotting flesh that's only mostly theirs. And did you ever notice how mercilessly the sentient puppet known as Joe was pursued, in comparison to the much more human Etho and Beef?
