Four in the afternoon. dust was sitting in bed, happily colouring in a page in one of her many colouring books. Suddenly, a knock on the door.
“who is it…” she called out.
“It is me, ASH,” responded the person who knocked, ASH.
“ugh are you seriously going to annoy me on my birthday…” dust remarked.
“Oh, I’m not here to annoy you!” ASH quickly defended, “You see, the thing is, I actually decided to bake you some cupcakes for your birthday!”
“can i have them…” dust questioned.
“Of course, after you have given me permission to enter your room to give them to you of course,” answered ASH, “Or, I suppose you could come out here and get them yourself? Oh, but I wouldn’t want to have to inconvenience you so significantly on your birthday, so I shall wait for you to give me permission to ente-“
“just come in already…” interrupted dust.
ASH promptly opened the door to dust’s room and speed walked over to dust’s bed. dust immediately grabbed the plate of cupcakes out of ASH’s hands, nearly causing one of the cupcakes to fly off.
“hey be more careful when handing me things next time i nearly lost an entire cupcake…” dust lectured.
“But I- Nevermind…” ASH muttered.
“anyways youve given me the cupcakes now leave…” dust instructioned.
“Alright.” ASH said after quietly sighing.
ASH then proceeded to walk back to the door of dust’s room before then exiting the room, making sure to close the door behind herself.
