“Shit… SHIT.” Stolas thought to himself as he scrambled out of bed. He threw on slippers and started out the door of his room before realising that he should probably look a little bit more respectful when going to court.
Stolas stumbled towards his closet and began throwing on some actual clothes as fast as he could. He glances at the tv once more in a blaze of panic. Blitzø was trying to shift all the blame onto himself to lessen the sentencing of his adoptive daughter and the two other imps working for him.
Fuck, fuck, FUCK. He had to hurry up before something serious actually happens. Stolas knows he wouldn't forgive himself if something actually happened to his precious little Blitzy because of something he allowed to go on. Stolas had to be able to convince Lucifer, after all, he was still a prince and held royal power.
Stolas, in his daze, forgot all about his powers, choosing to take the royal cab as the fastest transportation method he could think of at the time.It was a blur of panic and anxiety on the ride to court, but Stolas eventually arrived and stumbled out of the car, taking large strides towards the courthouse and throwing the doors open.
As the court doors flung open, everybody paused mid what they were doing, the room fell silent. Only after a few seconds, that felt like hours, did a sound arise.
Stolas winced as he heard a loud thud, followed by dripping noises that echoed around the large room.
Stolas felt the blood drain from his body as he saw where the sound originated from. His vision blurred, he felt like his world collapsed, all he could hear was the sobs of the imps’ other friends
Stolas plunged to the ground, hands shaking and tears brimming in his eyes. He couldn’t think, he couldn’t breathe. There’s no way…
He wished all of this was a cruel, cruel nightmare. He didn’t want believe the scene in front of him was real. He couldn’t believe that. He couldn’t just sit and watch the demon that he loved was gone.
“It’s not real. It can’t be.” He muttered to himself quietly. The tears that threatened to spill earlier were now flowing freely as he spoke.
“Blitzy…” Stolas whispered. He felt like everything was gone. First he lost Octavia, and now Blitzø?
Stolas saw Millie turn to look at him, tapping Moxxie and Loona to look as well. He was a mess. And he knew it too, but what could he do.
“No…” Stolas whispered. “No, I-I this can’t be. This *can’t* be happening. There wasn’t even any true jurisdiction! I was supposed to be called here too, I-I don’t understand.” Stolas choked as he spoke, stuttering on letters and stumbling over words. Millie looked at Stolas, over to Moxxie who was giving an apologetic look, and then back to Stolas.
Before they could do anything else, Satan spoke, his voice bellowing through the room.
“Stolas.” He said. “For your crime of providing him with your book to pursue his illegal deeds, you will be stripped of your royal status and your book will be revoked.” As Satan spoke, Stolas felt his crown and cloak be removed from his body. He didn’t have any energy left to fight or protest, only his watery eyes giving him a blurry picture of Blitzø.
Millie started to speak, “Hey! That’s not fair-“ Moxxie interrupted. “Millie, it’s not worth it. Don’t get yourself in more trouble.” Millie huffed and gave a grimacing look towards Satan.
As soon as they were unbounded from their cuffs,Millie bounded towards Stolas, tugging his arm. “It’s okay, hey! It’s okay!” Millie spoke as tears fell from her eyes as well. Stolas couldn’t break his gaze away from Blitzø.
“Here, let’s get you back home.” Millie said, turning to the others. “Mox! Come help me!” Moxxie tripped on his way over, barely managing to keep his balance as he made his way to Millie. Loona followed in suit, and the three stood Stolas up and dragged him out the door.
“Hell truly is where you belong, isn’t it?” She said. Satan grinned at her. “It’s where I reside.” The demon rapped his fingers against his throne and Millie growled, having to be grabbed by Moxxie to shut her up. The three imps carried Stolas outside of the courthouse and into the streets of Hell. They had a long walk to go.
