   Penelope "Penny" Jackson was a perfectly average kid. Maybe even below average, according to every teacher she's ever had.

   On the day of her sixth grade class field trip, everything went to hell.

   She got expelled for something she didn't do. Again.
   Mythical beasts and characters from her Ancient Greek mythology books seem to be walking right out of the pages. Again.
   And yet, no one seems to believe her.
   Again.

   When she's accused of stealing the master bolt, the God King Zeus's symbol of power (because apparently, the gods are real), it's up to her to embark on a quest to retrieve the stolen property and return it to its rightful owner... and stop a celestial war from destroying the world.
