3rd Person
A girl around 12 years old with auburn hair and silver eyes was running through the woods while chasing the deer she's hunting.
Minutes past and she successfully hunt down the deer but there is a little problem, just a little.
She doesn't know where she is now.
Yeah, just a little.
She silently cursed to herself, but when she looked around she realized where she is now.
The Cursed Mountain.
How did she know? Because there is gossip or a legend that there is a mountain where you can't enter.
When you try to enter you will just go back outside of the mountain. But they're others who managed to enter The Cursed Mountain.
One of those was her lieutenant, Zoë Nightshade.
She told her once that she had already entered the said mountain. At first, she just wandering around when she realized she was lost in the middle of nowhere.
But her panic was gone when she remembers the legend of The Curse Mountain. And she realized she's in the said mountain because the description of those who already entered it is the same as what she was seeing. So she walk and walk to where her feet would bring her until she found a cabin and she knocked.
When the doors open, there is a man in black cloth with long white hair and a long white beard. His eyes are sea-green. And even she has just seen him for the first time, and he's a male, she knew he can be trusted.
He welcomed her into his house so she accepts his offer because if she not, she doesn't know what will happen to her for she's not familiar with the place.
She made a conversation with the man. And the man is a kind person and a funny one. He also gave her advice when she talk to him about the problems that she know he will never tell others.
After hours of chatting, he offered her to stay in one of his rooms before she leave tomorrow. Again, she accepts his offer.
The next day, she bids her goodbye and gratitude to the old man who just said to her where's the direction to the exit.
When she's already outside of the mountain, she forgot to ask what's his name so she tried to go back, but the thing is she tried to cause, unfortunately, she just go back outside of the mountain and she try and try again but in no avail.
So she decided to just go back to the hunt, and when she realized that she's gone for a day she sprinted to the camp. When she reached the camp nobody ask her like 'Hey, where did you go?' or 'We're worried sick about you.'
Nobody asked her. No one.
When she asks her sisters why they are not asking her about, her being gone for a day, they just look at her like she was just gone crazy.
And she just learned that she's just gone for about 10 minutes.
Artemis went back from her train of thoughts when she heard a stream not so far.
She run where the noise came from, and after a couple of minutes, she found it.
She drinks clean water from the river and after that, she strips her clothes and bathes to the river.
Everything's fine and peaceful when a voice speaks at her back.
"Great! Another visitor in this cursed mountain of mine."
