   Summary

   In pursuit of resurrecting his lover, Mydei’s spell goes awry.

   Plagued with the curse of immortality after contact with the black tide, shunned and ousted from his home of Kremnos, he ends up attending Okhema Institute at the behest of his family’s doctor.

   Along the way he meets a group of students who deem themselves members of an occult club as a facade to research forbidden magic. Can they unravel the secret behind the black tide and rid their tide-stricken bodies of their curses? Or will they be consumed by it?

   And can a spirited ice mage rekindle the flame Mydei once thought he lost forever?
