Chapter Text
In our vast knowledge of the universe, we are aware of space. We are aware of the planets within space. However, we are unsure about separate live co-existing within this universe. Either co-existing on planets far, far, away or inhabiting the moon which orbits our Earth. To us, we see the moon as a mere decoration for the sky at night time, however, the opposite could be considered for those on the moon. The colourful Earth posing as the sun to their monochrome moon.
All is bleached of colour on the moon. Only whites and greys for miles and miles, an overwhelming combination to drive one insane. It's as if God's pallet had ran out of paint when it came to designing the golf-shaped rock. However, not all colour is lost, for there is life. Vibrant, captivating life.
One was sturdy and was as green as binary coding, with his navy blue features putting the sea's colouring to shame. His flashy pallet going hand in hand with his companion's contrasting style. This one was smaller than a chihuahua, his body was a pink hotter and and more bright than a field of Carnations. The colours of these aliens displayed their personalities perfectly, with the green's sarcasm contrasting the pink's hyperactivity perfectly.
With their moon void of life and colour, they fill in the pieces, taking ownership of the only place they've ever called home. They didn't care for the Earth. Sure, it had colour, but they had colour anyways. They decided they were better, they could make colour together, forming a bright, amber cube when their heads made contact, giving “great minds think alike” a whole new meaning.
They make a plan, a plan to dominate the universe. They'd use anyone as ladder rungs, regardless of their specimen or home planet. They'd rule together, hand in hand.
Dreaming to live in the lap of rainbow luxury, but for now, they reside on their oh-so empty moon, staying beside one another for company.
