Tsukasa moved classrooms due to slight difficulty in learning within his current one, at least is what was used as an excuse. He walked through the doors of the new classroom he was to be taught the importance of anything the school deemed valuable in. As he walked through, he caught a glimpse of someone with purple hair. He felt a slight sense of annoyance rise within him as he noticed it was Rui, a boy who was fairly popular due to his charismatic personality and good looks. He has a history resulting in a few ex's, stalkers, and a mixture of people who look up to him due to his character. Worst part for Tsukasa; the only free desk was next to Rui. Tsukasa tried to bottle up his fury of annoyance and sit down at the free desk. He failed to notice Rui glancing at him with a smirk Tsukasa would claim was highly annoying for it made him strike a resemblance to a cat.
Tsukasa POV:
I set my bag down and was about to open it before I noticed two eyes staring at me, I glanced up to meet them and noticed it was Rui. I frowned at him, annoyed by the sudden disturbance in my quest to open my bag. I took my frown as a victory since it showed disrespect to him, Ha! deserved! I mentally smiled, amused by my own satisfaction.
"Ahh hello- I'll call you Star." He smiled at me, resting his cheek on his hand which was supported by his elbow on the edge of his desk. My brows deepened as he suddenly spoke to me, "Did you just try and talk to me?" I asked, restraining myself from insulting him⚊ Since I hadn't came up with a reliable reasoning besides for the overflowing jealousy I felt. "Fufu~ Can I not? How come you look so lonely?" He asked nonchalantly with his stupid smirk still plastered on his face. It was clear he was mocking me, "You're annoying, way more when we're speaking face to face." I commented with a grim expression. "So, you think I'm annoying?" He asked, creating an act of disappointment.
"Of course, looking at your face even makes me infuriated with annoyance..!" I crossed my arms, "Yes, you're annoying." I said with a slight huff as I calmed down. "Oh? But I didn't do anything did I?" He asked slightly amused, I could only assume it was amusement by my temper. I forced myself to not say anything upon the lines of.. "You did a lot of things, in fact you have everything I want and wish to have! You're popular and a genius for goodness sake!" Instead I said, "You did quite a few things." I unknowingly frowned further. "Such as?" He asked further, seeming interested in my response. "You-" I was about to speak before he cut me off, "Are you jealous of me?" He asked with his smirk coming back. "What?! W- No!" I quickly defended, "How could I be jealous of you?!" I got slightly embarrassed by my sudden defensiveness. "Well for one-" He was about to point out something until the teacher suddenly walked in, bidding a good morning and starting the lesson with a small introduction. I quickly turned to the front to ignore Rui and pay more attention to the lesson starting. I finally reached into my bag to pull out a textbook and a pencil so I could jot down notes as the teacher continued with the lesson.
Barely even 5 minutes of peace, full attention on the lesson ahead⚊ a piece of folded paper landed on my desk, from Rui. I hesitantly opened it up, seeing his elegant handwriting composing the words, "You're jealous for my success in just about everything, aren't you?" I felt my face heat up in embarrassment as I gripped my pencil, writing a reply back stating two clear words, "Shut up." I folded it back up aggressively as I tossed it back onto his desk, then presuming with what the teacher was speaking about. Before I knew it, the paper was lying back on my desk. I glared at it and didn't bother picking it up or looking at it for only a little over 30 seconds, then curiosity got the best of me. I quickly snatched it off the side of my desk and opened it up, "No need to get embarrassed" It annoyed me enough that I simply tore it up and resumed in my learning activities. I swear I heard his annoying laugh but I restrained myself to continue my focus on the lessons in front of me.

After class was over, I wandered through the halls to find Emu. Under 5 seconds, 978 ministeps, I was right next to her, "Hey Emu!" I flashed a smile, "What are you doing?" I asked curious by her glancing around. "Oh! Hi Tsukasa, I'm looking for NENE!!" She smiled wide and brought her hands up to show excitement, "I think she might be on the roof!!" I smiled in response to that statement, "Then let's look for her together! Do you know if she's... Sitting with Rui today?" I asked nervously. "Oh, she should be!..." Emu said, looking as if she's slightly in mild thoughts. "If so, I wouldn't recommend talking to him." I concluded with a small huff as I crossed my arms and frowned slightly, I was still annoyed by the earlier events. "But why?" She asked looking saddened and curious. "Because.. I just.. He's deceivable!" I blurted out, although knowing it wasn't very truthful. "Don't be like that Tsukasa! Come on now, I know- I hope you two could be good friends in the future! Now, wonderhoy!! Byeeee Tsukasaa!!" She said, speeding off to the roof. I sighed, and under my breath faintly spoke, "Emuu... This is for your own good..." I could only shake my head before turning around the other way, barely a step in and I've already bumped into someone. "Oh sorry!" I spoke quickly, panicked until I saw who I bumped into. My mood completely soured, "Oh, it's you." I frowned. "Yes, why? Were you expected someone else, Star?" He smiled his annoying and infuriating smirk, "Say, we should eat lunch together on the roof with Nene and Emu." He then stated in a matter-of-fact tone, which pissed me off completely, "No we-" I was cut off by him suddenly jerking me towards him and dragging me to the rooftop stairs, he hummed a little tune as I was practically dragged up the stairs as well.
Once we made it through the door, he let me go and turned around, "Say, what's your name? I can't just be calling you Star everywhere I go." He said putting his hand on his chin. "None of your-" I was cut off, "It's Tsukasa.." Nene said, which made Rui smile even more, "Is that so? How interesting, Tsukasa means Ruler you know?" He smirked, "Of course I know." I glared. Nene stared at us two for a bit before sighing and joining Emu on the bench. After a few minutes of bickering 'we' reluctantly joined them on the bench(I had to be convinced it was fine to do so due to Rui's existence on that very bench). We each pulled out our boxes of lunch along with anything else we needed to have a delightful meal, to break the awkward silence I heard Rui make a sound similar to, "eugh..." I looked at him as he was seen looking at a pile of green beans in disgust, poking at them with his fork.
